In Draupadi: Indias First Daughter, Vamshi Krishna rewrites Mahabaratha from the female perspective of queen Draupadi. The candid and interesting first person narration questions the stereotypical notion of women in the Indian culture. The classic, Sanskrit epic poemMahabarathais the spiritual as well as historical source which have defined the societal values in the aspects of patriarchs. It describes the female characters to be submissive and marginalized in the male dominated society. In the work of Vamshi Krishna the character Draupadi is exemplified as one of the earliest feminists due to her views on society and as well as polyandry and her thirst for revenge to show her individuality. This article proposes to analyse the image of the submissive and passive Draupadi of the epic poem Mahabarathato a strong feminist in the light of Elaine Showalters theory of feminism.

India, holds first rank out of total of one hundred and ninety nine countries against accidental deaths pertaining to road accidents. This is as per 2018 data of World Road Statistics India contribute around eleven percent of the total accidental deaths of the world. Haryana, which is a part of northern India is nowhere behind in of road accident and it holds seventh rank in from year (2014-2018). Gurugram district is ranked first and holds maximum deaths. Gurugram, is the fastest growing city and is also very intensely and densely populated and many national and multi-national companies are establishing their offices on daily basis. Due to this there is a vast increase in traffic on the roads of Gurugram and is leading towards frequent accidents. We have undertaken this study to identify the risk associated with road safety on Ambedkar Chowk as it is one of the most populated and busiest area. The conclusion will provide the comprehensive measures and solution for improving the road safety.

In the Indian society women are always supposed very dependent and less important part. Women do not get respect and position as they deserve. But now time is constantly changing, besides all these humiliation and disrespect, they raise their voice to get the entire rights equivalent to men. They want their separate identity. Women do not suppose to be a puppet in the hands of man. This dominance can be seen from ancient to modern time. Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni is one of the prominent feminist writers. She shows through her novels how women shifting their worse position into good. Now they are becoming smarter. They are willingly trying to modify conservative thinking. The four walls are not enough for them to survive. Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni showed in this novel how women being treated because India is a male powered country. Male are supposed superior to female. This gender biasness can be seen since childhood. The present study has been taken out with the main objective of presenting Draupadi as a role model for all Indian women. Draupadis sufferings and her pain which she bore throughout her life. Her character was bold and appreciable. She has become an epitome for all modern women.

Few years ago it was a fantasy or a science fiction, to control the working of real world devices with thoughts. But now it has become a reality, thanks to Brain Computer Interface (BCI). BCI based on scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) signals is a non-invasive technique that is the major and economical mode of data acquisition from brain. Other forms of non-invasive brain data acquisition are Magneto encephalography (MEG), Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNRIS). BCI can be applied to plethora of varied applications from both medical and non-medical fields. In medical field, it can be applied in prevention, detection and diagnosis, rehabilitation and restoration. In non medical field it can be applied in neuroergonomics, smart environment, gaming applications etc. BCI is a direct communication pathway between a human or animal brain and an external device. With BCI, a person with all kinds of disabilities but having a functioning brain can do anything to everything. As brain is the most complex organ of the human body, the data acquired from the brain will also exhibit complex features. To analyze these features we have to use efficient and competent algorithms. Algorithms working on the concept of collective intelligence are found to perform better in the anlaysis of EEG signals. There are numerous Swarm intelligence (SI) algorithms like Ant colony optimisation(ACO), Particle swarm optimisation(PSO), Bee colony optimization (BCO) that harness the collective intelligence. Here we endeavour to present the survey on the usage of swarm intelligence algorithms on the EEG data collected from the IoT device.

Professor I/C Principal, College of Nursing, Sri Venkateshwara Institute Of Medical Sciences, Tirupathi-517507, Chittoor- Dist, Andhra Pradesh, India. ABSTRACT: INTRODUCTION: A change in one aspect of a persons life brings about change in every aspect of his or her being and alters the quality of the whole. Gastrointestinal system is one of the systems of our body which has a relation with diet. Upper gastrointestinal inflammatory process is exceedingly common and has a wide spectrum of cause and manifestation. Gastritis disorder are common; unless treated promptly and completely, they can continue to cause problems throughout the persons life. Clients need assistance to learn a new way of eating in order to achieve and maintain health and to make necessary lifestyle changes. METHODOLOGY: Non- Experimental approach was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study, which was felt to be most appropriate for its practicability in real life situation. It has the advantages of practicability, feasibility and to a certain extent for generalization. Research design was descriptive research design. The study was conducted in selected areas of Chittoor. Population includes Male and Female undergraduates in selected areas of Chittoor. Sample size consists of 100 undergraduates (50 Male & 50 Females) under inclusion criteria. Non probability convenient sampling technique was adopted for the present study based on inclusion criteria. RESULTS: Out of 100 samples 50 male undergraduates i.e majority 28(56.00%) were having adequate knowledge, 17(34%) were having moderate knowledge and 5(10.00%) were having inadequate knowledge on gastritis. In 50 female undergraduates 40(80.00%) were having adequate knowledge, 8(16.00%) were having moderate knowledge and 2(4.00%) were having inadequate knowledge on gastritis. Male sample mean was 32.14 and standard deviation was 6.468 were as female sample mean was 36.48 and standard deviation was 5.733, t-value was 3.551 significant at p<0.001 level. Hence H01 was rejected. There was association between level of knowledge on gastritis among male undergraduates with their selected socio-demographic variables like Age in years, occupation of the mother significant at <0.005 level and standard of the study was significant at 0.001 level. Hence H02 was rejected. And some of the variables has not shown significance such as religion, education of the mother, education of the father, occupation father, family income per month, residence, dietary pattern, previous knowledge and source of information. Association between level of knowledge on gastritis among female undergraduates with their selected socio-demographic variables like Age in years, occupation of the father, family income per month significant at 0.001 level and residence significant at 0.005 level. Hence H02 was rejected. And some of the variables has not shown significance such as religion, standard of study, education of mother, education of father, occupation of the mother, dietary pattern, previous knowledge and source of information. CONCLUSION: Out of 100 sample majority of the sample were having adequate knowledge on gastritis among male and female. Majority of the female were having adequate knowledge in comparison with male undergraduates. The information booklet has enhance the knowledge levels of undergraduates on gastritis. The demographic variables such as Age, Gender, Educational status of mother and father, occupational status of mother and father, monthly family income, previous knowledge and source of information were associated with their knowledge regarding gastritis.

This research aims to get the optimum models as a basis for calculating Value-at-Risk which is to measure those maximum risks of each book IV banking shares. Data from this research was secondary time-series data in monthly returns of BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, CIMB-Niaga, and Pan Indonesia Bank. Research data ranges from June 2004 to September 2019, which obtained from www.investing.com without added those share dividend factor. ARCH/GARCH model used to estimate these values of VaR as maximum loss over a certain period of in certain confidence level. The results from this research were useful for policymakers as a basic consideration in making a decision regarding macroeconomic risk mitigation policies due to disturbance which occurs in Book IVs banking shares. Besides that, it also used as basic consideration of risk mitigation that occurs in this sector due to shocks on macroeconomic indicators
