 Abstract

A human being is a positive asset and a precious national resource, which needs to be cherished, nurtured and developed with tenderness, and care, coupled with dynamism. Each individual's growth presents a different range of problems and possibilities at every. Education is a catalytic agent in this complex and dynamic growth process of the individual, community and the nation, which needs to be planned and executed with great sensitivity. The society and economy of Bihar is passing through a prolonged phase of transition, in which education can become an important factor of social transformation in desirable direction broadly outlined in the Indian constitution. Given its uniqueness, a nationally defined policy may not be the most appropriate for it, obviating the need of a separate policy largely, of course, in the national framework and properly manage the human resources in the education sector to improve quality of education.

 Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic or the novel Coronavirus the well disseminate eerie virus is nothing new so far before the world of 2020, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2), triggered outbreak first in Wuhan, China in December, 2019, later it sparked into other portion of the world. India is also not an exception - hitherto, many a life has lost, many blooming expectation has shadowed, many opportunities are lockdown, various Containment Zones are created, self-isolations are promoted, a stout appearance of socio-economic imbalances are visible, and mostly the vulnerability of the marginalized communities are manifested especially the displaced migrant population who generally remain in a curtain behind every development - suffers the worst form. The sudden Govt. proposed lockdown abruptly closes their worksites, snatches their last alternative of livelihood and shelter, and worst of it was the lack of transportation channels. Hence, thousands of them compelled to back home by walking; they crossed several thousand kilometers with starvation, exhaustion and due to this many died on the road, many suffer police brutality, many faced denial of medical care and that is not an end of their misery. The unrecognized strength of the democracy still deprived from their allotted rations, basic amenities, and last means of survival allowances in absence of systemized registration. That is the significance of this present study and this study also highlight the Government and employers positive step to combat with it.

 Abstract

Nowadays more cementitious waste material are produced by many industries like iron industries (GGBS), paper industries (paper ash) etc, But the cement production from the industries affects the environment to reduce CO2 emission and greenhouse effects through the greater use of substitute for Cement. The use of supplementary cementitious materials as partial replacements for the cement in concrete will play a significant role with respect to the environmental control global temperature reduction. The development of geopolymer concrete (GPC), processing of geopolymer using GGBS in combination with sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate solutions, offers a promising alternative to ordinary portland cement concrete. This study compares the differing the molarities of alkaline solutions which are 8M,10M,12M,14M and 16M and comparing the strengths of the above molarity and conducting the compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength properties of GGBS based geopolymer concrete by conducting the test.

 Abstract

Let us imagine a situation where we need to act against our wishes. Where although the victims of our actions are dear to us, we still need to act in order to restore order in our environment. Let us consider a situation where we know that we have to act in a particular manner, but, still we cant because we are afraid of the fact that if we do act in that way, it is going to jeopardize our own existence within that social system. When we think that whatever is happening is an injustice to us. When we believe that, It is I who is doing. I am the actual doer. When, we simply cant align ourselves with the fact that whatever is happening, has happened and will happen is nothing but a repurcussive outcome of what we are doing, had done and will be doing or are doing, respectively. In such a situation, we often ask a question. We are tormented by those two extremely dangerous and life eating words. What if? It is these two words that are the main cause of the Geeta which has been considered as the Holy Book for the religion of Hinduism. It is because Arjun had uttered what if, that Shree Krishna had sung this knowledge dripping Geeta in order to quench the spiritual thirsts of the generations to come. Through this article, we will try to understand the main philosophy behind this evergreen text and also, with the help of some personal examples, see how much it is applicable.

 Abstract

The present study about the critical analysis of rural development interventions has revealed various factors which are required to be modified and changed for achievement of its objectives for inclusive growth of the region. Rural development interventions create a healthy ground for the upliftment of the rural people by yielding various employment opportunities and infrastructure facilities. Although the role of these organizations are highly pro-people but the extent of benefits to the beneficiaries are not as effective as it is required. It requires a strict monitoring of the programmes implementation by the rural development interventions. The Employment opportunities provided by rural development programmes and schemes are helpful to alleviate the poverty but the sustainability of this employment through skill development should be ensured through management of these rural development organizations. Therefore, a strict plan for execution and monitoring of the programmes initiated by these organizations is required so as to benefit the rural people from top to lower level management to disperse a smooth inter and intra communication among the employees and beneficiaries.

 Abstract

A green house and field experiments were carried out to study alpha nano spin exposure on the yield and yield components of 10 cowpea seed varieties treated at 0 min, 20 min, 40 min, and 60 min time exposure respectively. Nine (9) of these varieties were obtained from Institution of Agriculture Research (IAR), Zaria and one local variety from Nasarawa Agricultural Development Programmed (NADP), Lafia which served as the control. The experiments were conducted at the Botanical Garden, Federal University Lafia and Green house, College of Agriculture, Lafia. The trials were established using randomized complete block design with three replications. Analysis of variance for varieties, environments and varieties-by-environments interaction showed significant difference (P<0.05) for mean number of days to 50% flowering, mean number of days to 50% podding, mean pod length, mean number of seeds per pod, 100 seeds weight and mean grain yield kg/ha. Interactive effects of varieties and environments on alpha nano exposure revealed that Sampea 17 and Sampea 10 had lower number of days to flowering (33.08 and 33.83 days) respectively as compared to the control lafia (54.75 days) while sampea 11 and sampea 8 had the highest number of days (62.58 and 55.33 days) respectively. Number of days to podding were lower for sampea 10 and sampea 17 (47.7 and 49.4 days) respectively which were significant different (P<0.05) from that of the control variety Lafia (61.3days). Also, sampea 10 and sampea11 had more 100 seeds weight (17.44 g and 17.27g) than the control Lafia (16.03) and sampea 7 (15.44) and Sampea 5 (16.03) which recorded lower weights. The interaction between treatments and environments were also significant at (P<0.05) but no significant difference (P>0.05) for the interaction between varieties and treatments. The results demonstrate the potentials of improving cowpea grain yield and quality using alpha nano spin exposure. Samples performed differently in the different location which shows the importance of location in genotype x environment interaction effects.

 Abstract

The north-eastern part of India, Assam is the abode of various ethnic tribes with diverse colourful cultures. Since the pre-historic times various ethnic tribes have came to Assam to become permanent dwellers. People came in different times but they live here very peacefully and these ethnic tribes have so integrated themselves into the Assamese society and culture that it is often difficult to tell one from another. The Mataks are a specimen case who live in Assam long before the Tai Ahoms. After their assimilation into the greater Assamese nation and its culture, have almost lost their ethnic tribal identity, their language etc.. First, they have become mingled with the Tai Ahoms from the thirteenth century and then, in the Seventeenth century they embraced the Mayamoria religion preached by Sri Aniruddhadeva. Consequently, the post seventeenth century annals and history books contain confusing and misleading information in the context of the historical identify of the Matak ethnic tribe - which may be summed up as the Mataks are none other than the Mayamoras, and so on. Befor assimilation Mataks had their own language identity. But now all the Matak people talk in Assamese as their mother tong. Trough this paper want to discuss the speaking language of Matak tribe and they are an ethnic tribe of Tai Mongolian origin, and not a religious community as held usually.

 Abstract

The automobile industry has put a lot of effort and innovative work over recent years which has made the automobile industry one of the most exciting engineering disciplines. Self-driving Vehicles are constantly a piece of Sci-fi films and are considered as the eventual fate of the automobile industry. Path-keeping, adaptive cruise control, and automatic braking are the semi-autonomous functions introduced in the market for modern vehicles. The aim of this project is to design and simulate autonomous ground vehicle which is able to move autonomously while detecting and avoiding obstacles with the help of deep learning. Autonomous vehicle development and machine learning both are using deep learning as the most important frontier. This idea can be extended to a wide array of applications such as transportation in malls, hotels or schools. The training is conducted using the CARLA(Car Learning to Act) simulator annually and it achieves good results on recognizing lane lines on road and traffic signs. The goal of the work is to prepare a convolutional neural network for control directions via delineating pixels from a single front-facing camera which is looking straightforwardly. This approach is demonstrated in many autonomous vehicles. The framework explains here how the system learns and what are the different decisions it takes while driving on highways, in heavy traffic on nearby roads, and also on roads with or without lane markings with less training data collected from peoples. It also gives good results in areas with an unclear visual condition, such as in parking areas, and on unpaved streets.

 Abstract

The hydatidosis is due to the accidental development of Echinococcus granulosus larvae in humans. It is a public health problem in endemic countries such as Maghreb countries, with a preferential localization in the liver and lungs. The cardiac localization represents 0,5 to 2 % of all the hydatic localizations and remains polymorphic and potentially fatal . We present the case of a 42 year old man, living in the rural environment, who underwent two surgical operations for left than right pulmonary hydatidosis, than was reoperated for a left pulmonary relapse. The patient was admitted with a chest pain associated with an exertional dyspnea evolving for about 6 months . The complete blood count, the serological hydatic results, and the analysis of the liquid of bronchoaspiration were negative. Nevertheless, the chest X-ray showed a deformation of the cardiac silhouette and a cardiomegaly. The thoracic angioscanner revealed a left ventricular hydatic cyst sitting at its anterior wall between the anterior interventricular artery and the circumflex artery. There was a second hydatic cyst located at the thymic lodge measuring about 10 cm of major axis. The echocardiography showed the presence of a cardiac mass in the lateral wall of the left ventricle, confirmed by the MRI, which revealed: two hydatid cysts: the first one was intramyocardial, and the second one was located at the thymic lodge. The coroscanner showed a close contact of the cyst with the anterior interventricular artery. The patient had a pericystectomy of the hydatid cyst of the thymic lodge and resection of the anterior wall of the left ventricular cyst with a reconstruction of the left ventricular anterior wall using a double patch in Bovine pericardium and Dacron under extra-corporeal circulation. The postoperative management was simple. Through this rare case, we remind the possibility of a cardiac localization of the hydatid cyst, and the therapeutic difficulties as it relates to its intra-myocardial development.
