Today's teachers perform their jobs in a variety of roles within the classroom, such as teacher, advisor, facilitator, and so forth. Each of these responsibilities encapsulates the professional job of a teacher. Continuous learning and enrichment are essential for a professional teacher to develop in order to meet the always shifting objectives of teaching and learning. The professional development of teachers, particularly at the secondary and senior secondary level, depended on a variety of methods. This article explores the various forms and requirements for teacher professional development. Additionally, we evaluate the current system of teacher professional development and offer fresh ideas for enhancing and upgrading our specialised knowledge and abilities.

At present air pollution is a serious problem for human beings. The ambient air pollution creates so many health hazards on human body. Indoor and outdoor pollutants specially suspended particulates matter (SPM) is associated with the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The findings that link acute increases in urban air pollution to the short-term effects on people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are consistent. Beyond the immediate consequences, a pertinent public health and scientific topic is how much long-term exposure to air pollution contributes to deteriorated lung function and the onset of COPD. The few cross-sectional studies found that the more polluted locations had higher rates of self-reported chronic bronchitis and emphysema diagnoses, as well as worse lung function levels. Air pollution is usually concentrated in densely populated metropolitan areas, especially in developing countries where environmental regulations are relatively lax or nonexistent. This paper presents a review of influence of urban air pollution on lung health especially chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Kolkata.

This article provides an overview of the history and challenges faced by the Telugu Jewish community in India. The article highlights the diversity of India's cultural landscape and the challenges faced by minority communities, including the Jewish community, in preserving their cultural and religious identity. The article also introduces the Indian Jewish Heritage Centre, which was established in 2019 to showcase the history and culture of Indian Jews. The research design chosen for the study, which uses qualitative methods such as semi-structured interviews to explore the experiences and perspectives of Telugu Jews in South India. The article acknowledges the limitations of qualitative research and cautions against generalizing the findings to other Jewish communities in India or other minority communities facing similar challenges. The study identifies maintaining Jewish traditions and identity in a predominantly Hindu society as a key theme in the study. The article explains that the pressure to conform to the dominant culture can create difficulties in preserving religious practices and traditions critical to maintaining Jewish identity. The article also highlights the lack of access to Jewish resources, such as synagogues and religious texts, as a further challenge for Telugu Jews living in South India.Overall, the article provides valuable insights into the experiences of Telugu Jews in India and highlights the need for policies and programs aimed at promoting greater cultural diversity and social inclusion in India

As a result of the growing amount of waste that people are producing every minute, the world's growing garbage problem poses major hazards to human life. Only in India, almost 0.2 million tons of trash are produced each day. Due to India's lack of a widespread separation mechanism, the majority of rubbish cannot be rectified with a viable solution. In certain cities, only rage pickers can separate rubbish, but they can't do it completely. As only 30-40% garbage is separated daily. Because some wastes, such as dangerous chemical waste, medical waste, floating waste, etc., cannot be manually separated, it is necessary to separate the waste in a way that is secure, forgiving, and automatic. Therefore, aim of the paper is to present a smart, which is capable of separating wastage image dataset from kaggle.com using image processing techniques. The .NET system is a image processing framework based on the module the software is an image classification algorithm machine learning process. The project's ultimate goal is to separate garbage into four major categories: paper, food waste, plastics, and metals. The proposed CNN image segmentation & object detection based, after processing and segmentation is done, it separates waste into degradable and non-degradable waste.

A signal from an electrocardiogram (ECG) carries important data about heart activity. When taking an ECG using electrodes, Power Line Interference (PLI), Baseline Wandering (BW), Motion Artefacts (MA), and High Frequency (HF) noise pollute the data. It is necessary to recover the ECG signal from the noisy environment without losing any of the information. It is suggested to choose and use an effective filter design. Separate digital filters, such as Low pass, High pass, and Band stop Filter in cascade, are required for the Finite Impulse Response (FIR)-based multiband. The suggested filter's performance is assessed using data from the Physionet ECG ID database, which contains records of naturally noisy ECG signals. The multiband filter is proposed and executed on MATLAB 2018.b. It removes 90% of the noise. For the further reduction of MATLAB Out

ABSTRACT The research study was prepared on random group design involving N=60 sixty men inter collegiate level participated Volley ball players. The Volley ball players were chosen for the study were divided into four equal groups of n=15 fifteen volley ball players each at random and designated as empirical group 'A' trained with plyometric training (PTG = I), empirical group 'B' trained with core training (CTG = II), empirical group 'C' trained with combined training of plyometric training with core training (CPCTG = IV) and control group volley ball players 'D' (CG = IV) did not participate any of the above training programme apart from their regular training programme. The treatment of plyometric training, core training and combined training to the specific groups volley ball players were given three days per week on alternative days for a period of 12 weeks. The collected scores were treated with [ANCOVA] Analysis of Covariance was used to calculate 'F' ratio to find the significant changes among all the four groups. Whenever the adjusted post test means 'F' ratio found significant the Scheffe's post hoc test was applied to find the paired means difference to compare with critical value. All the collected scores were analyzed with computer SPSS statistical packages. The level of significance was fixed at 0.05 level of confidence.

Big Data has gained much attention from the academia and the IT industry. In the digital and computing world, information is generated and collected at a rate that rapidly exceeds the boundary range. A huge repository of terabytes of data is generated every day from modern information systems and digital technologies such as Internet of Things and cloud computing. Analysis of these massive data requires a lot of efforts at multiple levels to extract knowledge for decision making. Therefore, big data analysis is a current area of research and development. The utilization of Big Data Analytics after integrating it with digital capabilities to secure business growth and its visualization to make it comprehensible to the technically apprenticed business analyzers has been discussed in depth. Aside this, the incorporation of Big Data in order to improve population health, for the betterment of finance, telecom industry, food industry and for fraud detection and sentiment analysis have been delineated. The challenges that are hindering the growth of Big Data Analytics are accounted for in depth in the paper

Inclusive education has been one of the most discussed topics for almost a decade and is still one of the most burning issues in relation to the current education system in every part of the world. The United Nations, in its Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, has included inclusive education as one of the most desired outcomes. India is also making policies from the past to make a successful inclusive setting society for the education system. India has prepared the New Education Policy 2020, which places ample focus on inclusive education. In this current paper, the researcher has interviewed 60 differently abled students by using the Respondent Interview Schedule (RIS) for the differently abled Students (DAS) about their views on different stakeholder groups associated with the inclusive educational school setting. The researcher has used the grounded theory of qualitative research methods for the analysis of the data. During the analysis, the researcher has developed theories concerning different stakeholders. The researcher has also emphasized the problems and prospects of inclusive education for those who are differently abled.
