Haricot bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is one of the dominant pulse crops cultivated in the southwestern Ethiopia however, its yield is very low in comparison to average yield at the world level. One of the reasons for yield gap is soil acidity which reduces the availability of nutrients. Therefore, a field experiment was carried out during 2017 in South Bench, Gimbo and Andracha districts of southwestern Ethiopia with the objective of evaluating the effects of lime, phosphorus and Rhizobium biofertilizer applications on grain yield of haricot bean. The treatments consisting of two levels of lime, four levels of P2O5 and two levels of Rhizobium biofertilizer were laid out in randomized complete block design with three replications. Days to 50% flowering and 90% physiological maturity were delayed by the application of lime and Rhizobium in all the districts, whereas lime and P (69 P2O5 kg ha-1) induced early maturity. There was significant interaction effect of treatments on the number of effective nodules, plant height and the number of branches per plant. The integrated use of treatments had significant effect on the number of seeds per pod, whereas the highest numbers of seeds per pod (6.29, 6.24 and 5.45) in South Bench, Gimbo and Andracha, respectively were recorded at 46 kg P2O5 ha-1 with lime and Rhizobium. The highest biomass yields (5852, 6309 and 4101 kg ha-1) and grain yield (3229, 2958 and1746 kg ha-1) were obtained at 46 kg P2O5 ha-1 applied with lime and Rhizobium at all the three locations mentioned above. Therefore, application of 46 kg P2O5 ha-1 with lime and Rhizobium biofertilizer can be recommended for the maximal grain yield in the study areas and similar agroecologies.

Solar energy is the clean and eternal source of energy till the end of the world. Photo-voltaic (PV) cell is one of the best and efficient technologies to convert natural solar energy into electricity. Due to increasing in the cost and environmental factors, now solar photovoltaic is more focused in the research area. In this research area, main focus is on that how to improve the efficiency. Solar energy is variable depends upon the time and the atmospheric condition and hence output of the solar cell is directly proportional to the insolation level and inversely proportional to cell temperature and also the cell never operates at maximum power. In this report the characteristics of the sun power A-300 solar cell is simulated in a perfect way in LABVIEW. The output curves under insolation and temperature is checked graphically as well as numerically. The result of simulation in LABVIEW checks the data sheet values of parameters of sun power A-300 solar cell.

Electrical Discharge Machining is a thermo-electric non-traditional machining process in which material removal takes place through the process of controlled spark generation between a pair of electrodes which are submerged in a dielectric medium. It is recognized as an efficient method of producing dies and machining of hard material such as ceramics and high strength metal matrix composites for the modern metal industry. In this investigation, response Surface methodology is used to investigate the effect of four controllable input variables namely: discharge current, pulse off time, pulse on time and gap voltage on material removal rate. In the present work, the experiments were conducted using response surface methodology, to ascertain the effect of EDM process parameters on material removal rate (MRR) of cast iron by using tool material Copper. The significant coefficients are obtained by performing analysis of variance (ANOVA). It is found that discharge current and pulse duration are significant factors. Surface methodology is a precision methodology that needs only 27 experiment to assess the condition.

During an affective decission making it has been an important point of curiosity to know the thoughts of others.Decisions made by either an individual or at organization levels are always accomplished by opinion of others for the same. Opinions and sentiments can be studied and constructed well with the help of high-quality opinion mining and sentiment analysis formulation. A rich compendium of sentiments can be obtained through exponential grown opinion resources such as discussion forums, public reviews, micro to macro blogs, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn and many more. Sharing opinion in public became a craze among todays generation. For an enhancement of services and products such feedbacks become crucial either for an individual or for organizations. Opinion mining helps in analyzing these huge collected reviews. In order to make the reviews easily understood by the users, these collected reviews are distinguished upon the emotions which are being expressed by the users, classification between them into negative and positive are carried out. Opinion mining is the most buzzed technical word in the trending technology which is attracting many researchers in order to solve the challenges which are being faced in it. In order to trace out the best in an item in terms of feature and quality can by achieve by effective sentiment tools and opinion mining. In this research paper a complete overview of opinion mining in sentiment analysis has been carried out along with the comparative approaches usingrecent methodologies, certain challenges which need to be addressed in this regard are also highlighted.

Abstract One hundred forty schoolboys belonging to the age of 12-17 years without having any participation in competition were selected randomly from different public schools of Delhi. Out of the target group of 140 students, 70 boys belonged to the age group of 1214+ years and the rest 70 boys were in the of the age group of 15 17 years. In each age group, 35 boys formed the control group where as the remaining 35 boys formed the experimental group. After the pre test, the exercise training programme of 6 days a week and of one hour duration was administered to the subjects of the experimental groups and after five weeks mid test scores of all the four groups was recorded. Then again, the two experimental groups were administered exercise programme for another five weeks and the post test scores of all the four groups were recorded after ten weeks. The subjects of the control groups were instructed to do their routine works during this ten weeks period and were asked to appear only for the pre test, mid test and post test. The data collected was analyzed statistically to find out the differences in the pre, mid and post test scores of the subjects. The least significance difference test was applied to find the significance difference in the means of each group and for each variable. In the beginning there was no significant difference between the control and experiment groups in the two age groups i.e. 12-14+ yrs. and 15-17 yrs. In 12-14+ yrs. age group the agility of the subjects improved significantly only after 5 weeks of training. On the other hand, significant improvement was not found in the subjects of 15-17 yrs. of age group after 5 weeks of training. After 10 weeks of training significant improvement was observed between the subjects of experiment groups of both the age groups. In the 12-14+ yrs. of age group the means score decreased from 12.57 to 12.36 and in the other age group the means score reduced from 12.08 to 11.81 showing an improvement in the timing. The effect of exercise on agility of the subjects between the two age groups under study showed significant improvement in agility in all the levels of time intervals as the differences of means score were higher than the LSD values.

COVID-19 is a highly transmittable and pathogenic viral infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which emerged in Wuhan, China and spread around the world. The intermediate source of origin and transfer to humans is not known, however, the rapid human to human transfer has been confirmed widely. There is no clinically approved antiviral drug or vaccine available to be used against COVID-19 till now. However, few broad-spectrum antiviral drugs have been evaluated against COVID-19 in clinical trials, resulted in clinical recovery. In the present review, we summarize available information regarding COVID 19 virus, its origin, epidemiology, mode of transmission, diagnosis, available treatment options, prognosis of disease, and challenges posed by the pandemic. we also discussed about the structure of coronavirus and coronavirus protein. Also, we highlighted about challenges and strategies of Pharma profession during COVID19 pandemic.

? First of all, in this pandemic circumstances stay home and stay safe yourself. Of course this pandemic Covid -19s effect on GDP AND ALL SECTORS of the country but most important effect is on students learning and teaching tasks. There are so many ways of learning in which E- Global learning is the platform by different gadgets like computer, Laptop, Mobile on Internet. But it has two aspects as we all know that its rather than compromising learning. Students who cant focus on study in real classroom cant learn by virtual classroom. In the classroom teacher can keep eye on every student and make aware their parents for their progress .When E-learning provide you big global stage for teachers and students too., but some students cheat themselves by keep on gadgets and walk here and there.
