This paper aims to study the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar contribution towards women for their rights. According to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, women were the victims of the rigid, caste-based, hierarchical social system. Women in today's society become caught in a cycle of indecision, masculine dominance, ignorance of their rights, and lack of decision-making authority. He contributed contributions to Hindu personal law and included multiple provisions for the welfare of women to the Indian Constitution. He made an effort to integrate women's rights into the Indian constitution as well as political discourse. He increased understanding among uneducated; underprivileged women while motivating them to resist injustice and discrimination. Through law, Dr. Ambedkar frees women from antiquated forms of servitude and grants them equal rights and freedom. This paper aims to highlight Dr. Ambedkar's perspective on women's issues in pre- and post-independent India. It also discusses his involvement to the empowerment and independence of Dalit women as well as other social groups through various constitutional protections. His motto "Educate, organise, and agitate" helped mobilise women in the freedom movement, and even after seventy years of independence, the society had not provided women the rights they were due.

The Validation are growing at a tremendous rate due to greater patient acceptability, multiple actions, increased potency, quicker relief and fewer side effects .The arena of pharmaceutical analysis calls for simple, rapid, accurate and specific methods of analysis which ensure the quality of the products. Form the analytical point of view, the drug present in a multi- component formulation suffer from severe spectral overlapping .The currently available methods for the analysis of multi-component formulations are different chromatographic techniques like HPLC. Although, these methods provide accurate and precise results, these suffer due to some drawbacks like time consuming nature, need expensive and solvents and the procedures are generally complex in nature. The aim of the present work is therefore to develop a simple, fast, convenient, economical, accurate and reliable method for the simultaneous determination of the formulations. Experimental designs, a fascinating area of chemo metrics are also applied in the chromatographic technique HPLC, proving the method is highly robust.

In India, people used to refer to their country as Bharat Mata, but they never understood what that actually meant. The term "Bharat Mata" refers to the mother of every Indian, whom we must revere and protect. 50% of all women live in the world. Women such as Mata Laxmi, Mata Saraswati, and Maa Durga are venerated for wealth, wisdom, and power, respectively, according to the Vedas and Puranas of Indian culture. Under the Indian Constitution's Preamble, Fundamental Rights, Fundamental Responsibilities, and Directive Principles, the principle of gender equality is spelt out. The Indian Constitution not only guarantees women's equality, but it also gives the government the authority to implement laws that positively discriminate against women. Our laws, development strategies, plans, and programmes have all been designed to advance women in various fields within the framework of a democratic democracy. The state has passed numerous legislative measures meant to guarantee equal rights and safeguard women in order to uphold the constitutional obligation. Also, with the aid of this article, the researcher hopes to discuss the legal standing of women, diagrams of instances in which their rights have been violated, and how constitutional rules ensure, among other things, that everyone is treated equally and with equal assurance under the law

Siddha is an ancient traditional system of medicine that originated in South India. Siddha literature has described various types of skin diseases under the name of Kuttam; Karappan is one among them. In the text book of Kuzhandhai Maruthuvam (Bala Vagadam), Bala Karappan is described as one type of karappan among 18 types. The signs and symptoms of Bala Karappan are very closely associated with Atopic Dermatitis (AD). Atopic dermatitis is an ongoing skin problem that causes erythema, intense pruritis, oedema, exudation, crusting, and scaling. In many of the dermatological problems external medicines play an important role along with internal medicines. This present paper review and analyze the therapeutic value of a siddha formulation Karappan Ennai for external application which possesses Anti-microbial, Anti-inflammatory and wound healing activity for the management of Bala Karappan (Atopic Dermatitis).

All pharmaceutical products are formulated to specific dosage forms for drugs to be effectively delivered to patients. The major advantages of using design of experiments (DOE) are to develop and optimize manufacturing processes and control, increase the accuracy of performance and reduce the number of required tests. DOE takes into account all input variables simultaneously, systematically, and efficiently. Each single input variable and multi-variables interaction can be evaluated and their effect(s) on each response variables can be identified. The aim of this research is to design a quality product and its manufacturing process to consistently deliver the intended performance of the product. The scientific approach may be used with identification of the desired dosage form a performance attributes through the target product profile. From this target product profile, an initial list of critical quality attributes was developed. A risk assessment was undertaken to identify the variables and unit operations which are most likely to impact the critical quality attributes. Once the significant parameters identification, they can be further studied (using design of experiments model) to achieve a higher level of process understanding. This was then used to focus development activities on potential high risk areas.

This study focuses on the development of a polyherbal facial cream containing curcuma longa (turmeric) and aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) extracts and evaluates its physicochemical properties, stability, and potential benefits for the skin. The introduction highlights the therapeutic properties and traditional use of these botanical ingredients in skincare. Curcuma longa is known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties, while aloe barbadensis offers moisturizing, soothing, and wound-healing effects, along with anti-inflammatory properties and collagen synthesis enhancement. The method of preparation involves two phases: the oil phase and the aqueous phase. The oil phase consists of ingredients such as stearic acid, white bees wax, stearyl alcohol, and cetyl alcohol, while the aqueous phase includes propylene glycol, triethanolamine, methyl paraben, propylparaben, and water. These phases are prepared separately and then combined to form the cream formulation. Overall, this study aims to contribute to the development of natural, effective, and safe skincare products by formulating a polyherbal cream containing Curcuma longa and Aloe barbadensis extracts and evaluating its properties and benefits for the skin.
