 Abstract

Agriculture is a crucial part of Indian economy. Over 60% of Indian populace based mostly upon agriculture and one third of the financial gain of the nation arises from agricultural practices. Thus, it plays an important role in the development of the country. Various troubles associated to farming is constantly hampering the improvement of the country. Attainable answer for these issues is to choose progressive agriculture practices that includes of contemporary trends. Hence, agriculture will be created good exploitation IoT and alternative technologies. Smart agriculture will increase crop yield, decreases water wastage and unbalanced use of fertilizers. The Major feature of this project is that it measures the various agricultural parameters affecting the yield and it additionally uses a GPS module to induce the knowledge regarding the location. Secondly it sends all the information to the cloud wherever it can be analyzed. Third this project additionally carries a mobile app providing a straight forward access of information to the farmer. In conclusion this project represents a smart irrigation, Fertilization and monitoring system that helps the farmer.

 Abstract

In recent years, information technology has had a profound effect on human resources (HR) processes and practices. The focus of this research is to know the changing role of HR professional through technological advancements. In recent years, information technology has had a profound effect on human resources (HR) processes and practices. However, relatively little research has examined its effectiveness, and most of the prevailing studies haven't assessed the degree to which these new systems enable organizations to succeed in their HR goals of attracting, motivating and retaining employees. The focus of this research is to know the changing role of HR professional through technological advancements. This includes looking into recruitment technologies which reduce the quantity of your time it takes recruiters to travel through every application. The research shows that the role of HR will shift towards training, development and strategic roles for the foremost part, while also concentrating on reward systems and benefits for the workers . The use of HR technologies is vital in helping to shift these new roles of HR professionals, within the advantage of them but also for the organization and employees. Given the rapid changes in technology in the past decades, we believe that it will influence the nature of HR processes in the future. Thus, the primary purposes of this paper are to (a) contains the introduction about HR and technology, (b) review the current effects of technology on HR processes, (c) emerging HR trends in future with technological advancement, (d) discussion on recent types of HR technology, (e) how technology may affect the HR process, (f) major ten technology trends in the human resources management, and in last we conclude the paper along with the references.

 Abstract

In this paper, we have mathematically analyzed the problem of groundwater flow given by Pavlovsky [1] by the method of two parameter singular perturbation with variable coefficient. The differential system governing the groundwater flow, yields a second order linear differential equation in which the coefficient of first and second order derivative consists of small parameter together with permeability factor. The constant term in the equation also consists a permeability factor. To analyze the problem we have, here, considered the permeability of the soil as a function of both time and special coordinate. Here, in this paper, we have discussed the problem for the flow of groundwater flow in heterogeneous porous media on a sloping bedrock.

 Abstract

This paper reports the design and implementation details of a transceiver architecture for application in wearable devices deploying human body as the transmission medium. The human body communication (HBC) is a non-Radiofrequency communication defined in the IEEE 802.15.6 standard, exclusively for Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs). In this design, which is based on Walsh coding scheme, high data rates up to10 Mbps for WBAN applications have been achieved, simultaneously reducing the design complexity and resource utilization by 25.7% in comparison to BCH codes used for ultra-wide band communication. The simulated design has shown a low power utilization of 87mW and employs only 37 slices, when implemented on Artix7 FPGA device.

 Abstract

Urban areas are known to be prime movers of national economies, generators of employment and areas of future concentration of population. Accordingly, for promoting rapid economic growth and physical development, it becomes critical that urban settlements are made more productive, effective, efficient and sustainable. All urban centers need to be supported by appropriate level of physical and social infrastructures for ensuring operational efficiency and providing appropriate quality of life to its inhabitants. Infrastructures accordingly, have been considered to be the foundations on which the entire urban superstructure and fabric is made to stand. Poor quality of life and lower order of productivity prevailing in majority of urban centers can be largely attributed to the non-availability of adequate infrastructures in these centers. Since infrastructures play critical role in leveraging and accelerating the pace of the socio-economic development, accordingly putting in place innovative options and effective policy framework to provide basic infrastructure on equitable basis, even to the poorest of poor of citizens in urban centers, assumes importance. Creating self-sustaining infrastructures and providing efficient delivery mechanism would remain critical for urban centers for ensuring their operational efficiency and livability. In search for appropriate solutions for providing basic and essential infrastructure in the urban context, paper would look at the basic issues creating roadblocks in the provision of these infrastructures and possible options to overcome these problems. Paper would also, critically and objectively, look at the options of providing infrastructure through planned development, making cities compact, defining realistic infrastructure norms and standards, involving communities, promoting people-public-private partnership, using state of art technologies etc .

 Abstract

Cooperative A cooperative bank is a financial institution that is owned at the same time by its members. Co-operatives are mostly formed by individuals belonging to some local professional group who have a shared interest in rural finance to meet the last man in the last village; the conventional money lender has no competitor. It provides the only tool that can have demonstrated its worth in reaching the citizens in full; the cooperative movement could not gain traction until 1954, when the RBI approved the recommendation from All India Credit Survey Committee. Each nation depends on the sector of banking. Similarly the Indian banking industry has a unique growth, as the Prime Minister's Bank was formed in the 18th century, and was later the Imperial Bank of India, now known as the State Bank of India in the pre-independence period (SBI). Co-operative banks in India have a crucial role to play in rural finance, by financing areas covering agriculture, livestock, milk, personal financing, independent jobs, and the establishment of small-scale units between the few areas of focus for urban and rural cooperative banks. They provide the necessary alternative to people visiting the village moneylender who have been working for many years, frequently finding themselves in a debt pit that they struggle with.
