 Abstract

Organisational climate is one of the most essential aspect for organization facilitating employees to enjoy working and take challenges for betterment of organisations. Banking sector in India are the most reputed institutions trusted largely by masses. For developmental aspects and progress in the banking sector, human resource development plays a very vital role and important function as a whole. Practice of human resource functions in the banking industry is one of the mandatory requirements as per the guidelines. Organisational climate and HR practices ensures the overall development in personal and professional manner along with banking functions for the customers. It also brings into practice encouraging and progressive outcomes and the brand image of the bank in terms of operations in the banking sector. Human resource development can be considered as one of the most important systems of HR management which leaves no sector, maybe manufacturing or service with yielded results. Organisational culture of any organisation reflects the supportive environment that gives complete freedom to all the employees at different levels facilitating in development of their skills, competencies and confidence that helps in maintaining the expected results and also keeping the team spirit intact. It also focuses on various aspects which directly and indirectly affects the environmental climate of the banking sector making every employee along with customers satisfied with services and its outcomes. There are various aspects that need to be considered as a part of the human resource development system in any banking industry that relates to human resource planning, selection, performance management, potential appraisal evaluation and training.  Abstract

The abiotic and biotic factors, which activate the growth of bacteria in fresh water. The microbes, which are present in the gill, digestive tract soil and the tissues of Gray mullet, were studied. The total heterotrophic bacterial population in water and soil was more during summer than in winter. The percentage of bacterial flora was the maximum in the gill and minimum in the muscle tissues of Gray mullet. Vibrio spp, Pseudomonas spp and Bacillus spp were the major micro flora found in the gill, digestive tract and body tissues of Mugil cephalus followed by Micrococcus spp and Aeromonas spp. The polluted water of the pond appears to be the major source of fish pathogens.

 Abstract

A physiological process of respiration, which involves both inspiration and expiration, had/have/has an impact on the fish due to the toxic action of the pesticides, chlorpyrifos, an organophosphate in the laboratory study of the fish Channa punctata both in lethal and sub-lethal concentrations, exposed to the technical grade as well as 20% EC. The toxicants resulted an alterations/changes in the consumption of the oxygen while during the process of the inspiration. The results of the increase initially and decrease during the later periods at both the concentrations and toxicants, resulted due to the reason of the toxicant stress actions only, because the entry point of the toxicants and diffusion of gases is one and the same, that is the gills. They, all, are going to be discussed with the literature of the earlier work reports, in the context of the defilement act due to their indiscriminate use and are transported to the aquatic bodies that are nearby and effect the non-target organisms, especially, the fishes which are all going to be reviewed.

Relate with Internet banking, mobile banking is added security and user sociable. The employment of wireless communication technologies may result in more difficult information safety problems. Based on the principles of information security, this paper presented issues of information security of mobile banking and deliberated the security defence action such as: Encryption technology, individuality authentication, digital signature, WPKI technology. In result If banks can mix the mobile banking and present services, make good use of the welfares provided by of wireless communication technology such as cell phones and develop a single customer focused on services?mobile banking will be capable to play a more significant role in banking business.
