Honey bee is a eusocial flying insect within the genus Apis of the order Hymenoptera. The ethnic people in Nalbari district of Assam consume the eggs and larvae of honey bees as food besides consuming honey. Honey bees are important pollinators for flowers, fruits and vegetables. Honey collected from nature by the ethnic communities is an important source of nutrition and also contribute to their income generation. Honey and beeswax are two economically important products of honey bee from an economic and nutritive point of view. Three species of honey bees found in the study area are Apis dorsata, Apis cerena and Apis florae. The local people of the study area have started bee-keeping commercially for their livelihood. Honey is full of fructose and glucose) and many amino acids, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It cures many diseases like Coughs, Flu, Asthma, Pneumonia etc.

Even after delivering the product by implementing all the features as per customers requirement, the improvement requests are frequently proposed by the users. For a product if more numbers of stakeholders are there, then the improvement requests are more in number and also frequency of receiving requests is high. Though the received requests are high in number, all are not suitable to implement. If a developer has to manually go through each and every request to differentiate between implementable and unimplementable requests , it is very time consuming. So to overcome this problem, sentiment based analysis can be used to predict the most likely requests which will be approved for implementation. This approach makes the software applications competetant in the market by helping in implementing the features with in deadlines. In this approach, the first step is to preprocess improvement requests using natural language preprocessing techniques. second is to calculate the sentiment of each improvement request by identifying the words having positive and negative sentiments in the summary attribute. Third is to train the machine learning based classifier to predict whether a given improvement request would be approved. The proposed approach is evaluated with the sample history data from real software applications.

Indian social system, i.e. patriarchal caste system has unique features which are changing in the span of time and space as it is a product of long historical process. Though, this is not a simple stratification but it is a segmentation of society as castes are not having any social interrelations relations other than economic interdependency. Thus, each sub-caste has an independent social existence. All kind of capitals i.e. social, cultural, economic and political capitals are monopolized by high-castes and dominated middle-castes. Social sciences are not treated to caste system as an economic, political or cultural system and falsely display it as a social system only. Within this system, institutions does not have independent existence, including religion, as these institutions are continuously interact and intervene with each other and thus, specific division within social sciences become the fallacy. Western generated socio-eco-political theories are insufficient to analyse the Indian phenomena whereas Brahminical oriented theories which see from top are misinterpreted it. Structural-functional theories see it as an institution than system, and thus missed historical time span. Marxist interpretations are ignored inter-institutional bearings as well as Indian religio-cultural value system and thus fall into the category of non-human theories. These theories are insufficient to analyse contemporary patriarchal caste system. In Althusserian perspectives, these bourgeoisie social sciences ignored to Phule, Ambedkar, Periyar and other social theorist intellectually and thus, support to social stagnancy and refute social change. Thus, bourgeoisie social sciences do not have a single theory of social change which will fit in Indian context. In western ideology, Bourdieu provide the insight to analyse dynamics of various capitals and Ambedkar provide the insight to analyse unequal distribution of authorities and powers and its nexus with religio-cultural value system. Structuration theories are helped to understand the dynamics of interrelations of social system and agency. But these theories again fails to understand social psychology of caste system and this gap will be filled by Vasubandhu, Nagarjuna and Dharmakirti, who fought against caste system by analysing relationship of language and psyche of human being.

Social enterprises generally, struggle with human resource issues like finding the right employees who can work at low compensation, creation of growth and development opportunities for employees in the organization, retaining the workforce at middle and lower level management levels and high attrition rates leading higher cost of acquiring and training new employees. It has become a matter of survival for social enterprises to think of alternate ways of recruiting and attracting value based talent pool that drives social changes. This study uses empirical tools to assess various variables that highlight the factors impacting motivation of Employees from Employers and Employee perspective. It identifies the robust connection of factors that enhance the employees motivations in the social enterprises. The main purpose of this research paper is to highlight the motivational tools used by social enterprises. This research paper is based on primary data collected from thirty-five social enterprises and more than five hundred employees of surveyed social enterprises.

Electrical Discharge Machining is a thermo-electric non-traditional machining process in which material removal takes place through the process of controlled spark generation between a pair of electrodes which are submerged in a dielectric medium. It is recognized as an efficient method of producing dies and machining of hard material such as ceramics and high strength metal matrix composites for the modern metal industry. In this investigation, response Taguchi method is used to investigate the effect of four controllable input variables namely: discharge current, pulse off time, pulse on time and gap voltage on material removal rate. In the present work, the experiments were conducted using response surface methodology, to ascertain the effect of EDM process parameters on material removal rate (MRR) of cast iron by using tool material Brass. The significant coefficients are obtained by performing analysis of variance (ANOVA). It is found that discharge current and pulse duration are significant factors. Taguchi method is a precision methodology that needs only 27 experiment to assess the condition.

India is a land of villages. From North to south and from East to West there are around 640867 villages (as per census 2011) in our country. Out of total 1210.2 million the rural population is 833.1 million(68.4% of total population). A great majority of villages are small with only five hundred populations each. A village comprises of resources like land (private agriculture land, common land), water (pond, well, irrigation system, both traditional and/or modern), grassland and forest (community owned or government owned). Apart from endowment of natural resources, the village also constitutes a unit; as a social unit, it is endowed with population either tribal or differentiated on the basis of caste. In addition, the village also represents a cultural system. Land is the main source of income and all activities in rural area are connected to the land. In rural areas villagers considered land as their Mother. Land Acquisition in our country is done by various agencies including government or by private companies. Land Acquisition is also done for various projects of railways tracks, metro projects, defence projects and various other works like nuclear power plant establishment, thermal power plant establishment, construction of dam etc. Land acquisition is done by private companies for setting up EPZs, SEZs and Industrial Township etc. to attract more and more foreign direct investment. Setting up industrial township/SEZ/EPZ or setting up other projects in the backward area to develop the particular region in one of the main reason behind any land acquisition. While selecting the location state government (land come under state) must exclude the agriculture land first preference for land acquisition must be given to barren regions. . We are losing for agriculture lands which directly reduce our food grain productivity. Fertilizers land or agriculture land is boon to our country and by land acquisition we are losing this for industrialization. Our farmlands are losing their agriculture production capacity and becoming barren due to various reasons main are imbalanced fertilizer use and excessive use of a single fertilizer urea in spite of all this we are losing our large agriculture production land to set up Industrial Township there. Initially we can be successful by this acquisition and by setting up METL (Model Economic Township Limited) here in this region. However, we need industrial development but not at the cost of losing agriculture land, loss of agriculture production, environment degradation etc. We have to find a way between them so that both the sector achieves progress without affecting each other. We have to focus on long term economy process not on short term goals and achievements.

France is one of the oldest, most trusted of Indias partners ,possibly second only to Russia But today with Russia having established an uncomfortably close relationship with china, Indias reliance on France has become that much greater . Even though India has traditionally remained uneasy with terms like alliance , Modi used the term to describe the relations with France at his speech at UNESCO in paris , Where he said . Today in 21st centuary , we talk of Infra. He has describe as IN+FRA, which means the alliance between India and France.
