The politics of South Asian states has always attract the foreign policy exports towards it. Due to it's Volatile Nature. Though once upon a time these states were part of colonial empires but after getting freedom from their colonial masters forgetting their common history they rather focused on common geography for their unilateral development. This States has witnessed many war and conflicts between themselves on issues of border tensions. The recent one addition to the area of conflict is water. In one sentence it can be said the South Asia is swinging towards a future water war. The growing population and rapid industrialization has forced the state in this region to have a special look on transborder water resources. Lack of proper management system and wellbalanced treaties or negotiation mechanism has created the stage for a future intense war. From the Helmand to the Mekong, all the transborder rivers are now bone of conflicts between the developing countries of South Asia. India being situated at the heart of South Asia and a prime member of SAARC and ASEAN has always finds itself in the both side of water politics. Sometimes it has shown it's Big Brother attitude and sometimes it has become a victim of it. Presence of aggressive China and assertive Afghanistan and Pakistan is always a cause of concern for other peace-loving states in this region. Though there are many treaties on sharing of water between States but these are not sufficient and some among them has lost their relevance in 21st century with passing of times and situation. Now time has come that this state should develop a clear stands on the water issue to avoid the future mutual destruction. Being a leading country of South Asia and emerging actor of global politics India's foreign policy should also focusing on it in a serious manner.

The year 2020 has been an exceptional year for countries across the globe. In India, apart from Covid-19, one of the important changes that took place was the development of the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Time by time, various committees have recommended to increase the allocation of the budget for education to 6% of the GDP, and this has lead to the interests of researchers. This paper aims to identify the concerns and focus of NEP 2020. NEP-2020 is an innovative and futuristic proposal with both positive and contentious aspects, framed with the objective to provide a quality school education and higher education to everyone with an expectation of holistic & research-oriented progress. This paper initially depicts an overview of NEP-2020, distinguishing the strengths & weakness of the policy at higher education & research levels, evaluation of the implementation suggestions given in the policy, identifying and analyzing possible generic strategies for implementation of NEP-2020 to fulfill its objectives based on focus group discussions. The paper also includes many predictive proposals on issues like developing quality universities & colleges, institutional restructuring & consolidation, more holistic & multidisciplinary education, optimal learning environment &student support, transforming the regulatory system of higher education, technology usage & integration, and online & digital education. Finally, some recommendations are made to implement the NEP2020 effectively irrespective of various constraints.

The present study was aimed to establish the information on the growth rates of L. vannamei for one crop in ponds with low saline with low stocking, low saline with high stocking and high saline with low stocking, high saline with high stocking densities. The average values of pH, salinity, dissolved oxygen, ammonia and temperature in ponds with low saline and low stocking density were 7.92, 5, 5.4, 0.44 and 28.5 respectively. Whereas in ponds with low saline and high stocking density were 7.91, 6, 4.6, 1.0, and 28.9. Similarly the average values of pH, salinity, dissolved oxygen; ammonia and temperature in ponds with high saline and low stocking density were 8.31, 20, 4.9, 0.61, and 28.6 respectively. Whereas in ponds with high saline and high stocking density were 7.89, 18, 5.13, 0.66 and 28.2. It is evident from the present results that, the stocking density has inverse proportion with the growth. Low stocking density favors the production. In contrary high stocking density leads to lower the production rate.

This complex network has been organized in three sequential and overlapping steps. The first step of the inflammatory phase is an immediate response to injury; primary sensory neurons sense injury and send danger signals to the brain, to stop bleeding and start inflammation. The following target of the inflammatory phase, led by the peripheral blood mononuclear cells, is to eliminate the pathogens and clean the wound. Once this is completed, the inflammatory phase is resolved and homeostasis is restored. Phytochemical studies carried out on the Phragmites karka plants have demonstrated a wide variety of the biomolecules present in the plants which may be responsible for their use in traditional medicine. Through various bioassays, different biologically active compounds were identified. Since bioautography was used to monitor the wound healing activity of the extract, this shows that bioassays can be used as a guide during isolation. Although a p-coumaric acid compound isolated in this study was not identified due to a contaminant, this study shows that there is a biologically active compound belonging to the phenolic derivative. Which may be unique Further work is required to identify the specific phenolic and to determine if it is indeed unique and a good candidate for the treatment of infected wounds.

This paper presents a multifaceted exploration of the Lotha community in Wokha, digging into their relationship with the land, their social organization, the status of their language, and the genetic classification of the language. The study adopts an interdisciplinary approach, combining ethnographic fieldwork, linguistic analysis, and genetic research. The geographical context section examines the unique geographical location of the Lothas in Wokha and investigates how the land shapes their way of life, cultural practices, and resource management. A close examination of the social organization of the Lothas uncovers the web of traditional leadership structures, kinship systems, and communal practices that define their social fabric. It explores the status of the Lotha language within the community, casting light on language choices in various contexts, from the home to public life, and addressing the challenges and opportunities for language preservation. Furthermore, genetic classification is explored, providing insights into the genetic heritage of the Lotha people and any existing genetic diversity within the community. Through a rigorous methodology that includes data collection, analysis, and interpretation, this study underscores the interplay between land, culture, language, and social organization within the Lotha community.
