Abstract: Background & Objectives: It has been proposed that Comparative between Hamstring Stretching verses Back Extension Exercise in Acute Low Back Pain in Housewife is best type of treatment approach for overall recovery. The objective of this study was to assess, A Comparison between Hamstring Stretching verses Back Extension Exercise in Acute Low Back Pain in Housewife. Methods: After discharge the patient from hospital, briefed the Family Members on the objectives and contents of Physiotherapy treatment obtained their consent, give them a letter, explained to them the methods and materials of Hamstring Stretching exercises and Back Extension Exercise. After the collection of Demographic data, Subjects will assess in NPRS. Assessment of the initial performance is follow by the Subjects receive Hamstring Stretching exercises with 5 repetition with 20 to 30 seconds holding and Back Extension Exercise with 15 repetition and 10 second holding. First assessment will do after 1 week and second assessment will do after 2weeks. Results: Subject benefited in improvement in Acute Low Back Pain with Back Extension Exercise as compared to Hamstring Stretching. Interpretation & Conclusion: Back Extension Exercise (Group B) shows better results improvement in acute back pain as compared to Hamstring Stretching (Group A). Thus the Back Extension Exercise reduces the back pain in Acute Low Back Pain.

The corona pandemic is causing havoc around the world. The transmission chain can be broken by different methods including wearing an N 95mask. This mask covers the nose and mouth to give complete protection. But during eating or drinking, its usually removed which increases the danger of infection. Hence, we modified the mask (Parthas modified N 95) by cutting across and suturing with free mouth. This can be used during feeding. This at least covers the nose in full and decreases the rates of transmission.

Abstract- The groundwater is the second largest fresh water resource available on the Planet Earth. It is a form of very important component of Hydrological Cycle. The quality of water bodies depends upon its Physio-Chemical and Microbial characteristics. The study was carried out to assess the groundwater quality of Shahada city. The groundwater samples were collected from twenty (20) different locations of Shahada city. The physiochemical characters such as pH, Hardness, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Calcium, Alkanity, Chlorides, Magnesium, Iron, Fluorides, Color, Turbidity and Temperature were analyzed to study the present status of groundwater quality in the city. The results were compared with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). After studying the above mentioned parameters it has been found that the groundwater samples are fit for potable purpose. The analysis also reveals that the groundwater of certain wards needs some degree of treatment before using for drinking purpose. The biological characteristics of groundwater such as Most Probable Number Test (MPN) was carried out for all 20 samples collected from well and bore well reveals that the it is within the accepted limits of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Frozen shoulder is defined as an idiopathic disease that will present itself with symptoms like pain and reduced range of motion at the shoulder joint. Frozen shoulder has an incidence of 3%-5% in the general population and up to 20% in those with diabetes. Usually its peak incidence is between the ages of 40 and 60 years. The aim of this review was to evaluate the effectiveness of Hydro dilatation treatment of frozen shoulder followed by physiotherapy. Hydro dilatation is a rapid, non-surgical and cost-effective treatment that has proved to reduce pain and restore function as an attractive option plus intra-articular steroid injection supervised by physiotherapist followed by home exercise program in management of idiopathic frozen shoulder. The aim of this review was to document the effectiveness of hydro dilatation along with physiotherapy in treatment of idiopathic frozen shoulder.

Swashplate mechanism is the steering control mechanism, used in most helicopters. It is a complex multi-loop closed kinematic chain which controls the angles of attack of the main rotor blades. In most new model helicopters, this mechanism is also equipped with the bellhiller stabilizer bar (flybar), to improve the stability. The main purpose of this paper is the dynamic analysis of a swashplate mechanism, one of the latest architectures, used for hinge less rotor with the flybar. The analyses are based on the parallel manipulators concept and the virtual work principle. Also, an ADAMS rigid body dynamic model was developed to verify the results of the analytical model. In many simulated cases, the results matched.

The research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Emotional Intelligence (EI) issues and associated challenges is fast coming up as an emerging area of research. The current research and development activities on Al based systems lacks the emotional aspects of human intelligence. Therefore, all the emotional issues are to be incorporated in future artificial intelligence based systems. In this paper, we have studied the emotional intelligence among the university students of different School of Studies. The issues related to personal competence consisting of self-awareness, self-regulation and self-motivation) and social competence consisting of social awareness and social skills have been discussed. A sample of 100 students (70 males and 30 females) drawn from 6 School of Studies has been considered. A questionnaire consisting of 25 questions was prepared and mailed to the students. The data collected was analysed. It was found that three parameters namely building bonds, collaboration and cooperation and team capabilities, the students have highest emotions (100%) whereas for remaining five components, the emotions were also high (80%). We also observed that level of emotional intelligence increases with the age. In our study, we did not observe any significant difference in the level of emotional intelligence between male and female students.

The history of mathematics in mathematics education has the potential to make us fuller human being, which is at the heart of the educational tradition. Students of B Ed and M Ed have to study this course in Tribhuvan University. The general objective of incorporating this course is to appreciate the internal dimension and development of mathematics in relation to its multicultural and historical perspectives and develop the critical appreciation to reflect upon the work of different mathematicians who added some knowledge in existing knowledge. The aim of this article is to find out the perception of B. Ed students on learning history of mathematics in the perspective of content and pedagogical knowledge. The paradigm of this research is interpretive and base on grounded theory. Seven students of Butwal Multiple Campus studying on the level B. Ed third year were selected as sample subject and asked to write journal of reflections on the role of knowledge creation in content and pedagogy from the course Math Ed 424. Data were analyzed and the result indicated that history could help increase motivation. Besides this, history of mathematics could help pedagogical knowledge more and content knowledge less. It develops the positive attitude towards learning and helps mathematics to see in concrete form.

Iron is the fourth most abundant element by weight in earths crust, and is often a major constituent of soils especially clay soils and is trace element, required by all living organisms for many physiological functions, plays a major role in many biochemical processes, but in excess it causes toxicity. High iron content in water bodies of mountainous states is considered as one of the major factor, responsible for low productivity in aquaculture systems. But, till date comprehensive reports on the adverse effect of iron overload in aquatic organisms, especially cultured fishes are scanty. The present study was undertaken to investigate the adverse effects of iron overload in economically important aquaculture fish species C.mrigala. Three sub-lethal test concentration of iron (ferrous) i.e. During evaluation of physiological responses treatments with three iron ranges 4.5mgl-1,2.1 mgl-1, and 0.035mgl-1(control) combined with six exposure times at 0,6,12,24,48,72 and 120 h with three replicated were used . Blood cells and tissue samples of the control & exposed specimens were sampled at regular intervals of time to assess alterations in parameters like PCV, Hb ,RBC, Blood glucose, lysozyme activity increased significantly(p<0.05),whereas alkaline phosphate and NBT levels decreased significantly(p<0.05) with iron stress exposure duration. The observed physiological changes in the present study provide the most comprehensive insight of iron overload stress in C.mrigala.
