This study examines the factors contributing to the failure of modern marriage in Mbinga district (Tanzania). The study employed a descriptive case study and exploratory research design and deployed mixed method approach for triangulation purposes of data collection, presentation and analysis, in-depth interview. Further, questionnaires and documentary review were applied. Sampling methods were purposive for the qualitative data in the study areas, interview and simple random sampling for the survey respondents. The target populations were conflicting couples, divorced, cohabited couples, unmarried people with appropriate marriage age and those with children out of wedlock. Additionally, social welfare officers, religious leaders, ward and VEOs, customary leaders and hamlet leaders were concerned. The sample size was obtained by using sample size calculator for questionnaire respondents and saturation point for interview respondents. The main findings of the study display that economic factors, technological advancement, socio-cultural and political factors were the main factors contributing to the failure of modern marriage in Tanzania. Basically, in economic production activities and economic classes of the people were included. Furthermore, socio-cultural factors such as effects of social changes, demoralization of marriage norms and values, patriarchy system, formal education and traditional practices contributed a lot to marriage failure. However, political factors include effects of democracy that relates to multiparty system, marriage law and gender equity and equality. The study recommends that research on the failure of modern marriage must be intensified because of a multiple and complex issues that affect the wellbeing of the individuals to the high level.

This paper concerns with the problem of obtaining infinitely many non-zero distinct integer solutions of the binary quadratic Diophantine equation y^2 = 13x^2-12 . Employing the lemma of Brahmagupta, we find infinitely many integral solutions of the above equation. The recurrence relations on the solutions are presented. An interesting relations among the solutions are presented.

Mirizzi syndrome is an unusual presentation of gallstones occurring when a calculus gets impacted in either Hartmann's pouch of the gallbladder or the cystic duct and causes obstruction of the common hepatic duct by extrinsic compression. 1 The serious surgical complications such as bile duct injury encountered during laparoscopic cholecystectomy makes Mirizzi syndrome a potentially dangerous manifestation of impacted gall stones. The pathophysiology of Mirizzi syndrome involves extrinsic compression of the bile duct by pressure applied upon it indirectly by an impacted stone in the infundibulum or neck of the gallbladder. In turn, the resulting chronic inflammation and ulceration form varying degrees of cholecysto-biliary fistula. Furthermore, cholecysto-enteric fistula may also occur.2 Only 0.1% of patients with gallstones will develop this condition and women of reproductive age or on birth control estrogen medication have a 2-fold increase in gallstone formation compared to males.3 In Ayurveda, this symptomatology can be understood as an advanced stage of Kamala which is complicated by Pittashmari4. Here is a single case study of a 52-year-old female presented with right hypochondrial pain, jaundice and vomiting. The condition was symptomatically well managed by Shamana aushadhi mentioned in the context of Kamala, Medo roga and Ashmari.

Working of Indigenous Governing Institution A Study on Apatani Tribe Abstract The political organization of a tribal community is the traditional way in which the society recognizes the exercise of authority. This authority may be rested in a single individual acting as the head man of the village, or it may be entrusted to a few chosen representatives of the village forming a council of elders. In this society, power is integral to all other social systems. In absence of any central authority, they managed to maintain law and order and resolve conflict. Till the introduction of the Panchayat Raj in Arunachal Pradesh (then called North-East Frontier Agency or NEFA) in 1969, the village council was the basis of political units. These village councils exist side by side with the statutory Panchayat and continue to discharge their functions even today. They are known by different names among different tribes and led by local chiefs or council of elders exercising the authorities in council deliberations or people as a whole govern themselves. The village council of the Apatani is known as buliang, (literary meaning mediator). It is consists of a clan representative elder as a body of village governance. This paper is based on Ph.D. research. The attempt has made to understand the indigenous governance system of the Apatani and its relevant. The components that act as skeletons in concrete are called aggregates. Concrete waste using RCA causes environmental problems. That solves and reduces potential problems. Many researchers say that recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) are the only ones suitable for application of non-structural concrete. Use of recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) in concrete as partial and full . There is growing interest in construction industry. Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) construction helps builders reduce waste and increase the life of builders, as well as save disposal fees. It also reduces transportation costs because often concrete can be reused in area near demolition or construction site. Also recyclable coarse aggregates have been used to replace virgin coarse aggregate. The largest application of recycled concrete aggregate is for the overall base coarse of road construction.

In the course of learning of English phonology by the speakers of Khortha (Mother Tongue), it has been vividly observed that the phonological features of Khortha affect learning of English sounds even to the degree of loss of intelligibility in majority of the cases. This chapter deals with the degree of interference between the phonology of Khortha and English, and how it effects the learning of English among the Khortha speakers. For this purpose, a contrastive analysis of the sounds of English and Khortha has been made, and the points of interference and their reflection in actual performance have been traced out. Thus, this chapter deals with all such linguistic features in such a manner that it may give a comprehensive and concrete idea about phonology. It also talks about the basis for selection of certain parameters for carryng out contrastive analysis.
