Preformulation refers to a collection of research that concentrate on a novel drug candidate's physicochemical characteristics that might influence the drug's performance and the creation of a dosage form. This can support the necessity for molecular change or offer crucial information for formulation design. Before developing a pharmaceutical formulation, consideration was given to each drug's inherent chemical and physical qualities. This characteristic offers a framework for combining medications with pharmaceutical components to create dosage forms. The goal of the preformulation study is to create a dosage form that is beautiful, stable, safe, and effective by determining the kinetic rate profile, compatibility with other ingredients, and physico-chemical parameters of new therapeutic compounds. Drug solubility, partition coefficient, dissolving rate, polymorphic forms, and stability are among these qualities, and they all play significant roles in preformulation studies. The drug molecule's polymorphism, which includes crystal and amorphous forms, reveals many chemical, physical, and medicinal descriptions. This article describes a few characteristics and methods for medication preformulation evaluation parameters.

Thermal stress analysis of laminates under plane stress conditions of elasticity have been performed with mixed semi-analytical model. The displacements and transverse stresses that occur naturally at an interface of laminae are considered as fundamental dependent variables and thus continuity of transverse stresses and displacements are implicitly maintained at the laminae interfaces. The mathematical model consists of defining a two-point boundary value problem (BVP) governed by a set of coupled first-order ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The accuracy and the effectiveness of the proposed model are assessed by comparing numerical results from the present investigation with the available elasticity solutions under plane stress conditions.

ABSTRACT This article delves into the timeless literary theme that "For every action, there is an opposite reaction" through an examination of three iconic works: Shakespeare's Macbeth, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, and Samuel Taylor Coleridge's The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. Each of these literary masterpieces serves as a vivid canvas upon which the intricate web of cause and effect is masterfully woven. In Macbeth, it is witnessed that the ambitious ascent of the titular character, whose actions driven by vaulting ambition set in motion a chain of events marked by guilt, paranoia, and the disintegration of relationships. Frankenstein explores the consequences of Victor Frankenstein's impulsive ambition to create life, leading to the creation of a monster and a relentless pursuit of revenge. In The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, the haunting encounter between a mariner and a supernatural ghostly ship and a serpentine creature, showcasing the opposing reactions triggered by the mariner's actions of reverence and regret. This article illuminates how these literary examples emphasize the profound principle of actions and their consequences, inviting readers to contemplate the intricate interplay of choices, motivations, and outcomes within the vast tapestry of human experience. Through the analysis of these works, readers gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of human nature and the moral fabric of our world, reaffirming the enduring power of this fundamental theme in literature.

Botulinum toxins have made their way into dentistry specially in Prosthodontics for both dental esthetic and therapeutic uses. Botox is a neurotoxin derived from bacterium clostridium botulinum. Botulinum toxin inhibits the release of Acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter responsible for the activation of muscle contraction and glandular secretion, and its administration results in reduction of tone in the injected muscle. They provide most significant, minimally invasive procedure at low cost with limited recovery time. This review article explains the basics of botulinum toxin and its extensive and detailed uses in prosthodontics.

India has a big agriculture industry. It is essential for the survival and growth of the Indian economy. India is a major producer of numerous agricultural products. Soil is important for the cultivation of crops. Soil is a dynamic, non-renewable natural resource that is necessary for life. Young Indian farmers frequently struggle with choosing the proper crop depending on the requirements of the soil. As a result, they see a huge drop in productivity. Farmers with practical experience used to cultivate crops in the past. Farmers can no longer choose the best crop based on the characteristics and attributes of the soil. In order to suggest the crop that can be harvested in that particular soil, a recommendation system that makes use of a machine learning algorithm has been created. The user-supplied image of the soil is processed in the proposed system and divided into one of four soil types: clay, alluvial, red, and black. This is achieved using a MobileNetV2 Architecture model. When the soil type is predicted, a number of crops that can be produced there are advised. Our proposed approach maps the soil and crop data to predict the list of crops that will grow well in a given soil. The farmers will therefore find our suggested approach helpful in guiding them to select the best crops for their soil and in educating Our proposed system achieved Training accuracy of 97.34% and validation accuracy of 99.21%.

Herbal medicine also known as herbalism or phytotherapy is a type of alternative medicine that uses plant extract, herbal, and other natural substances to prevent and treat various health conditions. It is one of the oldest forms of medicine and has been used by different cultures around the word for thousands of year. The ultimate aim of this study is to formulate and evaluate the herbal lotion using herbal extracts of plants having ethnic and dermatological importance in Ayurveda, namely, Leucas aspera, and Ocimum tenifloram. In the current scenario in cosmetics, the use of herbal antifungal lotion containing natural ingredient are more acceptable in public belief. In the formulation we utilizes Tulsi leaves extract, Aloe Vera gel, Rose water, and Leucas aspera leaves extract which are not yet used by any other research work. The plant leaves contain active ingredients that have pharmacological effect on the body and can be used for different purposes. It have possess the various pharmacological activities like antifungal, antioxidant, antitoxic, and antimicrobial activity.

The project titled "A Study on Consumer Spending via Credit Cards" aims to comprehensively analyze the patterns and trends of consumer expenditure through credit card transactions. In an increasingly digitized economy, credit cards have become a pivotal tool for modern-day transactions. This research endeavors to shed light on the dynamics of consumer behavior by investigating their spending habits, preferences, and the factors influencing their choices when using credit cards. The study will encompass a multi-dimensional approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods to gather and interpret data. Quantitative analysis will involve the collection and examination of transaction data from various credit card companies and financial institutions. This data will be subjected to statistical techniques to identify spending trends across different demographics, geographic locations, and product categories. Additionally, the research will delve into qualitative aspects by conducting surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gain insights into consumer perceptions, attitudes, and motivations related to credit card usage. Furthermore, the project intends to explore the impact of socio-economic factors, such as income levels, age groups, and cultural backgrounds, on consumer spending behavior. By deciphering these influences, the study aims to provide valuable insights to both financial institutions and policymakers, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding credit card regulations, marketing strategies, and financial literacy initiatives.

A major global public health issue linked to increased morbidity and mortality is Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), a continuum of kidney disease ranging from minor kidney impairment to End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). For ESRD patients, longevity and quality of life have improved thanks to advancements in dialysis treatments and the availability of kidney transplantation. In survival analysis, survival data might include patient characteristics that are connected to response, survival, and the development of a disease, as well as survival time and response to a particular treatment. Comparing the survival distributions of experimental animals or human patients, predicting the likelihood of response, survival, or mean lifespan, and identifying risk and/or prognostic factors related to response, survival, and the onset of a disease have been the main goals of the study of survival data. In the modelling of survival data under various types of diseases, parametric regression models are frequently utilised. This study uses the CKD data to examine the effectiveness of the four most used parametric regression modelling techniques: Exponential, Weibull, Gamma, and Lognormal. Based on the results and the minimum values of AIC and BIC, it is concluded that the Gamma model performs better than other models.
