 Abstract

An attempt was undertaken to evaluate the nutritional and sensory quality of the value added food products such as fish cutlet, fish sauce, fish finger and fish chutney powder prepared from Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta). The shelf life quality of the prepared fish products was also studied. From the nutritional analysis, the protein content of fish cutlet (121 mg) and fish chutney powder (120mg) was found to be higher than the other fish products analysed; the other products used for the analysis were fish finger (110mg) and fish sauce (80 mg) respectively. The higher content of carbohydrate was observed in fish cutlet (0.92 mg) similar as in protein content, followed by fish sauce (0.71 mg), fish finger (0.57mg) and the lowest content of carbohydrate was shown in fish chutney powder (0.43 mg). The lipid content showed a decreasing trend of having 80 mg for fish chutney powder, 40 mg for fish finger, 30 mg for fish sauce and the lowest lipid content of 20 mg was observed in fish cutlet. The ash content of fish cutlet and fish chutney powder was assessed as 40 % and in fish finger and fish sauce the recorded ash content was 30%. The analysis of moisture content showed slight variations. Higher content (60%) of moisture was seen in fish finger and fish sauce followed by fish chutney powder and fish cutlet having value 40%. The sensory evaluation of fish products provided excellent results in colour, flavour, taste, texture and overall acceptability. The ideal shelf life for storing the fish products was found as 10 days in refrigerated condition. Thus the nutritional and sensory analysis revealed that the value added food products are healthy for human consumption and R. kanagurta is suitable for the preparation of the value added products.

 Abstract

Allergic Rhinitis is due to an immediate hypersensitivity reaction to nasal mucosa. This is a disorder in which there are episodes of nasal congestion, watery nasal discharge and sneezing. Pratishyaya is one of the Urdvajathrugata vikara which is mostly caused by the influence of Dooshivisha. Vata and Kapha are said to be the predominant Doshas involved in the manifestation of this condition. In Ayurveda concept of allergy is scientifically explained under Asatmyaja Vyadhi while its effects are explained in hereditary, Viruddhahara, dushivisha & ritu sandhi. Many of the modern remedies in this regard are probably effective but on chronic usage cause dependence, side effects and poor performance in the prescribed dosage. Ayurveda can provide a suitable answer through Nasya Karma useful in the treatment of Pratishyaya. The treatment was aimed at pacifying aggravated Vata and Kapha Dosha by using herbo-mineral formulation. Significant improvement was noticed after one-month treatment. The result produced was encouraging enough not only on the assessment parameters, but also helped to gain resistance against allergens, repeated attacks and promoted immunity, physical and mental health of the patient.

 Abstract

Data Stream Management System usually have to process many long running queries that are active at the same time .Multi query can be evaluated more efficiency together than independently .Because it is often possible to share state and computation . By this observation , various multi query optimization (MQO) technique have been proposed, but having some limitations like they focus on very specialized workloads and integrating MQO technique for stream engine. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate a rule based MQO framework that incorporate a set of new abstractions , physical operators, extending their counterparts , transformation rule and stream processing system.

 Abstract

Conjunctivitis is the major atopic disease affecting the ocular surface. The COVID-19 virus can cause ocular complications including conjunctivitis, though not necessarily in the early stages of the disease. Patients with seasonal ocular allergy also suffer from inflammation of the conjunctiva and are confused during the current pandemic as some symptoms can be similar to conjunctivitis due to COVID 19. The concrete differences between these two types of conjunctivitis has been highlighted in the review. As clinicians are grappling with questions about ocular manifestations of the disease, protective measures to reduce transmission, introduction of telemedicine has become essential in current scenario. Herein, we would like to offer a state-of-the-art description on mechanism concerning the ocular allergy from the immunopharmacological standpoint. At this respect, the role of Treg cells in ocular allergy needs to be explored, mainly because of their potential use in new immunotherapeutical approaches. Therefore, we aim to update the existing knowledge on pathology of the ocular allergy for further deepening its implication in allergen-specific therapy.

 Abstract

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains the most common cause of cancer-related motility. Surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, treatments, and immunotherapy separate or in combination are commonly used to treat lung cancer. The heterogeneous nature of this disease hinders its diagnosis and treatment, requiring continuous advances in research aiming to understand its intricate nature. Furthermore, the development of novel immunotherapies based on the recently highlights the real possibility of definitively treating NSCLC different side effect, mechanism of drug and chemotherapy based regimens appear to have reached a therapeutic plateau. we review the research on using current chemotherapy drugs and natural compounds. we review the research on using current chemotherapy drugs and natural compounds (Wortmannin and Roscovitine, Cordyceps militaris, Resveratrol, OSU03013, Myricetin, Berberine, Antroquinonol) and the beneficial effects they have on various types of cancers including non-small cell lung cancer.

 Abstract

In cloud storage services, deduplication technology is essential to reduce the space and bandwidth requirements of services . It ensures that there is no redundant data and stored only one copy of data. Deduplication is useful when multiple users upload the same data to the cloud storage. At the same time, it leads to several issues relating to security and ownership. Commonly, Proof of Ownership schemes are used to prove the ownership of files. This paper proposes several deduplication schemes to eliminate the duplicate copies one of the challenges in deduplication is that it should consider the dynamic changes in the ownership of the data that occur frequently.

 Abstract

All the cultures of the world have musical theatre impulses imbibed in them. Rites and rituals or ceremonial observances are invariably supported with hymns. Along with the spoken words, music has been at the core of all theatrical expressions. Apart from endowing the recitation, singing and dance with instrumental and percussive accompaniment, it also underscores the theatrical action and emotional essence of the performance. In India too these sacramental rites, magical performances, ceremonial proceedings and festivals are believed to be the precursors of drama. The elements of music which are rhythm and melody have been defining and supplementing the emotion of all the theatrical performances. From the ritualistic to the classical theatricals and from the folk to the refined traditional dramas, music is essential to augment the aesthetic quality of all Indian theatrical genres. This paper briefly reviews the importance of verbal and non- verbal, musical compositions in enhancing the emotional and aesthetic effect of all Indian theatrical forms, especially drama on Indian audience. The music has been an inherent component of theatre, be it of the classical period, folk or traditional. However, the discussion does not include the modern play approach nurtured in the late 18th century CE after the arrival of the Proscenium stage.
