Since they supply the expert information with the expected incorporated and accommodated information from changed and dissipated information sources, ETL strategies are the spine part of an information distribution center. In any case, the development of an ETL interaction, particularly the plan stage, is as yet viewed as a tedious undertaking. This is expected fundamentally to the reality thatETL activities are regularly evolved in light of a particular innovation from the beginning. As a consequence, it's challenging to interchange and reuse techniques and best practises across projects usingvarious technologies We have done our best to the best of our abilities. There has been no attempt to coordinate the development of ETL processes by presenting a standard and integrated development plan. To address this issue, this article introduces a paradigm for model-driven ETL process creation. Our framework has two advantages: (i) utilization of merchant autonomous models for a uniform plan of ETL processes in light of the expressive and notable BPMN, and (ii) A substantial stage might be made via naturally changing over these models into the seller explicit code expected to do an ETL methodology.

With the emergence of coronavirus in December 2019, a new frightening chapter began in the world as the virus shook the world. India was no exception to this, no region of India remained untouched by this virus, it affected all the 8 union territories and 28 states of India. As a safety measure, the lockdown was imposed by the government and all this development not only brought a change in the lifestyle of the common people but also had an effect on the socio-economic condition of every citizen. Its impact was evident in various sectors such as political, religious, educational, health, psychological, etc. As a result of the economic instability, market-induced volatility has further widened the inequality gap. sharp rise in unemployment, cost cutting, stress on supply chains, collapse of tourism and hospitality industry, reduced consumer activity along with market, plunge in fuel consumption led to decrease in government income. All these impacts were experienced by Hindi Print Media of Himachal Pradesh. This paper mainly deals with the three leading Hindi newspapers of Himachal Pradesh namely Amar Ujala, Punjab Kesari and Dainik Jagran and analyzed their market share before lockdown and post lockdown i.e., print order during the pandemic. The paper is based on secondary data. It's an attempt towards highlighting the changing outlook of Hindi Print Media under the impact of COVID 19 with special reference to the Himachal Pradesh.

Among all of the human senses, vision is one of the most important, and it plays a critical role in comprehending the surroundings around you Visually challenged people find it challenging to go about outside without assistance. As a result, this research is an attempt to develop a low vision object detection system. As a result, the following is required: It requires, among other things, a camera, an application, and an audio device. We developed and deployed an Android app that makes use of the phone's camera A vision-impaired person uses a camera to detect objects in their environment. In addition, the Application will inform the user of the object's direction as well as their distance from it. The programme will use an audio device such as headphones or the phone's speaker to give the visually impaired user the name, direction, and distance of the object. Visually challenged persons will be able to converse with each other using this way. This technology will allow visually impaired persons to travel around independently by educating them about the many items around them.

The Gangasagar Mela is a significant Hindu pilgrimage and festival held annually at Gangasagar, where the Ganges River meets the Bay of Bengal in West Bengal, India. Celebrated on Makar Sankranti (January 14 or 15), it is second-largest Hindu fair after the Kumbh Mela, attracting millions of devotees who come to take a holy dip at the confluence, believed to wash away sins. The mela has deep historical roots, being mentioned in the Mahabharata and linked to the legend of Kapilmuni. Pilgrims perform various rituals, including offerings to Lord Surya and worship of Kapil Muni. Modern infrastructure, such as temporary camps, jetties, and ferry services, supports the large influx of pilgrims. In recent years, attendance has surged, with over 51 lakh devotees participating in 2023. The mela combines ancient spiritual practices with contemporary logistical efforts, ensuring a safe and organized experience for pilgrims.

Education must depend on learning not in time. In schools across the country, time is the constant and the quality of learning is the variable. To get a high school certificate, students must attend school for roughly six hours a day, 180 days of the year and for 12 to 13 years. Some students graduate ready for the Ivy League and others are barely able to read. Competency-based learning is a comparatively modern approach to learning design. It is gaining immense popularity by industry-leading corporates as well as universities since it shows a definite improvement in skills and job results. On one hand, businesses can ensure that their workforce is competent for the task they are assigned to, and on the other side, users are confident that they are equipped with the right knowledge to perform their tasks. Competency-based education is a system in which students are empowered daily to make important decisions about their learning experiences, how they will create and apply knowledge and how they will demonstrate their learning. The objectives of this article are to highlight the formative role of Competence-based learning in comparison to traditional learning systems. The study also tries to indicate needs of competence-based learning in the focus of equity in education and why NEP 2020 advocates competence-based education systems as a fundamental pillar for future.

This paper provides a comparative analysis of three distinct sports management models in India: public, private, and non-profit. Each model is essential to the development of sports in the country, yet their structures, operational methods, and contributions differ significantly. The study evaluates the performance, governance, and financial frameworks of these sectors while identifying the challenges faced by each. Based on data from various reports, case studies, and interviews with key stakeholders, this paper provides insights into how these sectors can collaborate to improve India's sports infrastructure and athlete performance on the global stage.

The concept of sustainability has gained significant attention across various domains, including human resource management (HRM). As organizations recognize the need to adopt environmentally friendly practices, the integration of sustainability into HRM has become crucial. The study's goal is to arrive at a new concept - green human resource management function - through an examination of the meaning of the environmental, economic, and social dimensions of sustainable development for organisations, the benefits of implementing the concept of sustainability in organisations worldwide, and the importance of embedding sustainability in HRM practises. The research relies heavily on previously collected data. This study provides a theoretical foundation for expanding the Green HRM research agenda via a narrative approach informed by a literature evaluation. Relevant information is collected from various sources, including electronic databases, websites, published papers, journals, magazines, and newspapers. Articles on Green HRM were retrieved for this study from several online libraries. Thus, Green Human Resource Management has the responsibility to create green awareness among the new talent and the existing employee working for an organization, encourage their employees to help the organization to reduce the causes of environmental degradation through green movement, green programs and practices, retain the resources for the future generation.

One of the main problems of all nations, or for whole world, is the problem of poverty. In the midst of plenty there are those who suffer dire misery. According to the World Bank, more than half the world's population is poor. In this paper I will raise the question that, do the affluent have any obligations or moral responsibility in alleviating poverty. I will also focus on the ethical basis for our concern for poverty as a global issue.
