In this paper, we define pointwise v-semi-slant submersions fromalmost Hermitian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. The geometry of leaves of distributions which are associated with the definition of such maps is studied. The conditions for above submersions to be integrable and totally geodesic are also obtained in the paper. Finally, we provide an example ofsuch pointwise v-semi-slant submersion.

According to David Hume, there is no necessary connection between cause and effect. The idea of cause- effect relationship is based on contiguity, succession and constant conjunction. Hume holds that the idea of necessary connection is formed by the mind on the basis of laws of association, imagination, customs and belief. Hume analysis that mind cannot observe the universal, certain and necessary connection between cause and effect, and this Hume regards as the limitation of mind. In Hume’s view, ‘power’ seems to be inherence in something spiritual or mental. Since according to Hume, there is no spiritual or material substance, so there is no ‘power’ to produce an effect. In Hume’s view all our impression and ideas are derived from either ‘sensation’ or ‘reflection’ and the idea of the supernatural entity cannot be acquired through either ‘sensation’ or ‘reflection’, so there is no existence of any supernatural entities which may be considered as the basis for producing the effect. In Hume’s view, the experience of man is not similar at different times. Hume gives the example, we are more master of our thought in the morning than in the evening and fasting than after a full meal. It is difficult to explain the reason of variations and fluctuations in our experiences. So he holds that the mind cannot explain the problems of variation of experience and it cannot be the basis of the ‘power’ of cause to produce an effect.

This paper was done to analyze the impact of water treatment, hygiene, and sanitary interventions on better child health outcomes such as practices, knowledge, infections, attitudes, absenteeism and adoption of point-of-use water treatment. Concentrating on the effects of access to, hand washing facilities, safe water, and hygiene education among school-age children. This paper included those that documented the provision of water and sanitation in schools for children below 18 years of age, interventions which evaluate WASH practices. The research is essential to assess the long-term impact of such interventions in various settings. The review concluded that the importance of access to hand washing facilities, safe water, and hygiene education cannot be reinforced in abating water-borne illnesses, school absenteeism, malnutrition, and generally to improve the quality of life and learning performance in children.

With the increasing use of social media for marketing and engagement, there is a growing need for efficient and effective ways of communicating with customers. One such way is the use of chatbots powered by artificial intelligence. In this paper, we explore the scope of using ChatGPT, a large language model trained by OpenAI, in small finance banks in India for their social media marketing and social engagements. We describe the methodology used to evaluate the effectiveness of ChatGPT in addressing customer queries and engaging with customers on social media platforms. Our results show that ChatGPT can be a useful tool for small finance banks to improve their social media presence and customer engagement.

The earliest cultivated plant is garlic, or Allium sativum. It has been utilized as an oral medicine for a very long time. It is an amazing plant with several health benefits, including antibacterial, antithrombotic, hypolipidemic, anti-arthritic, and anti-tumor action. This review will focus on this agent's mostly preclinical usage in the prevention and treatment of cancer. Organosulfur chemicals found in garlic have been suggested to be responsible for the chemopreventive action.

The present research work is an analysis regarding the comparison of career maturity level among adolescents at the senior secondary school stage in terms of gender- male and female. The results were collected using the descriptive survey technique. A representative sample of 60 adolescent students including males and females was selected from senior secondary schools in Aligarh as respondents. For data collection, an Indian version of the career maturity inventory by Dr. (Mrs.) Nirmala Gupta was employed. The appropriate statistical measures such as mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test were applied for analyzing the data. Outcomes of the existing research indicate that most of the adolescents have revealed below average level of maturity in regard to attitude towards career selection, self-appraisal, knowing about jobs, and choosing a job. Whereas in the aspects of career planning and problem-solving, an average level of maturity was found among adolescents. The results also identify that among the six aspects of career maturity, significant gender differences were found on four dimensions namely self-appraisal, goal selection, planning, and problem-solving. Male adolescents scored marginally better in the aforementioned areas than their female fellow students. No significant gender differences were found in respect of attitude towards career selection and occupational information.

Not only do deposits contribute to the money supply, but they also have a significant impact on it. In response to major drivers like investment, the government creates and distributes money across the economy. Due to people's ability to save, transfer, and invest huge quantities of money, investment is essentially feasible and taking money out of bank accounts. The purpose of the study is to determine how consumers see bank investments, how well-informed they are about other types of investments, such as equities, gold, and real estate, and, secondly, how frequently and how satisfied they are with their investments. Finding the factors that motivate investors to participate in the banking sector is the primary goal of this study. The purpose of this study is to learn more about the major variables that affect consumer decision-making and risk tolerance when it comes to investments in the banking industry. The people may be neighbors and be equal in every way, yet they have quite different demands when it comes to financial planning. In light of this, the current study is an effort to identify the variables that influence individual investment decisions in the banking sector as well as the variations in investor perceptions of the choice to invest in banks.

In order to analyze and assess the financial performance of India's top public and private sector banks and to comprehend their NPA patterns, secondary data analysis is used in this research. The Indian banking industry has been under scrutiny as a result of certain substantial changes in monetary policy. When the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) boosted interest rates to support the weakening Rupee, the cost of funds for banks has dramatically increased. A rise in non-performing assets (NPAs) and a decline in profitability could be the results of this. Bank profitability is impacted by both internal and external variables. Metrics and risk variables relevant to each bank served as a guide for their earnings. SBI leverage financial ratios were judged to be more susceptible to default than HDFC. Efficiency metrics were the primary profit-generating factors at HDFC, the largest private sector bank in India, but not at SBI. Measures of asset utilization efficiency were essentially the same for both banks. The largest public sector bank in India, SBI had significantly higher NPA ratios. The liquidity ratios turned out to be the single most significant SBI determining factor. To determine whether there was a significant difference in the NPA ratio of SBI and HDFC bank over the past three years, a two sample T test with identical variances was also performed.
