This study takes a look at the Indian pension system as it is at the present time. The experience that India has had might possibly impact the policy choices made in other developing nations, particularly those that rely on the national provident fund system in a similar manner as India does. The shortcomings of different retirement benefit plans are examined; along with the various retirements benefit plans' institutional characteristics. It is argued that the current system is ineffective and cannot be maintained because of factors such as low coverage levels, poor performance of provident fund schemes as a result of investment restrictions, and financial challenges associated with the administration of unfunded public pension programs. The recent history of unsuccessful attempts to alter the system via ad hoc measures serves to further highlight the need of making fundamental and long-lasting changes. The study comes to a close with a discussion of several potential approaches for revamping the pension system in India.

The world has seen much focus on economic progress, the side effects of this, has resulted in climate change, environmental damage. The banks can play an important role between economic growth and environmental protection. Green banking is different from traditional banking, as green banking focus on promoting environment friendly banking. Green banking is also known as ethical banking. Green banks or environmentally responsible banks do not only improve their own standards but also affect socially responsible behavior of other business. Banks in India especially the largest commercial bank State Bank of India has developed several green banking initiatives. SBI bank has introduced various paperless banking practices for their customers. Adopting these practices the customers can contribute a lot towards the environment. This paper aims to outlook the green banking initiatives made by Banks in Coimbatore District and attempt has been made to talk about the environmental and other benefits of these practices. The present study has incorporated with the collection of both primary and secondary data. This study can be concluded that the common people are yet to come forward to adhere these practice due to lack of awareness. Therefore, banks must literate their customers about the using procedures of green banking practices and adopt all strategies to save earth.

. It is very clear that the world is flat due to information technology (IT). IT has agitated the world and brought about worldwide industry. However based on the Information Systems Strategy Triangle, a company has to balance its commerce, organizational and information systems strategies to be booming. It is, consequently, not amazing that the job satisfaction of the IT employees is leading to the achievement of any commerce these existence. As the atmosphere of IT continues to rise, the new multifaceted it appears to have become and the new needy the present worldwide neighborhood is to the promise of technological solutions to their troubles. Job satisfaction is of significance to employers because employees who are dissatisfied with their occupation have senior tariff of malingering, are more likely to give up their jobs, get there behind for work, make less than colleagues who are better-off in their jobs and can unenthusiastically change the spirits of the organization. The main aim of the study is to evaluate the job satisfaction of employees in information technology sector in Coimbatore City. The study mainly based on primary data and data has been collected from Information Technology employees through structured questionnaire method. The number of members of each region is not uniform. There are 100 ITs employees have been selected from Coimbatore on the basis of the convenience sampling method. This present study can concluded that this study revealed that working responsibilities, job security and remuneration were significant with job satisfaction. Most of the employees are expecting more remuneration package based on the working responsibilities. The information technology organizations have to improve the culture and style of the working environment to high percentage. This also suggested that the conceptual model has to be developed for job satisfaction with the factors such as psychological, physical and environmental to generalize the findings for a similar set of IT Company.

Communication is the apt need of society. People could not survive without communication. It also plays a crucial role in education. As though, our education stresses upon learning of international language. Every human being starts to educate their children in the English language. Now a day, English is not only code to impart with other nations but also performs a vital role to provide information, wits, and wisdom to everyone. This language is a boulevard of all information. English language can learn and adapt faster than any other languages. To promote this language, new trends in tech-savvy teaching become trustworthy. This medium becomes easier, faster, and time saving, with the help of various technological implementations. These are web-based technology, tools of information, and powerful internet connectivity. With the help of these tools, the students can enhance their learning ability. However, the authenticity of language acquisition relies on four skills; reading, listening, writing, and speaking. English is an acceptable mode of communication to acquire knowledge in the world. For this purpose, early initiation is always beneficial. These new trends in learning make pupils develop interest. It will promote them to start learning. The proposed area of this research paper is to study teaching and learning of the English language with the help of tech-savvy implementations. This study will also provide significance on web-based technology, internet communication, e-learning, online assessment, and methods of teaching through tech-savvy mode. English is not a language of nations but it also gives information about the different domains. It stimulates new possibilities for the teachers and learners. They can swim in the ocean of knowledge.

WSNs are utilized in a variety of applications, including surveillance, target tracking, structural monitoring, and other similar tasks. Furthermore, it may be used to predict natural disasters by sensing seismic occurrences or by monitoring volcanic activity in order to prevent them from occurring. Adaptive sampling strategies for mobile sensor networks, as well as real-time reconstruction for a scalar field of interest, are discussed. In the primary simulation, average reconstruction execution is assessed by contrasting recreated signals and unique signals. In the second simulation, a specific simulation is given, Great Lakes ice cover reconstruction. Moving expense is assessed by looking at adaptive estimations and random estimations, and the experiment is contrasted and another adaptive sampling technique. An information driven algorithm is set up based on compressive detecting. While compressive detecting gathers absolutely random estimations from obscure fields, the proposed algorithm improves individual estimation by boosting the information it could incorporate. All the more particularly, estimation is extraordinarily composed by examining all the current information under a sparse area like Haar Wavelet space.By analyzing all of the data from the whole mobile sensor network, the most useful metrics will be determined and collected. Collaboration between networked sensors is more important than collaboration between single mobile sensors.

The money you earn is partly spent and the rest saved for meeting future expenses. Instead of keeping the savings idle you may like to use savings in order to get return on it in the future. This is called Investment. One of the important reasons why one needs to invest wisely is to meet the cost of Inflation. Inflation is the rate at which the cost of living increases. The cost of living is simply what it costs to buy the goods and services you need to live. Inflation causes money to lose value because it will not buy the same amount of a good or a service in the future as it does now or did in the past. For example, if there was a 6% inflation rate for the next 20 years, a Rs. 100 purchase today would cost Rs. 321 in 20 years. This is why it is important to consider inflation as a factor in any long-term investment strategy. This paper gives a detailed review on the various options available for investment.
