Automatic flaw detection in medical images is a rapidly growing subfield used in a variety of medical diagnostics. Automated tumor diagnosis in MRI is significant because it reveals information about aberrant tissues that is required for treatment planning. For this reason, reliable automatic classification systems are crucial for reducing human mortality. Since saving the radiologist's time and achieving a tested accuracy is a priority, automated tumor detection systems are being developed. We propose the use of the CNN machine learning method in this study to identify brain tumors.

The development of neuroscience and subsequent investigation of neurobiological approach to music revealed that music is a brain function. It is processed in different parts of the brain and activates brain's structural and functional aspects. Music influences neurochemicals that are responsible for regulating emotional, physiological, psychological and cognitive functions. With the neurobiological study, which is evidence based and empirical has made a strong base for music therapy to be scientifically use for treatment by professional and in clinical setup. The current study reviews available literature to examine that music's neurobiological processing in the brain is responsible for stimulating the brain and therefore use music as an alternative therapeutic tool

Hemoglobin is a major protein involved in transport of oxygen. Hemoglobinopathies are group of disease characterized by quantitative and/or qualitative abnormality in the production of Hemoglobin, e.g. thalassemia and sickle cell disease respectively. Identification of these disorders is immensely important epidemiologically and they can be prevented by population screening. Approximately 250 million people constituting 4.5% of the world population carry a potentially pathological haemoglobinopathy gene. Beta thalassemia are widely distributed through a belt running from Mediterranean, North West Africa through the Middle East, Pakistan, India and south East Asia. Hbs is prevalent in Africa, Mediterranean countries, and India. The disease is observed in Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, some tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Maharashtra. In USA and Latin America countries, 6-8% of the black carry sickle cells gene. The aim of the study was study of various Hemoglobinopathies in patients of Gujarat.

As price of fuel increasing, running cost of the electric vehicles is less than that of gasoline powered vehicles. it is difficult to use internal combustion engine vehicles. The future of automobile is going to be electric. The pollution emitted by the automobiles is increasing rapidly nearly about 73% of total pollution due to the usage of internal combustion engines. If go for newly launched electric vehicle, they are highly priced compare to conventional IC engine vehicle. Battery used by these EVs are costlier, they use lithium-ion batteries which prices around thousands. Obviously, everyone is looking towards making electric vehicles pocket friendly. There is a method of doing this is to converting an internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle into an electric one. An electric vehicle is a type of vehicle that uses electric motor and battery pack instead of an internal combustion engine. Power is given from battery pack rather than petrol. This saves money and has smaller impact on the environment as well. There are few barriers for the rapid adoption of electric vehicles, like lack of charging infrastructure, limitations of battery technology and high purchase costs. In this project, we are going to converting a petrol bike into electric bike using lithium-ion battery and BLDC motor.

Introduction: Dobutamine stress echocardiography (EDobu) is a non invasive examination used to detect myocardial ischemia and to estimate viability. However, it is not without risk. Case report: A 79-year-old patient with cardiovascular risk factors such as type 2 diabetes on oral antidiabetic drugs, hypertension on calcium channel blockers and dyslipidemia on statins, who has been suffering from angina class II of CCS for 5 years. The clinical examination and the ECG of the patient were without particularity. The transthoracic echocardiography was normal, hence the indication for EDobu. At the beginning of the test, the patient was asymptomatic and hemodynamically stable. During the examination, at the beginning of the 30-gamma dobutamin, at the peak of stress, the patient presented typical chest pain with a persistent ST-segment elevation in the inferior territory and kinetic disorders in the same territory. The patient was sent directly to the KT room where a coronary angiography was performed coming back in favor of an occlusion of the proximal right coronary stented successfully. DISCUSSION: Stress echocardiography is the combination of 2D echocardiography with a physical, pharmacological, or electrical stress . The diagnostic endpoint for the detection of myocardial ischaemia is the induction of a transient change in regional function during stress. Serious complications remain exceptional, particularly for stress echo. the occurrence of an acute coronary syndrome during a dobutamine stress echocardiography remains very rare. the incidence of SE-related deaths estimated at < 0.01%, and the incidence of myocardial infarction in the range 0.01-0.1%. Stress Echo may predispose to AMI by either mechanical means by increased shear forces in the coronary artery resulting in plaque disruption or by a biologic process with direct or indirect effects of dobutamine on thrombus formation by a signifiant direct platelet activation. Also, Dobutamine induce an alpha1-mediated coronary vasoconstriction and it is considered a mechanism for developing acute myocardial ischemia. in certain registers such as the POLstress register and the series of cases by and Picano et al and the UK registry, the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome during the stress echo remains rare and does not exceed a value between 0.06 and 9.4% depending on the registers/ Conclusion: EDobu is an important examination in the detection of coronary artery disease that requires close monitoring of the patient and compliance with indications and contraindications.

Augmented reality is a technology in which a person's conception of reality can be enhanced, typically through augmented sound, video or graphics displays. The augmentation is typically implemented via various technologies, such as a headset that may be worn by the person. One or more augmented views may be presented to the person through the headset. Augmented reality actually superimposes virtual objects into the real environment with the real objects for enriching the viewer's experience Augmented reality with virtual reality in virtual space, also enhances the audience perception by displaying additional information. Due to the increase of interest in Augmented Reality (AR), the potential uses of AR are increasing also. It can benefit the user in various fields such as education, business, medicine, and other. Augmented Reality supports the real environment with synthetic environment to give more details and meaning to the objects in the real word. AR refers to a situation in which the goal is to supplement a user's perception of the real-world through the addition of virtual objects. This paper is an attempt to make a survey of web-based Augmented Reality applications and make a comparison among them.
