(AUWSC) the pioneer organization for supplying pipe borne drinking water to the nation. Every year it implements a large number of water supply projects throughout the country using local funds as well as foreign donor funds. Many of these projects experience extensive delays and thereby affect the socio economic development of the country. This study takes an attempt to identify the causes and effects of delays in construction of medium scale water supply projects. The method for this research is based on, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Data collection survey was obtained by secondary and primary method via interview to the contractor and consultants. Results of the analysis of the responses to the questionnaire indicate that inclement weather conditions, contractors' financial difficulties, shortage of labor, rules and regulations of road authorities, delays in sub contractors' work, material import delays and ineffective planning and scheduling of project.

Education is regarded as an essential tool for progress and social transformation. Through education, individuals will be able to achieve significant transformational changes by improving everyone's socio-economic conditions. In India, the existing caste system and hierarchical society's access to educational opportunities are unequal and unfair, so the present study is about the Scheduled Caste and higher education. It primarily examines Scheduled Caste's higher education scenario, constitutional requirements for Scheduled Caste educational growth, and variables affecting Scheduled Caste's higher education status. This paper emphasizes how Caste forms the perceptions of those at the very bottom of the higher education caste hierarchy and provides an innovative perspective on Caste throughout modern India. There are similarities to that same discrimination, especially among elite context. The whole paper moved away first from Dalit mainstream in higher education by focusing not on the policy of numbers or reservations but the inner lives and struggles of Dalit students. Based on traditional untouchable practice, the Scheduled Caste categories' castes are characterized by significant social, educational, and economic backwardness. The Constitution, which addresses the present paper, has some provisions for scheduled castes' educational and economic advancement. There is a positive trend in literacy and higher education enrollment among Scheduled Caste students in India, but the rise in the Gross Enrolment Ratio is slow.

In this paper authors have focused on research work done in the area of mathematical modeling and stability analysis of the survival of aquatic species in the presence of the pollutants/toxicants. The paper consists of four divisions viz Water quality, Water pollution, Plankton ecosystem affected by oxygen deficit and Effects of Pollutants in the Aquatic Environment. All these research papers include the stability analysis of the equilibrium points and from this analysis, it is shown that the impact of direct and indirect toxicity harms water, survival of biological interactive species in polluted water bodies, depleting of dissolved oxygen. And also further numerical simulations have been carried out to justify the analytic findings of water pollution and its effects on the survival of aquatic species.

This review is compilation of the different solid dispersion methods used for the enhancement of solubility of terbinafine hydrochloride. The dissolution rate of terbinafine hydrochloride is increased by using polymers such as polyvinyl pyrrolidone K30 and carrier polyethylene glycol 6000. The drug and carrier are used in different ratios. The evaluation of drug content after enhancement is estimated by using chromatography technique.

India is a developing country. It is considered young with only seventy five years of Independence, but with a population of the nation being the second largest in the world in terms of area occupied, it also has one of the largest economies in the world. But owing it to its underdeveloped state and its overpopulation with over fifty percent of dependent on the Agriculture and Agro-based industries, the Indian economy can only be considered barely adequate compared to its counterparts. It ranked fifth most contributing nation for the GDP of the world by 2017 with contributing 3.28% of the total world GDP indicating its global contribution and its position as one of the largest economies. But it also has some of the glaring disadvantages or loopholes, which were often ignored or dismissed due to lack of resources, urgency or responsibility among the policymakers. As the Global Pandemic of COVID-19 hit, some of the disadvantages and drawbacks were laid bare. This paper is an attempt to analyze what kind of impact this Global Pandemic has on an already struggling economy.

The present study was done to compare the performance of the three vegetable oil (i.e. coconut oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil) based cutting fluids during the turning operation of EN24 steel using a high-speed steel tool. The cutting speed (levels 80 m/min,100 m/min and 120 m/min), feed rate (levels 0.1 mm/rev, 0.2 mm/rev and 0.3 mm/rev) and depth of cut (levels 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm and 1 mm ) were taken as the input parameters while the surface roughness, of the machined workpiece, and machining temperature were taken as the response parameters. The experimental design was based on Taguchi's orthogonal array and S/N ratio and ANOVA analysis were used to analyze the results using the MINITAB and MS excel software. Results reveal that feed rate is the most significant machining parameter followed by feed rate then cutting speed. Overall performance of coconut oil-based cutting fluid was the best followed by soybean oil-based cutting fluid and then sunflower oil-based cutting fluid.

The NEP, 2020 provides a framework for the transformation of the entire Technical Education (TE) in order to respond to the requirements of fast-changing and knowledge-based Indian society. This article provides comprehensive information on the fair and rational system of perspectives of NEP as well as other necessary information on the processes involved in qualitative changes in TE. Broadening the scope of TE by bringing in degree and diploma programmes ; bringing closer collaborations between industry and HEIs to drive innovation and research ; using the technology to overcome the separation between technical education and other disciplines ; planning to offer technical education in multidisciplinary education institutions and programmes ; and preparing professionals in areas of greatest importance are just a few indications of NEP, 2020 perspectives towards fostering a technical education system in India which is on par with the best institutions in the words.

Isatin is an indole analogue that belongs to a broad group of heterocyclic chemicals. Isatin analogues are essential chemical precursors that can be utilized to make a wide range of heterocycles and as a precursor for pharmaceutical synthesis. Because of their robust biological and pharmacological activity, isatin analogues have now piqued the interest of organic and medicinal chemists. Antitumor, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-mycobacterial, anticonvulsant, antiviral, anthelmintic, anti-HIV, antioxidant, and CNS depressive activity are among the biological features of isatin and its analogues. The current review discusses some of its most prevalent techniques for synthesizing the isatin moieties and its analogues, as well as recent breakthroughs in the utilization of isatin derivatives for diverse pharmacological purposes.
