The current scenario of Business is quite flexible and keeps changing from Traditional work culture to Modern and Artificially Intelligent work culture. This update has different social and environmental obligations and because of all these obligations, the Present Corporate World needs to understand the concept of Green HRM and its application. Basically, Green HRM means any organization has Environmentally Sound policies, practices to make organizations more sustainable. It also makes employees more responsible towards the resources and creates a better understanding about Pollution. The global corporate world is more about financial profits but the attention has been shifted since years towards social and ecological issues as well. They need to focus more on waste management to control pollution. This paper investigates Green HRM practices in different organizations based on the many current writings. The study found the importance of Green HRM strategies, ideas, practices and difficulties in the business and other organizations. The study uses documented strategies to observe, collect and dissipate contemporary surveys of green human resource management. This research paper tries to discuss Green Human Resource Management practices in India and the key Challenges for the implementation.

Background: Cinchonism is classic symptoms from quinine overdose, include vomiting, tinnitus, deafness, headache, and visual disturbance. Quinine overdose may lead to serious side effects Case report: We report a rare case a patient with tentamen suicide. Patient was consumed 24 tablets quinine 300mg quinine, and showed sign and symptoms of quinine sulphate intoxication. Patient had chinchonism, abnormal ECG and anemia, and sudden blindness and deafness. Patient was given fluid resuscitation, supportive therapy: anti emetic, anti-depressant, blood transfusion, and high dose steroid for 3 days. Patient was observed for laboratory, ECG and visual acuity, after 7 days patient got improvement, patient was discharged. Conclusion: The ultimate predictor of outcome from quinine poisoning appears to be the cardiovascular response. Mortality rates vary from 0 to 6.25%. The majority of deaths occur from cardiotoxicity. The effect of quinine on hearing is considered reversible and auditory symptoms usually resolve within a few days

A commodity may be defined as an article, a product or material that is bought and sold. It can be classified as every kind of movable property, except Actionable Claims, Money & Securities. Commodities actually offer immense potential to become a separate asset class for market-savvy investors, arbitrageurs and speculators. Retail investors, who claim to understand the equity markets, may find commodities an unfathomable market. However, when it comes to the fundamentals of demand and supply, commodities are simple to comprehend. Before investing in commodities futures, retail investors should be aware of the risks and benefits. Commodity futures pricing has historically been less volatile than equity pricing, making them a good option for portfolio diversification.

Background: Capnography is the monitoring of the concentration or partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the respiratory gases. A significant proportion of airway complications occur in Intensive Care Units and Emergency Departments, and these more frequently cause patient harm/death and are associated with suboptimal care. Aim and objective: A study was planned to assess knowledge and practice regarding capnography among staff nurses working in intensive care unit. To assess the effect of planned teaching of staff nurses and to compare the knowledge and practice with their sociodemographic variables. Materials and Method: A descriptive evaluatory approach was used to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching on knowledge and practice regarding capnography among 30 staff nurses working in intensive care unit. The research design used was one group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique used was non probability convenient sampling. The posttest knowledge and practices of staff nurses was assessed after 5 days with the same tools. Results: The analysis and interpretation revealed that the planned teaching programme was an effective tool for improving the knowledge and practices regarding capnography among staff nurses. It is observed that statistically there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest mean of both knowledge and practice. Also, it is found that there does not exist any association of both knowledge and practice. Conclusion: Our result indicates that the planned teaching programme was an effective tool for improving the knowledge and practices regarding capnography among staff nurses.

Supercapacitors are an important energy storage devices due to their capability of higher energy density and higher power density. Carbon materials such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, active carbon and graphite with high surface area have been widely investigated as electrode materials in electrical double layer capacitors. In present work the activated carbon nanobeads have been synthesized by chemical vapor deposition technique using cold pressed Safflower seed oil (Kardai oil) and Fe nanoparticles as catalyst. TEM analysis shows the size of carbon nanobeads are around 82 nm. XRD study shows the graphitic crystalline nature of carbon nanobeads. The surface area of carbon nanobeads by BET measurement is 879 m2/g. Specific capacitance measured by cyclic voltammetry, shows maximum value 425 F/g at scan rate 5mV/s in 6M KOH electrolyte solution.

Diet is the base of life. Diet is a food that is regularly consumed. Food nourishes and provides energy to the body. It protects the body from diseases. It also operates, control and regulates body functions and provides strength to the body. Food which satisfies the senses, fulfill of hunger and simultaneously satisfies the mind which provides peace to the Atma(soul) is called yogic diet. Thus Yogic diet is diet which provides physical nourishment as well as mental and spiritual nourishment and promotes health.

The goal of this study is to design and develop a Simvastatin particulate drug delivery system utilizing the ionic gelation method in order to improve the drug's solubility and sustain its release. Chitosan (77% DA), non-toxic, biodegradable and biocompatible polymer were used as matrix material while Sodium tripolyphosphate used as the crosslinking agent. Central composite design was chosen as statistical tool for analysis study and to optimization of formulation variables like CS percentage, TPP percentage and DR. The formula that was found to be the most efficient was chosen and characterized for particle size, polydispersity index , zeta potential, EE%, drug loading, in-vitro drug release, DSC, XRD and SEM. The stability study of optimal SIM CS-TPP NPs was carried out for one month at room temperature. Optimized formulations had PS 281.4nm, a narrow PDI 0.441, ZP -17.7mv, sustain drug release 71.48% over 12 hrs and EE% of 99.94%. SEM study confirmed that successful fabrication of nearly spherical shaped particles in nanometer range. There was no physical change and no huge disparity in PS and ZP after one month of stability testing, showing that the formulation was stable. As a result, nanoparticulate systems such as PNPs might be used to improve the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs such as Simvastatin.
