Recent advancements in digital signal processing technology have facilitated the utilization of digital microprocessors for the regulation of grid-connected inverters. Nonetheless, the digital manifestation is hindered by phase lag resulting from temporal delays. This phase lag evaluates the stability and resilience of the inverter controller. This study offers a comprehensive assessment of time-delay compensation methodologies for both model-free and model-based inverter controllers in the context of grid connections. MF methodologies predominantly employ proportional-integral and proportional resonance controllers, alongside various strategies aimed at mitigating time delay. In the interim, this study delineates the control strategies most frequently employed by MB, encompassing the Smith predictor and the modified Smith predictor. A comprehensive summary of various analogous strategies from the literature aimed at minimizing delays is presented, alongside a thorough examination of the notable issues related to the MF and MB procedures. Ultimately, this study presents a hypothesis regarding the most favorable approach at present and suggests a hybrid technique that integrates the MF and MB procedures, thereby offering readers a direction for future inquiry.

Modern FinTech projects demand structured methods because they improve system operation while maintaining security features and regulatory compliance rules. Largely scaled financial technology companies find scalable solutions that adapt to their specific needs through Agile and SAFe methodology frameworks. Detailed research examines the planned deployment of these frameworks, their influence on project results, regulatory compliance requirements, and development speed. This study applies a mixed research design to demonstrate how Agile and SAFe implementation yields advantages and faces implementation hurdles through performance tracking and qualitative research. Well-structured Agile implementation leads to better collaboration practices, acceleration of product delivery cycles, and superior risk control capabilities. The seamless implementation faces barriers from regulatory obstacles and cultural barriers that resist change. Effective, sustainable innovation requires financial sectors to adopt Agile methodologies according to their specific requirements. The research delivers actionable suggestions to leaders within the industry for advancing their Agile transformations, which strike a proper equilibrium between adaptable project development and adequate regulatory compliance in FinTech initiatives.

This study presents a review of Graphene-layered microwave devices. Because of its very frequency-dependent characteristics, exceptional graphene exhibits distinct behavior in the THz and microwave bands. The article discusses graphene's characteristics and uses in the microwave band, including cutting-edge uses in Internet of Things gadgets like biosensors and graphene ink printing. There is a discussion of current research on graphene-layered devices such as antennas, waveguides, and microwave filters. Graphene is still regarded as a promising material in Internet of Things and biosensor communication devices that operate in the microwave range because it can offer tunability, flexibility, and transparency, even though its carrier mobility and conductivity in the microwave band do not enable better results when compared to traditional materials.

The rapid evolution of financial technology (Fin-Tech) platforms has revolutionized the financial landscape but has simultaneously introduced significant cybersecurity challenges. Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based security tools have emerged as a promising solution to enhance security measures in these platforms. This study explores the effectiveness of NLP in identifying, mitigating, and preventing cyber threats, such as Fraudulent, Anomaly, and Unauthorized Access. This study explores the efficiency of NLP-based security tools in enhancing the security of fin-tech platforms by leveraging machine learning techniques such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). By analyzing patterns in textual data, these tools aim to detect vulnerabilities, predict threats, and mitigate risks in real-time. In this study, researchers used the financial data and textual data. The research evaluates the performance of these ML models, focusing on their accuracy (A_accuracy), precision (P_precision), recall (R_recall), and F1-score (?F1?_score). The experimental result shows that the proposed RF model shows the highest A_accuracy (98.83%), P_precision (97.70%), R_recall (98.64%), and ?F1?_score (98.17%).

Milk is such type of liquid food product which can be easily adulterated and is a very composite mixture. It is the normal mammary secretion derived from complete milking of healthy milch animal either addition there to or extraction there from. It is very valuable food which is easily digested and absorbed. It contains more than 100 nutrients which are present either in solution, suspension or emulsion in water, the most important is the casein, which is the major milk protein, lactose (which is a milk sugar), whey as well as mineral salt which are needed for the proper growth and maintenance for the human body.

Andhra Pradesh being the second largest sericulture producer in the country. it is fostering towards obtaining first place in case of mulberry extension and cocoon production by implementing various necessary steps in sericulture farming sector. The Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs), or Farmer Assurance Centres, are established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to serve as comprehensive resource hubs for farmers at the Panchayat level. This initiative aims to enhance transparency and improve the quality of services available to the farming community, thereby facilitating smoother agricultural practices, reducing production costs, increasing yields, and ultimately boosting farmers' incomes. These centres provide a variety of services, including e-crop booking for crop insurance, timely delivery of agricultural inputs within 24-48 hours via kiosks, custom hiring of machinery, establishment of Agri-Input shops, Farmer Knowledge Centres, technical advisory teams, the YSR Rythu Bharosa program, Polambadi (Farmer Field Schools), CCRC cards, and D-krishi (seed distribution). This decentralization of agricultural services aims to bring support closer to farmers throughout Andhra Pradesh. It also helps the sericulture farmers to avail all the services offered sequentially with other crops. It provides scope for wider extension in sericulture sector. While it's still early to evaluate the quality of services offered for sericulture extension by RBKs and their impact on the farming community, this paper outlines potential opportunities, concerns, and recommendations to enhance the initiative's effectiveness in the future.

An Iris biometrics has gained a lot of attention as of late. It happened because this quantifiable trait ensures a high level of efficiency and accuracy. Recently, iris recognition algorithms have shown outstanding identifying performance. There has been a rise in the use of iris recognition systems as an authentication method due to the fact that an individual's iris is a perfect biometric candidate due to its rich texture. This article details the methods used by the researchers at various points of the iris image recognition system. Additionally, the procedures linked to each stage were examined by the researchers. Seven phases comprise the recognition system: iris image acquisition; iris image quality improvement during the preprocessing phase; segmentation phase involving the separation of an iris region by an image background; normalisation phase involving a rectangle shaping of a segmented iris region; feature extraction phase encompassing an extraction of iris region features; and finalisation phase encompassing feature extraction. The comparative results have shown the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Gaussian filter (GF) model obtained 99.99% accuracy that is higher than other models. This research endeavours to examine and delineate the phases of existing iris recognition systems.
