 Abstract

A detailed analysis to identify the different elements regarding healthy foods and pricing strategies of the item. Also to gain a nuanced understanding of packaging, required to be infused in the healthy food household industry. There is a strong correlation between prices of commodities and the value it adds to a consumer.  Abstract

Background: The human body's mobility or the musculoskeletal system, which comprises tendons, ligaments, muscles, discs, blood vessels, nerves, and other components, is often affected by a disease of the musculoskeletal system. MSDs are described using a number of different terms, such as repetitive motion injury, repetitive stress injury, overuse injury, and others. "Musculoskeletal dysfunction" describes the same kind of injury in many ways, but terms may vary. workaholism and overuse Materials & Methods: A survey of residents in Delhi NCR was done using basic random sample techniques to choose participants from the general community. There have been 130 individuals, both male and female, between the ages of 18 and 60 who have taken part. A form comprising a demographic questionnaire, a numeric pain rating scale, and a (VAS) Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire was sent to a random group of research participants. Wilcoxon rank test was used for this analysis. Google Forms was used to gather data, and then it was analysed using SPSS 21 and MS Excel. Results: As a result of this study, we may say that musculoskeletal discomfort is common in the general population. The neck, shoulder, and hip were the most impacted areas. Conclusion: The results are very clear and show that musculoskeletal pain is prevalent in the general population as the neck, shoulder, and hip were the most affected parts and all other parts were significantly affected. The elbow and hand were the least affected among all the reasons.

 Abstract

During this paper, for the first time, we tend to outline and solve the difficult downside of privacy preserving Hash Chain based hierarchic search over encrypted cloud data (HRSE).We establish a collection of strict privacy needs for such a secure cloud knowledge utilization system. Among numerous multi- keyword semantics, we decide the economical similarity live of "coordinate matching", i.e., as several matches as potential, to capture the connection of knowledge documents to the search question. We further use "inner product similarity" to quantitatively value such similarity live. we tend to initial propose a basic plan for the HRSE supported secure scalar product computation, then provide two considerably improved HRSE schemes to realize numerous stringent privacy needs in 2 completely different threat models. Thorough analysis work privacy and potency guarantees of planned schemes are given. Experiments on the real-world dataset additional show planned schemes so introduce low overhead on computation and communication.

 Abstract

Due to the quick rise in liver illness caused by excessive alcohol use, contaminated gas inhalation, drug use, tainted food, and pickled food packaging, a doctor can make an automatic forecast with the aid of a medical expert system. Early liver disease prediction is now attainable because to the consistent advancements in machine learning technology, allowing for simple early identification of the fatal condition. This will make healthcare more beneficial, and a medical expert system can be employed in a remote location. The liver is vital to life and promotes the body's ability to rid itself of poisons. Early detection of the condition is therefore crucial for recovery. For the diagnosis of liver illness, several machine learning methods, such as Random Forest, KNN, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, etc., are utilised. These algorithms have varying degrees of accuracy, precision, and sensitivity.

 Abstract

Construction of high-rise buildings, large-scale apartment blocks, or construction in urban areas (especially busy downtowns) demands increasingly greater use of tower cranes. Therefore, the installation and dismantling of tower cranes on construction sites is an inevitable task, but also one of the most dangerous in the construction industry. Accidents during installation (including assembling and climbing) or dismantling of tower cranes incur the loss of workers' lives as well as delays in construction schedules and/or damage to buildings under construction. The aim of this paper is to investigate factors that contribute to accidents during tower crane installation/dismantling. Accident analysis and focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted with people involved in crane work. Accidents occurring during installation/dismantling of tower cranes accounted for 68.4% of all fatal accidents. Accident analysis identified "Not following work procedures" as one of the main causes of these accidents, followed by "unsafe acts of workers." The FGIs investigation revealed the following factors that adversely affected the safety of the tower crane installation/dismantling: competence of the workers; roles of stakeholders such as principal contractors in the tasks; deterioration of tower crane components; and working conditions for conducting the tasks. These results may provide regulators as well as practitioners with insights for improving the safety of tower crane installation/dismantling.

 Abstract

The existence of confusing drug names is one of the most common causes of medication error and is of concern worldwide. With tens of thousands of drugs currently on the market, the potential for error due to confusing drug names is significant. This includes nonproprietary names and proprietary (brand or trade marked) names. Many drug names look or sound like other drug names such as Losec(omeprazole) and Lasix(furosemide) Led to the incidents that the patients were given lasix instead of the prescribed losec, which resulted in the patient death. This type of LASA drugs had created vast number of medication errors due to confusion and put a question mark on safety of patients. To combat errors arise due to LASA drugs their identification and adequate policy to manage these errors is required. Along with this, there should be development of such effective methodology such as tall mann lettering and patient education and awareness to decrease negative consequences of look alike sound alike drugs. Therefore, to aware the community and health care workers this present study has been designed to get information about patient safety policy, medication safety, medication error, look- alike/sound-alike medication and risk management system. Also, to discover various strategies to prevent LASA medication errors.

 Abstract

Requirement of law and execution of various strategies and practices by association to diminish mishaps at working environment is a continuum which has brought about new ways. The outcome showed that a sufficient improvement in wellbeing execution is conceivable with this methodology like Dock safety, stack safety, Manual material handling, rack safety, PIT and trolley handling, Rigging storage cage and Corona virus rules. Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) study is a cycle that makes a wellbeing organization among the executives and workers that persistently zeros in individuals' considerations and activities on theirs, and others, day by day security practices.

 Abstract

GST is one of the games changing tax reforms in the indirect tax structure of India. The previous tax regime comprised of separate Centre and State laws. Therefore, to bring transparency and reduce 'tax on tax', a single, unified tax in the forms of GST was introduced. These types of tax system involve levy on the supply of goods or services or both with concurrent jurisdiction of Centre and States. This law will replace all indirect taxes levied on goods and services by the central government and state government implement GST by April 2017. Implementation of GST will have a long-term impact on almost all the aspects of the business running in India. With more than 160 countries now adopting GST. It is a single, destination based indirect tax levied on the value addition to goods as well as services at each stage of the supply chain. The main objective of levying such a tax is to consolidate multiple indirect tax levies into a single tax. Thus, GST subsumes bundle of taxes. It completes the limitations in the previous indirect tax structure and brings efficiency in the administration of tax. In this tax reform restructured our economy and business dynamics MSME sector. The MSME sector is a major contributor in our economy, IT contributes significantly on Indian economy. MSME sector is the one of the fastest emerging manufacturing segments. This paper help to find how GST impact and what are its implications on the MSME sector. From an industry point of view, 5 years provide a good timeframe to assess what more needs to be done for GST to fully achieve its objectives of rationalization of taxes, simplification in compliances, seamless flow of credit and yielding the benefits of 'One Nation, One Market and one tax' to businesses at all levels
