The study was conducted to find out the perceptions of effective coaching and coach- Players relationships within a team sports. The findings are based on interviews with 6 male coaches and 25 players from soccer teams. Qualitative data analysis reveals that relationships within team sport are based on mutual respect, Trust and honesty. The results also indicate that coaches and players describe two different types of coach- Players relationships-the close, `family' oriented relationship or the `professional', arms-length relationship-both of which are considered equally effective as long as The coaches and Players share the same attitude towards the relationship. These findings have implications for effective coaching and how coaches interact to develop relationships with their Players. They demonstrate that if coaches are to be perceived as effective, it is crucial to consider individual Players preferences with respect to the type of relationship formed. This highlights the need for specialized coach training in people management as the professional coaching role increasingly requires attention to personal development in conjunction with the technical, tactical and physical training of their Players.

The royal ancestry of ancient Assam had the culture of rejoicing into literature. The Sanchi Puthis were thus created to preserve this heritage from the ongoing process. Other than Sanchi leaves, Tula leaves were also used to write texts on. And the Sanchi Leaves and Tula leaves were also used to be drawn or painted on. The majority of these texts are in ruins. However, the ones existing are kept and preserved in various institutions. These texts have carried forward the folk impression of the culture and heritage of Assam. The paper that goes by the name of Legacy of Folk Paintings in Assam has descriptive discussions about the manuscript paintings.

Valuable added products, dietary supplements and medicines can be obtained from cucumis callosus seeds. These seeds are good source of energy, carbohydrates, proteins, fats and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. The cucumis callosus (commonly known as Kachri) seed and its oil were studied for the presence of heavy metals, especially metals like copper, zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, and sodium. Copper, zinc and manganese play an important role in the breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and proteins into digestible forms and convert them into energy. Trace elements like Cu, Mn and Zn are essential in bone metabolism as cofactors of specific enzymes. The seeds of Kachri were found to contain moisture (2.358%) and high ash contents (4.801%). Ash obtained from it is composed of the inorganic matter such as minerals. The heavy metal analysis of seed oil of Cucumis callosus shows that they are rich in calcium (2477 ppm), potassium (7599 ppm), magnesium (4496 ppm) and low in iron (164 ppm), sodium (74 ppm) and zinc (75 ppm).

Background: With the globe in a critical situation, clinicians and psychologists are tapping into several mediums to provide psychological help. However, clinical therapy is still a luxury to many, which makes it important to set guidelines for the existing media. Professionals must work from a conceptual framework coupled with ethics and accuracy. Considering the rise in mental distress among the vulnerable population, more accessible media like text-messaging and video-calling are being adopted, making psychological practice feasible even with limited resources. Objective: This paper is an attempt to make text-based therapy more guided. One aspect of computer-based communication is the use of emoticons. It will be covering the use of this feature in a therapeutic context. Methods: A manual literature review was conducted to conclude the effective use of emoticons in text therapy. Studies evaluating text-based psychological interventions were included. Results:Through this study, it can be concluded that the use of emoticons might be appropriate in context to professional text-based therapy. fMRI studies were also reviewed to gain neural correlates of emoticons. Conclusions: The premise to create an ethical therapeutic space could be generated through vigilant professionalism and empathy even if it is on a mobile screen. Although text-based therapy is a budding practice yet the future implications of this study could lead to specialized courses and professional practices. Moreover, through text-based therapy, seeking help can become more accessible. Since this paper is a literature review, it falls far from considering the practical aspect of the presented results.
