of the most critical problem overcome in India is death caused by the road accidents. Almost 80% of accidents are happen due to driver distraction. We attempt to develop robust system for detecting Driver distraction. There are some methods to detect it but that consumes more time. It is important to early detect the distraction, inform to the driver about the distraction. So, computer-based application needs to be developed to detect this distraction as early as possible and minimize the risk of accidents. The aim is to develop a simple and capable method to detect the distraction. There are some proposed methods that contain following stages, preprocessing, feature extraction and classification. To increase the accuracy of the result we use two layer neural network. ELM, softmax are used for feature extraction and SVM-ELM and method is used for classification. The accuracy of proposed method is 96.7% which shows its reliability.

Abstract: Present generations is a fast moving generation no doubt about the potency of allopathic medicine ,they provide fast result ,but the darkest side of this medicine is their several side effects and contraindications. On the other hand the plants are good substitution for those medicines because of their less or no side effects and their ability to cure the problem from their root. Aegle marmelosLinn as locally known as bell belonging family Rutaceae. It is medium sized tree growing throughout the forest of India of altitude 1200 meter.A number of chemical constituents and various therapeutic effects of leaves of Aegle marmelos have been reported by different scientist. Extensive investigations have been carried out on different parts of Aegle marmelos and as a consequence, varied classes of compound viz., alkaloids, coumarins, terpenoids, fatty acids and amino acids have been isolated from its different parts. potential pharmacological activity of the leaves are hypoglycemic, antiinflammatory, antimicrobial, anticancer, radioprotective, chemopreventive and anti-oxidative activity.

Analysis of crime data aims to the extraction of patterns of crimes and trends of crimes from previously stored data of crimes. Analysis of crime data plays an important role to prevent crimes that occur in the country and simultaneously that increase the security of people. The paper aims to seek out a frequent occurrence of crime patterns with knowledge discovery and its prediction. We have used machine learning techniques on criminal records for knowledge discovery and to assist in increasing the predictive accuracy of the crime. This work is going to be helpful to the local police stations in crime suppression.

A STUDY TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STRUCTURED TEACHING PROGRAMME REGARDING KNOWLEDGE AND LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AMONG BASIC B.Sc. NURSING STUDENTS OF SELECTED COLLEGE AT BANGALORE. OBJECTIVES: To assess the knowledge regarding Emotional Intelligence before and after administration of Structured Teaching Programme among Basic B.Sc. Nursing students, to assess the Level of Emotional Intelligence before administration of Structured Teaching Programme among Basic B.Sc. Nursing students, to assess the effectiveness of Structured Teaching Programme regarding knowledge of Emotional Intelligence among the Basic B.Sc. Nursing students, to assess the association between the knowledge regarding Emotional Intelligence and demographic variables and association between Level of Emotional Intelligence and demographic variables amongst the Basic B.Sc. Nursing students. METHODS: The Research approach used for the study was quasi-experimental research approach with one group pretest & posttest design with 60 Basic B.Sc. Nursing students at the selected College of Nursing, Bangalore using convenient sampling technique. Data was collected using structured knowledge questionnaire. The Level of Emotional Intelligence was assessed by utilizing a standardized Schuttes Emotional Intelligence Test (SEIT). Reliability of the tool was tested by split half method. The data was analyzed and tabulated in terms of the objectives of the study using descriptive and inferential statistics. RESULTS: The results showed that the structured teaching programme was effective to increase in the knowledge regarding Emotional Intelligence of the Basic B.Sc. Nursing students. CONCLUSION: Knowledge regarding Emotional Intelligence may be useful in Personal, Professional and social life of the Basic B.Sc. Nursing students. Also, it may aide the students in handling stress and life issues on daily basis. Hence it was felt that the structured teaching programme would be useful in imparting knowledge about Emotional Intelligence, thus empowering the Basic B.Sc. Nursing students to utilize this knowledge in becoming a Emotionally Intelligent and proficient Nursing professional in near future.

The capital of a business which is used in its day-to-day trading operations is called working capital. Working capital is considered a part of operating capital of a business. There are two concepts of working capital. Gross concept of working capital refers to the amount of funds equal to current assets whereas net concept of working capital refers to the amount of capital calculated by deducting current liabilities from current assets. If current assets are less than current liabilities, an entity has a working capital deficiency, also called a working capital deficit and negative working capital. Working capital management is concerned with determining the institution's level of investments in current assets and financing pattern of the current assets. The objective of working capital management is to determine the level of investment that maximize owner's wealth. In this paper the author attempts to evaluate and analyze the working capital need and its proper use in the Grameen Bikas Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. operating in Nepal. In this study it is found that the working capital in the beginning of three years of the study period are absolutely negative and the remaining two years are slightly positive. The investment in current assets is not sufficient and it has showed difficulty in meeting short term obligations. Net profit to total asset ratios are slightly satisfactory. However these ratios indicate that the institution required further efficient utilization of current assets and fixed assets. Likewise net profit to shareholder's equity ratio shows the proper utilization of owner's equity and the firm seems able to earn reasonable profit in the investment. This study has been carried out with analytical research design to analyze the working capital of this microfinance institution.

In the progressing year's spam transformed into a significant issue of Internet and electronic correspondence. There developed a lot of frameworks to fight them. In this paper, we look at the present strategies for isolating spam. This consolidates the course of action and gathering estimations used in isolating. In the present life its imperative to filter through the sends in our post box as it contains some malignant code that is risky for our structure and data set away on the system. Thusly, to give the data security and authenticity we have to filter through such sends. Ordinary usages for mail channels are masterminding the moving toward email and removal of spam messages and PC diseases with sends. The owner may in like manner use a mail channel to compose messages and to sort them into different envelopes considering subject or other criteria as per the need. We thought about the outline mining and gathering strategies that will be used in spam isolating.

The main motive of this project is to utilize the sea sand as fine aggregate in concrete for construction after the removal of chloride content from the sea sand. The corrosion making properly that called chloride content can be eliminated from the sea sand by using sand washing process. The concrete cubes and cylinders were cast and then the compressive strength, split tensile strength could be tested after curing duration for 7, 14 and 28 days. The scope of the project is used sea sand as fine aggregate in concrete.

The concrete is the most commonly used construction material, coarse aggregate occupies the major volume of a concrete mix at about 65% of the total volume, as the material forecasts suggest that natural coarse aggregate are getting depleted in many regions of the world and a shortage of the coarse aggregate is predicted in the near future, an alternative for that is to developed hence a geopolymer aggregate is manufactured with fly ash and kaolin along with alkali activators sodium hydroxide (molarity 8) and sodium silicate with varying proportion is trialed to obtain an optimum proportion for the preparation of geopolymer coarse aggregate, in this paper the manufacturing method and the properties of the geopolymer aggregate is investigated and compared with the natural coarse aggregate properties and the surface characteristics of the aggregate is studied with the help of SEM analysis
