Abstract
సామ్య శబ్దం నుండి ‘‘సామెత’’ పదం పుట్టింది. సామ్యం అంటే పోలిక. సామెతను హంగారీ భాషలో, పెల్డబెగెడ్‌, అరబ్బీ భాషలో, మతల్‌, హిందీ భాషలో, ‘కహావత్’, ఉర్దూలో ‘ముహావరా’, సంస్కృతంలో ‘‘సూక్తి’’ సుభాషితమని, తమిళంలో ‘‘పళమెళి’’ (పాతమాట) ఆంగ్లంలో ‘‘ప్రొలెర్బ్‌’’, కన్నడంలో ‘‘గాదె’’ (గాథాశబ్ద భవం) లేక నానుడి అని అంటారు. లంబాడా భాషలో ‘‘చట్టా’’ అని కూడా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. అలాగే సామెతలను బంజారా భాషలో ‘‘కావత్‌’’ అని అంటారు. కావత్‌ అనే పదం ఉత్తర భారతదేశం భాషలేని హిందీ, గుజారాతీ, రాజస్థాన్‌ భాషల్లో పేర్కొనే ‘‘కహావత్’’ అనే పదం నుండి ఆవిర్భవించినట్లు భావిస్తున్నారు. సామెతలు లేదా ‘‘కావట్‌’’ లు బంజారాల జీవనంలోని వివిధ సందర్భాలతో సమ్మిళితమై ఉంటాయి. సామెతలు, లోకోక్తులు, సూక్తులు, ఆమెతలు, నుడిపలుకు - ఇలా వివిధ పేర్లతో వ్యవహరించడం, ఏదో మాట చెప్పినట్లు లేక ఏదో సామెత చెప్పినట్లు అంటూ లోకంలో బహుళ ప్రచారంలో ఉన్న అంశం. సామెతలు సందర్భాలకు ఒక చుట్టరికం ఉంది. సందర్భావసరాన్ని బట్టి ఒక్కోసారి కొత్త సామెత కూడా పుట్టవచ్చు. అలాగే గుర్తించవలసిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే పొడుపు కథలు, సామెతలు కావు ఇవి ధర్మమార్గాన్ని సూచించే పాదసూచికల వంటివి.

Abstract
India's northeast is one of the hotspots of conflict and violence. It comprises of eight states such as Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura. This area is also known as a land of diversity as it is home to people of various linguistic, ethnic , and cultural backgrounds. However, in spite of its unique features with lot of potentials and prospects, northeastern region presents a complex situation in which conflicts and violence are regular occurrences. The search for root and identity which is one of the most important themes of postcolonial literature finds its appropriate place in northeast literature as well. Another reason of socio-political turmoil in northeast is the sense of geographical and political alienation that the northeast people suffer from. The literature from this trouble -torn northeast reflects such socio-political issues of the region resulting in violence, loss of identity, and loss of life

Abstract
Cancer diagnosis is one of the most researched and studied problems in the medical field. Several researchers have focused on improving performance and achieve satisfactory results. Breast Cancer is the most often identified cancer among women and one of the silent killer in the world. However, detecting this cancer in its early stages helps in saving lives. As the diagnosis of this disease manually takes long hours and there is less availability of effective diagnostics systems, so there is need to develop the automatic diagnosis system for earlier detection of the cancer. In artificial intelligence, machine learning is a field, which allows machines to evolve through processes, learnt, and trained to act intelligent. Machine Learning is widely used in the field of bioinformatics and cancer diagnosis.

Abstract
The growth rate of population is on declining trend in Orissa since 1971. High prevalence of couple protection rate among tribal dominated districts of Orissa indicates towards the plight of tribal people because innocent and poor tribal are lured by the incentive provided by the health and family welfare department. The districts with high proportion of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe population have higher couple protection rate in comparison to districts with lower percentage of scheduled population. The relationship between family planning performance and socio-economic variables such as female literacy rate, percentage of urban population, female work force participation rate and proportion of scheduled caste/tribe population is a good measure to analyse the influence of development on CPR. Female work force participation rate shows a highly positive and significant correlation with CPR in Orissa. High CPR in Orissa cannot be explained on the basis of developmental indicators because it is a developing state having low levels of industrialisation and urbanisation. It is also agriculturally backward state of India. So the state government should make conscious efforts to uplift the health and educational infrastructure particularly for females and scheduled population to prevent their exploitation.
