Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective and efficient management of people in an organization. Human resource planning plays a major role in recruiting and selecting the people. Every organization appoints a person as a human resource manager. The traditional recruitment methods are newspaper, magazines, pamphlet and employee referrals. Recruitment and selection as become a key process in flourishing the success of an organization. The main goal of the research is to evaluate the process of recruiting a right person in a specific time duration and to analyze the stages of selection procedure in recruiting the people. Recruitment of a qualified and skilled person makes the organization to achieve the goal. Delegation of work leads to less burden and it saves the time of the employee. Co-ordination and unity of work helps to engage with a positive behavior towards working environment. Performance appraisal encourages a candidate to grant the fullest of his skill. During this pandemic situation, e-recruitment is most commonly preferred by many of the organizations. Artificial Intelligence has emerged as a boon to the recruiters by automating the repetitive task. E-recruitment is more efficient and less expensive which is currently opted more in the pandemic situation. E-recruitment is easier to source candidates and conduct interviews with less investment of time. Organizational culture and organizational ethics enhance the working environment. The research is completely based on the conceptual framework. The main areas that have been taken into account in this research are factor influencing recruiting and selection of hires, steps in selecting a candidate, sources of recruitment and outsourcing.

Autonomous drones are increasingly being deployed in applications such as surveillance, disaster management, agriculture, and delivery services. However, most existing navigation systems rely heavily on cloud computing, which introduces latency, connectivity issues, and high energy consumption. To address these limitations, this research proposes an Edge AI-based navigation system using ESP32, a lightweight yet powerful microcontroller capable of running TinyML models. The system integrates onboard sensors including a camera, IMU, ultrasonic sensor, and GPS to enable real-time obstacle detection, path planning, and stable flight control without dependency on cloud servers. A convolutional neural network (CNN) optimized with TensorFlow Lite Micro is deployed on the ESP32 for efficient object recognition and obstacle avoidance. Experimental evaluations demonstrate that the proposed system achieves low-latency decision-making with reduced power consumption while maintaining accurate navigation performance. The findings highlight the potential of ESP32-based Edge AI as a cost-effective and scalable solution for autonomous drone navigation, opening opportunities for future applications in smart cities, defense, and industrial monitoring.

As infrastructure demands intensify, the construction sector is undergoing a profound transformation. Modern challenges such as rapid urbanization, resource scarcity, climate resilience, and lifecycle cost efficiency are increasingly difficult to address using traditional materials. This has led to the emergence of innovative materials. Ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), high-performance fibre-reinforced concrete (HPFRC), fibre-reinforced polymers (FRPs), self-healing materials, and smart adaptive alloys offer superior strength-to-weight ratios. Their adoption can enable structures to be lighter, stronger, and longer-lasting while requiring less maintenance. Beyond structural benefits, these materials also provide significant sustainability advantages. They are designed to reduce embodied carbon, conserve raw materials, and promote circular construction practices. UHPC components require thinner cross-sections and use less raw material, while self-healing materials can autonomously repair cracks and extend service life. The use of FRP reinforcements reduces the need for frequent repairs. Infrastructure owners and operators can benefit from the long-term durability and cost-effectiveness of these materials. However, transitioning to innovative materials is not without challenges. High initial costs, limited industrial production capacity, and a lack of standardized design codes have slowed their adoption. Many engineers and contractors also lack training to design and build with these advanced materials. This paper examines the current state of innovative materials in structural engineering and outlines strategies for integrating these materials into mainstream practice.

Suicide, particularly among adolescents, has emerged as a profound public health challenge that transcends geographical, cultural, and socioeconomic boundaries. In India, the issue is particularly alarming in the northeastern states, where unique cultural dynamics and socio-economic factors converge to create an environment in which young individuals grapple with immense psychological stress. Arunachal Pradesh, a state nestled in the eastern Himalayas, stands out due to its strikingly high rates of adolescent suicide. According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data from 2020, Arunachal Pradesh recorded one of the highest suicide rates in India, with estimates suggesting that approximately 59% of total suicide cases involved individuals under the age of 25. This statistic underscores an urgent public health crisis that necessitates thorough analysis and immediate intervention.

The intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and human intuition in clinical diagnostics has sparked a paradigm shift in medical decision-making. With advances in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, AI systems have demonstrated impressive capabilities in pattern recognition, differential diagnosis, and disease prediction. However, the irreplaceable cognitive heuristics, experiential learning, and emotional intelligence of human clinicians remain vital in ambiguous and complex scenarios. This research paper presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of AI-based diagnostic tools versus human medical professionals across a range of diseases, including radiology, pathology, cardiology, and oncology. Using real-world datasets, clinical case simulations, and literature synthesis, this study evaluates accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic time, error rates, and contextual understanding. The results indicate that while AI outperforms in speed and large-scale data analysis, human intuition excels in handling rare presentations, ethical judgments, and patient-specific nuances. A hybrid model leveraging both AI precision and human intuition emerges as the optimal solution for future healthcare systems. This study concludes that AI is not a replacement but a robust augmentation to human expertise, reshaping the future of medical diagnosis through collaborative intelligence.

Translation into local languages is a cornerstone of inclusive development, cultural preservation, and equitable access to information. In multilingual societies like India, where linguistic diversity is vast, translation ensures that knowledge, services, and opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of their native language. This paper explores the multifaceted importance of translating content into local languages, highlighting its critical roles in education, governance, commerce, healthcare, and cultural preservation. By examining various initiatives and studies, we underscore how translation fosters inclusively, empowers communities, and bridges communication gaps in diverse sectors.
