Propose a Sub Scalar Computations multiplier that is high speed yet energy efficient. The approach is to round the operands to the nearest exponent of two. This way the computational intensive part of the multiplication is omitted improving speed and energy consumption at the price of a small error. The proposed approach is applicable to both signed and unsigned multiplications. We propose three hardware implementations of the Sub-Scalar Computations multiplier that includes one for the unsigned and two for the signed operations. The efficiency of the proposed multiplier is evaluated by comparing its performance with those of some Sub-Scalar Computations and accurate multipliers using different design parameters. In addition, the efficacy of the proposed Sub-Scalar Computations multiplier is studied in two image processing applications, i.e., image sharpening and smoothing.

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to compare anxiety and achievement motivation among rural, semi urban and urban school boys. To facilitate the study twenty boys from rural area, twenty boys from semi urban area and twenty boys from urban area of Andhra Pradesh were randomly selected in the age group of 15 and 17 years. The selected boys were administered with anxiety and achievement questionnaire and the sores were tabulated for the comparison to find out whether any differences existed on selected psychological variables through statistical analysis. Achievement motivation scale developed by Kamlesh (1990) was used to measure achievement motivation and anxiety was measured through standard questionnaire. This questionnaire was developed by Spielberger.(1976). The results showed significant difference among the three groups of boys. The paired mean comparisons proved that urban boys have significantly greater achievement motivation than rural boys and urban boys were significantly greater anxiety than semi urban boys. Other comparisons did not proved to be any significant differences. It was concluded that urban boys were more achievement motivation than rural boys and the urban boys were more anxious than semi urban boys. Key words :- anxiety ,motivation , urban and urban school boys.

A low-power (LP) programmable generator capable of producing pseudorandom test patterns with desired toggling levels and enhanced fault coverage gradient compared with the best-to-date binary robust invariant scalable key (BRISK)-based pseudorandom test pattern generators. It is comprised of a linear finite state machine (a linear feedback shift register or a ring generator) driving an appropriate phase shifter, and it comes with a number of features allowing this device to produce binary sequences with preselected toggling (PRESTO) activity. In this method to automatically select several controls of the generator offering easy and precise tuning. The same technique is subsequently employed to deterministically guide the generator toward test sequences with improved fault-coverage-to pattern- count ratios. In an LP test Compression method that allows shaping the test power envelope in a fully predictable, accurate, and flexible fashion by adapting the PRESTO-based logic BRISK (LBRISK) infrastructure. The proposed hybrid scheme efficiently combines test compression with LBRISK, where both techniques can work synergistically to deliver high quality tests. Experimental results obtained for industrial designs illustrate the feasibility of the proposed test schemes and are reported.

Poultry farming holds a unique place in India's livestock economy. The concept of contract farming has organized the traditional industry into a well-organized sector. The liberal steps taken by the govt on the one hand and the neglection of small-scale, un-regulated local poultry farming sectors of Jammu and Kashmir on the other hand, has somehow preset their declining phase. The local poultry farming sector of Nowshera has declined by 60 %. The removal of J&K special entry tax on broiler alive, high rates of poultry chicks and feed, absence of organized market regulating body, lack of govt support and non-availability of funds are some of the factors responsible. However, demotivation of the newer interests in the sector is the major area of concern.

Technology integration in education has become a key factor in educational reform across the globe. The New Education Policy (NEP) of 2020 in the Indian context is a ground-breaking plan that anticipates a thorough change of the educational landscape with technology at its core. This abstract explores the mutually beneficial relationship between technological integration and the NEP 2020, detailing the goals, plans, and expected results of the policy. The NEP 2020 adopts a learner-centric philosophy that takes into account the evolving requirements of the twenty-first century. It aims to develop an inclusive, adaptable, and technologically driven educational ecosystem that accommodates various learning preferences and encourages the development of critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities from an early age. This abstract looks at how technology might help with these goals by facilitating personalised learning opportunities, adaptive assessments, and data-driven decision-making. In addition, the NEP 2020 encourages the creation of digital infrastructure, guaranteeing universal access to technology. In order to improve accessibility and eliminate linguistic obstacles, the strategy promotes the production of digital material in a variety of Indian languages. Platforms and tools for educational technology (EdTech) are essential elements that give teachers new ways to distribute content and engage students in active learning.

Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN) are the backbone of modern semantic image segmentation systems. Recent studies have shown that enhancing DCNNs with fully connected Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) significantly improves the accuracy of object localization, but dense CRF inference is computationally expensive. We propose to replace fully connected CRFs with Domain Transformations (DTs). This can be a present day edge-preserving sifting strategy where the sum of smoothing is controlled by a reference edge outline. We appear that space change sifting is a few times quicker than thick CRF induction and yields comparable semantic division comes about that precisely capture question boundaries. Importantly, our formulation allows us to learn a reference edge map from DCNN intermediate features, rather than using image gradient magnitudes as in traditional DT filtering. Generate task-specific edges in a consistently trained system to optimize the quality of semantic target segmentation.

In today's world, urbanization has led to a significant increase in the amount of municipal solid waste being produced. This waste has a negative impact on our daily lives, the environment, and our social and ecological health. Waste disposal has therefore become a major issue worldwide. To address this problem, this paper proposes an innovative waste disposal method that aligns with the development direction of the Dream CITY a software application that supports sustainable development strategies. Cleanliness is a fundamental goal for everyone. The Dream CITY application aims to help society achieve this by allowing individuals to report contaminated garbage to the relevant authorities with accompanying pictures. The location of the contaminated waste is automatically pinned to avoid false information. This paper presents an initiative that can help turn the dream of a cleaner society into a reality.
