Introduction: Financial transparency in the banking sector refers to the timely disclosure of accurate and relevant qualitative as well as quantitative financial information to stakeholders in accordance with various accounting standards and generally accepted principles, allowing them to make informed decisions about the organization's financial condition, risk-taking, overall performance, and management. It plays a vital role in the overall corporate governance mechanism and protecting the interest of the stakeholders. Purpose: The paper aims to research the role of financial transparency and disclosure of corporate governance in the selected private and public sector banks and find its impact on their financial performance. Research Design: The study is based on secondary data collected from various sources, such as annual reports, the CMIE database, and Prowess IQ. To determine the financial transparency, disclosure, and level of corporate governance, a scorecard is created using the RBI guidelines, the Companies Act 2013, Revised Clause 49 of the listing agreement, and various other mandatory and non-mandatory financial reporting and corporate governance guidelines, while keeping various accounting standards and generally accepted principles in mind. Financial transparency in selected scheduled commercial banks is measured using various indicators and parameters. The higher the score a bank has, the greater is its level of financial transparency and corporate governance. Financial performance of banks is measured by five performance indicators namely, return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net interest margin (NIM), profit per employee (PPE), and net non-performing assets (NPA). The data is analysed using MS Excel and SPSS. Research limitations/implications: The paper is both descriptive as well as analytical in nature, supported by sufficient data and empirical findings. The Indian Banking Industry is very dynamic, constantly going through changes such as mergers and acquisitions, and is facing several challenges relating to financial transparency and corporate governance. The present study provides useful insights into the impact of financial transparency and corporate governance mechanisms of the selected bank's performance.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) comprise gradual loss of kidney function over a period of months or years which is progressive in nature. There is rapid growth of kidney disease in India because of abrupt change in lifestyle, dietary habits, hypertension, and uncontrolled diabetes. Scope of treatment for CKD is mainly haemodialysis and transplantation which is not so affordable and outreach for everyone in India. So, Ayurveda with its wide diversity and holistic approach either in form of Panchkarma, Shamana, Pathya-apthya stand distinct and provide effective and safe management for CKD. Here a diagnosed case of CKD is given Varunadi niruha basti for 15 days followed before and after with Sarvatobhadra Vati as Shaman chikitsa. There was good improvement seen on subjective as well as objective parameters like in Bl. Urea, Ser. Creatinine, Aruchi, dribbling of urine and generalised weakness etc. This improves the quality of life and off course implies positive aura for the patient for further recovery.

Air pollution has become a serious problem these modern days. Air pollution is present outside in the environment and has become difficult to provide safety inside the house. This polluted air can cause many serious health problems in cities. If someone is suffering from breathing problems like Asthma or Sinus or suffering from any lung problem then air-purifier acts as a surviving tool. Air purifier reduces the chances of health issues caused by indoor pollutants, which directly trigger neurological problems, respiratory infection or symptoms in asthma suffering. Hence, the fabrication of a low-cost solar-powered air-purifier made using a air filter, Activated Filter, Solar Panel, and some miscellaneous components that can become a low-cost but efficient alternative for surviving in such difficult times. This air purifier uses various processes like filtering large dirt particles on the first pre-filter, then capturing dust particles and smoke molecules at the air filter, and uses Carbon-filter to capture micro-particles produces clean purified air. The analysis and results conclude that the Air Purifier can produce 96 percent of clean air and can run up to 14 hours a day by a solar-powered system.

William Shakespeare is undoubtedly one of the most celebrated and enduring figures in the literary world. His plays have been studied, adapted, and performed countless times over the centuries, and continue to captivate audiences today. However, as time has passed, the way in which we approach and interpret Shakespeare has changed, with postmodernism emerging as a prominent lens through which to view his works. In this essay, we will provide an overview of postmodernism in Shakespearean drama, exploring how this movement's focus on indeterminacy, relativism, and the collapse of binary opposites has influenced the interpretation and performance of Shakespeare's plays. Additionally, we will examine the enduring popularity of Shakespeare in the postmodern age, and how his works continue to be adapted and reimagined for contemporary audiences. Postmodernism has breathed new life into Shakespearean drama, allowing audiences to view his works in a fresh and dynamic way. The postmodernist movement has helped to highlight the indeterminacy and relativism of truth that Shakespeare so often explores, while also emphasizing the collapse of binary oppositions and the rejection of the modernist quest for meaning. Despite the many challenges posed by postmodernism, Shakespeare's plays have continued to thrive and remain relevant, thanks to the ongoing efforts of Shakespearean troupes, festivals, and productions, as well as the reconstruction of the Globe theatre and the adaptation of his works in films and other media. Ultimately, the postmodern Shakespeare represents a powerful reminder of the enduring value of one of the greatest playwrights in human history.

Today, the planet earth is facing triple crisis: climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution. These interlinked challenges are threatening the well-being and survival of millions of species around the world and jeopardizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each of these crisis has its own causes and effects and each issue needs to be resolved if we are to have a viable future on this planet. This paper analyses the causes and effects of all these interlinked issues. The paper also reviews the efforts taken by UN and world community to tackle the triple planetary crisis. Finally, some measures are suggested to handle the crisis effectively.

Our research paper introduces a new system called the air canvas, which enables users to draw in mid-air using a stylus on a virtual canvas. The system incorporates object detection techniques in OpenCV to track the stylus's position and allow real-time drawing. We explain the system's design, including its software and hardware components, and showcase the findings from our experiments, demonstrating the precision and efficiency of the proposed system

Conventional agricultural practices can contribute to soil degradation and pollution, as well as pose health risks to humans. Organic farming practices can offer a more sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional methods. Organic farming focuses on building soil health through the use of natural processes and inputs, such as compost, cover crops, and crop rotation. By avoiding synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, organic farming can help reduce the negative impacts of conventional agriculture on human health and the environment. Brinjal, also known as eggplant, is an important crop in India and other parts of the world. There is growing interest in using organic amendments to improve the quality and yield of brinjal, while also reducing the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Research has shown that organic amendments, such as compost and vermicompost, can improve soil health and increase the availability of nutrients to plants. They can also help suppress pests and diseases, reducing the need for synthetic pesticides. In addition, studies have shown that organic farming practices can increase the antioxidant content of brinjal, making it a more nutritious crop. Overall, organic farming practices have the potential to promote sustainable agriculture cultivation, protect the environment, and improve human health. More research and investment in organic farming practices are needed to ensure that they can be implemented on a larger scale and provide a viable alternative to conventional agriculture.
