ABSTRACT: Customer satisfaction measures how a customer feels about a brand interaction. Its a measurement use to quantify the degree to which a customer is satisfied with a product, service, or experience. Service is an activity that creates value and provides benefits for customers at specific time. Service quality seems to be a moral string for every organization. In todays competitive scenario, service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty are becoming principal challenges for banking sector. This paper attempts to make a comparative analysis of level of customer satisfaction towards the services provided by public sector banks (Andhra bank and SBI) and private sector banks (HDFC bank and ICICI bank). The study has been conducted in Hyderabad city based on questionnaire method and a sample of 120 customers of each 30 customers of respective banks has been selected using convenient sampling method. The SERVQUAL model analysis is conducted with its all five service dimensions and Gap analysis. SERVQUAL Model is chosen in our study to assess the service quality and customer satisfaction. Servqual can be used to measure service quality in variety of service settings and can be used to compare with the competitors. This model of service quality identifies the reasons for any gaps between customer expectations and perceptions. The banks are chosen to identify the service quality gaps and customer perception and satisfaction in which SERVQUAL model will fit to do the better gap analysis and to identify the factors for poor quality service.

It is common in the developing countries that women are being ignored since pre-historic time. The primary objectives of the research are to study the impact of MGNREGA on women empowerment and to identify the obstacles in the path of the implementation of the scheme. The empowerment of rural women is crucial for the development of the rural Bharat. Women have to empower themselves from below in order to make the government to empower them from above. In the words empowering women is a precondition for creating a good nation, when women are empowered, society with stability is assured. National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) enacted by legislation on August 25, 2005 and it was renamed as the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) on 2nd October 2009. It aims at enhancing livelihood security by providing at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every rural household especially for women. Women participation has increased significantly and perceived it giving them a sense of independence and security. The purpose of the study is to examine the women empowerment and a review of literature that has been done on this scheme. Athangudi Village, in the Shivagagai district of Chettinad, is home to various crafts from the region that ranges from culinary expertise to exquisite craftsmanship in architectural marvels. A very important contribution to the Chettinad grandeur is the art of developing and sustaining a tile pattern that is unique to this region of India, now known as Athangudi tiles - an art form that is almost 150 years old. A 150-year-old craft that has been revived as a unique art-deco tile pattern technique from India. While it was earlier regarded as a hallmark of quality, today it is also a mark of sustainable design, for longer the life of the initial investment of efforts, energy, and resources, the more eco-friendly is the material. The Athangudi tiles are completely hand-made using local and eco-friendly materials from the region. Deft hands of the craftsmen use cement, sand, jelly, and water to make the dough. The tiles made are very distinctive and have glossy finishing. Tiles have traditional as well as modern motifs. These handmade tiles are very beautiful and unique in their style and are painted using vivid colors. Now with new design intervention by architects and interior designers in the reuse of period style home decor architecture techniques/style, these tiles have been given a fresh lease of life in the world of architecture. Instead of common usage, these tiles can be utilized peculiarly by constructing modifiable wall partitions. The tiles are placed in pre-cast frames made of wooden or other sustainable materials. The main motive behind this idea is to redefine the classic utilization of tiles and to give production opportunities to - a skill that is so unique which has been declining its popularity in the market over a period.

The term Diaspora is derived from the Greek word dia means through and speiro means scatters. Originally the term Diaspora referred to the Jewish Diaspora for the dispersal of the Jews from their motherland back in the sixth-seventh century B.C. and later in the second century A.D. from Jerusalem. During 200 A.D. to 900 A.D, there was migration on a large scale in most of the countries for trade and business. Religion was also one of the reasons for migration. During Colonial period it was due to war, slavery and exploitation of one community to another in case of majority and minority.

Khushal Khan Khattak is a well-known poet, thinker, and philosopher, expert of medicine, hunter, politician and freedom fighter as well. Apart, he is the author of more than 300 books in prose and verse, in which approximately 20 books are available. His writings reveal that he lived by sword and pen together encircling each and every field of life. At the beginning he fought for Mughul Empire but after his imprisonment by the Mughals resulted in a new era in his approach towards the Mughal rule. This paper is an attempt to explore the language of his poetry which is never exposed because of cultural restrictions. The language he used in his poetry is not considered as formal or humble language and that researchers left this part of his poetry untold.

(After 1947, the women of Jammu and Kashmir have played an import role in shaping the better future of their homeland and thus contributed efficiently in its socio-cultural, educational and economic spheres, Although, this contribution is enormous in many sectors, however, the role of these women in the field of politics has been very little and with the result their participation in the decision making process remained always negligible. As such the desired objectives of Women Empowerment in Jammu and Kashmir are yet to be achieved.)
