Completeness of medical records is very useful for knowing in detail the patient's history, examination actions that have been carried out, and planning further actions. To achieve this, the medical record department is obliged to carry out quality monitoring by conducting quantitative, qualitative, and statistical analyses. Knowing the complete and incomplete of a medical record file needs to be analyzed quantitatively Medical records must be completed immediately after the patient receives service. Completeness of filling in inpatient medical records must be achieved within 24 hours. This is done on an ongoing basis so that the quality of the files is maintained and the quality of the hospital can be improved. Reksodiwiryo Padang City to know the incompleteness of inpatient medical record files, especially in surgical cases by looking at the four components. This research will be carried out in September-October 2021 by looking at the medical record file and looking for incompleteness in the former. This research method is descriptive qualitative, while the method used is the observation method, looking at objects directly with a retrospective approach, looking at existing data. The population of this study was all medical record files of inpatients at TK III Dr. Reksodiwiryo in surgical cases in the first quarter of 2020. The result is the highest percentage of the identification component is the birthdate item at 94.29%, and the highest percentage of incompleteness is found in the gender item, which is 77.14%. The highest percentage of the completeness of the important report components was obtained on the patient progress record form of 98.6%, only one form did not have a patient progress record. The highest percentage of incompleteness obtained on the informed consent form is 27.14%. The highest percentage of the completeness of the authentication component is obtained for the doctor's name item by 69% and the nurse's title item is 100% incomplete. In today's world, networks are significant, and cyber security has emerged as an essential study field. An intrusion detection system (IDS), a significant cyber security method, keeps track of the condition of the network's software and hardware. Existing IDSs still confront hurdles in increasing detection accuracy, lowering false alarm rates, and identifying novel assaults, despite decades of research. Many academics have concentrated on building IDSs that employ machine learning approaches to overcome the difficulties mentioned above. In this paper we are evaluating the performance of various classical algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest and Naive Bayes to detect attacks on network using IDS datasets such KDD, NSL but this classical algorithms unable to predict dynamic (if attacker introduce new attacks with changes in attack parameter) attacks and need to be trained in advance to detect such attacks to overcome from this problem we are evaluating performance of Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm with dynamic attack signatures and detection accuracy of DNN shown to be better compare to all classical algorithms. Deep learning is a field of artificial intelligence that has an impressive results and is now a hotspot for study. This survey presents an IDS taxonomy that classifies and summarizes machine learning- and deep learning-based IDS literature using data objects as the primary dimension.

Diabetic foot ulcer is a common burning problem in the society and one of the major complication requiring amputation of the limb. The number of Patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus is on rise, approximately 30- 35% of total population is getting affected. Foot ulcer is a complication affecting approximately 15% of people with Diabetes. Rajani dwaya Avachurna is taken up for this study. Rajani and Daruharidra has the property of vrana shodana, vrana ropana, krimighna, vishaghna etc and the overall efficacy is compared with Kaseesadi churna avachurnana which is already established. In this study, 40 patients of Dushta Vrana w.s.r to Diabetic foot ulcer were randomly selected and assigned in to two groups of 20 Patients each . Group-A as Trail group, was treated by Avachurnana with Rajani dwaya churna for Thirty days and Group-B , as Control group was treated with Kaseesadi Avachurnana for same duration. It was observed that Rajani dwaya Avachurnana group had better effect in reliving the Discharge ,when compared to Kaseesadi churna. Where as in rest of parameters like Pain, Numbness, Foul smell, Size and Floor of ulcer, Kaseesadi churna fared better. No untoward effect was noticed during the study period.

Inspit of having a great treasure of useful drugs, Unani medicines are not so popular in medical world due to many reasons includind lake of scientific evaluation and drug standardization. In that connection we put a Unani formulation in the form of cream for clinical trial for the common compliant of vaginal dryness during menopause. It is the most common problem females are facing today. Cream contains Aliwa, Roghn-e-Zaitoon, Roghan-e-Karanj and Post-e-Amaltas. The cream was applied locally in the vagina daily at bed time for seven nights. The patients were kept under observation and improvement was recorded in each alternate days follow up. The result was very encouraging as near about all patients were found satisfactory relief without any complication.

An infectious region of a brain tumour must be identified, segmented, and detected, a time-consuming and arduous process. An MRI, an image processing concept, can show the various parts of the patient's psyche. Detecting abnormalities in the human brain with simple imaging methods is extremely difficult. Many imaging modalities are used in an MRI procedure to scan and preserve the inner brain structures, including a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Medical images can be improved for an accurate diagnosis employing a balance contrast enhancement technique that is the focus of this article (BCET). This is followed by picture segmentation. Fine edges are finally detected by employing the Canny edge detection method. The experimental results showed that the proposed technique was about 98 percent accurate in recognizing the tumour and natural regions of the brain in MRI images.

Each student has unique personality, preferences and learning style. Instructional transactions based on innovative initiatives, differentiated paradigms which intensify appropriate processes, integrated thematic conceptualization and interdisciplinary approach to curriculum are recently gained much research support. It highlights the need for developing a discourse based on differentiated instruction which plays a vital role in constructing a positive learning climate in the class room.Making use of multisensory teaching is one of the key factors ought to consider for helping the learners to retain the given information and it incorporates three main learning styles: Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic.. This experimental study explains the effect of three select differentiated practices on Visual students.

In India , many time witness coinfection of Dengue and scrub typhus during monsoon and post monsoon period as an acute febrile illness. The aim and objective of present study is to assess the prevalence of coinfection in our rural hospital in acute febrile cases . we found that 0.15% of patients was having dual infection of dengue and scrub typhus among the patients admitted during last year.
