 Abstract

The copious amount of data has raised serious concerns about how to analyze it. Data analysis has grown to be a major problem for all businesses, whether they are service- or product-based or educational institutions. Developing positive relationships with customers or end users is essential to the success of any type of business or institution. Customer relationship management, or CRM, has grown essential since it facilitates business-driven decision-making. Salesforce is the greatest CRM system since it contains all the data on clients, employees, patients, students, documents, and services rendered by the company.

In order to achieve the objective of the present study, the information has been collected from secondary sources. In this study data of three recent censuses- 1991, 2001 and 2011 have been used. Total population of Himachal Pradesh was about 52 Lakh per 1991 census, that increased to around 61 Lakh in 2001 and 69 Lakh as per 2011 census, recording a decadal growth rate of 17.5 during 1991-2001 census and 12.94 between 2001 and 2011 census. Sex-ratio (female per 1000 males) declined from 976, as per (1991 census) to 968 (2001 census) increased marginally to 972 as per 2011 census. The highest increase in population has been recorded in case of Christian (64.5 percent), followed by Jain (28.2 percent), Muslim (25.4 percent), Hindu (12.6 percent) and Sikh (10.4 percent) during 2001-2011. Literacy rate has increased from 63.75 percent (during 1991) to 82.80 percent (as per 2011 Census). Birth rates have shown a decline as per all censuses from 16.5 births per during 1991 Census to 16.0, as per 2011 Census. Death rate remained constant (uniform) at 6.7 deaths.  Abstract

Introduction: Portal hypertension and oesophageal varices in patients with chronic liver disease has serious clinical outcomes. Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine the accuracy of non-invasive parameter such as liver stiffness (LS) measured by shear wave elastography to detect high risk oesophageal varices (EV) in patients with chronic liver disease. Methods: A total of 38 patients with chronic liver disease were enrolled in the study. All underwent upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to evaluate the presence and severity of oesophageal varices. The stiffness values of measured by shear wave elastography on Ultrasound was collected. The diagnostic performance of shear wave elastography for differentiating high risk varices from low-risk varices was evaluated by a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Results: The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of liver stiffness was 0.98. Using a cut-off value of 11.2 kPa for liver stiffness to detect varices, the sensitivity was 85.7 %, specificity 100% and accuracy 91%. Conclusion: Liver stiffness measured on shear wave elastography have performed excellently to predict high risk oesophageal varices in patients with chronic liver disease and liver stiffness as a single marker had the best diagnostic value.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the regulating authority for stock exchanges in India, formed under the SEBI Act 1992. Protecting investor interests, promoting, and regulating the Indian securities markets are among SEBI's major and primary responsibilities. This study makes solid observations about investor protection policies, current market patterns, and how protection rules have changed over the last two decades. Individual investors, institutional investors, local institutional investors, and international institutional investors are among the numerous sorts of investors who participate in the stock market. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) was established in April 1988 and became a legal organisation in March 1992.

 Abstract

Fungi are responsible for biodegradation of different materials, mainly celluloses, under aerobic, anaerobic, mesophilic and thermophilic conditions by accumulating enzymes in their culture media. These enzymes aid in the biodegradation of cellulosic substances, either directly or indirectly. Fungi, such as, Aspergillus niger, are potential Cellulase Enzyme sources. The present work deals with the study of various growth factors and Vitamins that are responsible for growth of microorganisms and the Cellulase Enzyme produced by them.
