Polycystic ovaries is one of the leading gynaecological problems. It can lead to infertility if neglected. It involves multiple systems disturbances. Hormonal imbalance is the major endocrinal disturbance behind it. This single case report is an effort to show that Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment offers safe , genuine , effective , fast treatment option to treat polycystic ovaries. This is a case of a 31 years old female patient suffering with hypomenorrhoea, polycystic ovaries & associated metabolic disturbances like obesity. Weight of the patient was 80 kg with Body mass index ( BMI ) 32.05. Patient was treated with ayurvedic bodypurification treatment i.e. shodhanchikitsa (Panchakarma). First purification treatment for kaphadosha i.e. .vamana done , followed by bastikarma for vata balance after one month. Changes in cyclicity of menses & development of follicle were observed prominently after panchakarma treatment. Positive changes in follicle maturation & signs of ovulation, endometrial thickness were noted clinically & sonographically. After 1 year patient conceived at the age of 32 years & given birth to healthy child. The establishment of normal menstrual cycle with regular menstrual discharge after the panchakarma procedures was observed. No significant side effects of the treatment noticed. Use of harmful chemical drugs, hormones & surgical interventions may be avoided by using such type of shodhana treatments. This a cost effective, non invasive treatment option with associated health benefits.

Women must actively challenge cultural and social norms in order to empower themselves and effectively advance their well-being. This study examines women's empowerment through self-help groups in Krishna District. The participation of women in self-help groups (SHGs) has a substantial impact on their empowerment both in social and economic dimensions. One of the most significant aspects influencing the societal economic development is entrepreneurship. It has been believed that entrepreneurs play a key role in launching and sustaining socioeconomic progress. The idea of women entrepreneurs is relatively new in India. Women have entered a variety of commercial professions and are more aware of their rights and circumstances. They have built successful corporate empires of their own. As women's literacy rates rise in India, the proportion of women in the workforce is rising as well. In various Indian regions, the idea of self-help groups (SHGs) has shown to be beneficial for rural women. Their social standing has increased along with their income. The primary focus of this essay is on the contribution that SHGs provide to rural women's economic empowerment. The study's conclusion demonstrates that the SHG members' economic situation is positively impacted by the SHG activities.

Data is one of the most valuable assets for modern small and big size commercial firms, and this is crucial for the growth and development of each individual. As we are all aware, there are several attackers that attempt to develop assaults on the growing amount of data by introducing certain qualities. One of the many assaults is the SQL injection attack, which is listed as the top network risk by the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). In this research, we attempt to develop a dynamic tainting-based SQL injection detection system that can effectively identify intrusion attempts to launch SQL assaults against the dataset and attempt to contrast it with several established detection techniques. This suggested approach attempts to detect the kind of query by first taking a sample dataset as input and then producing SQL queries from that test dataset.

BACKGROUND: Low Back Pain refers to a syndrome of pain and discomfort in the lower back, lumbosacral portion and hip. Chronic Non- Specific Low Back Pain (CNSLBP) refers to pain or discomfort that continuously persists for more than 12 weeks, which is accompanied or not by relevant low back pain symptoms in middle aged and elderly people over 40 years old. The incidence rate of CNSLBP accounts for over 85% LBP, which severely affects the quality of life and working and labor abilities of these patients. Sling Exercise Therapy (SET) is a rehabilitation method that enhances core muscles and improves balance and control ability of body under an unstable state. Lumbar Oblique Pulling Manipulation (LOPM) includes relaxation and pulling technique. Standard Physiotherapy Protocol (SPP) includes heat, massage and active isotonic and isometric strengthening exercises of abdominals and back muscles. AIM: To study the effectiveness of LOPM with SET v /s SPP in CNSLBP. METHODOLOGY: Population aged between 20-40 years both male and female having LBP and discomfort sine 10-12 weeks were included in this study. The duration for study was 4 weeks. PRE and POST data for Oswestry Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale was calculated and analyzed. OUTCOME MEASURE: ODI and VAS RESULTS : Paired t test was used to analyze pre and post differences within the group and p value mean and mean of differences were calculated. The pre treatment mean for group A is 39.33 and post mean for group B is 20.80of ODI.The pre treatment mean for group B is 29.20 and post treatment mean for group B is 18.93 of ODI.The pre treatment mean for group A is 5.693 and post Rx mean for group A is 3.40 of VAS.The pre treatment mean for group B is 6.073 and post treatment mean for group B is 4.767 of VAS.The study was extremely significant as the p value was less than 0.00001. As machine learning technology advances quickly, more and more people pay attention to regression problems, which aid in extracting the pattern from vast amounts of data in order to produce a prediction impact. People now heavily rely on data prediction in their daily lives. The technique is currently widely employed in a variety of industries, including forecasting the weather, diagnosing illnesses, and the financial markets. As a result, one of the most active areas of research in the field of machine learning in recent years has been the study of machine learning algorithms in regression situations. This research mainly uses three popular machine learning algorithms: neural network, extreme learning machine, and support vector machine in order to more thoroughly explore the application effect of machine learning method in regression issue. Next, by contrasting the results of the benefits and drawbacks of each machine learning technique are examined by applying the single model and integrated model of these algorithms to regression situations. Here, we may choose any assignment that has to do with health, the weather, or an illness and compare it to the other difficulties to see which would provide the most accuracy.

Power system stability has become a great concern with the increased power flows across the transmission system. Battery energy storage system (BESS) has widely been used and long been acknowledged that it can significantly contribute in stable power system operation and control. This paper investigates a large-scale power system transient stability improvement by incorporating a large size BESS. Faults have been applied to find the maximum active power transfer limit across the transmission line. The control of BESS is so designed that battery charging/discharging is based on the nominal system frequency as a reference. In addition, faults on the DC side of BESS are also studied to determine their impact on the connected AC system stability. A PI-lead and lead-lag controlled BESS is proposed for multi machine power system to provide simultaneous voltage and frequency regulation within the defined battery state-of-charge ranges and an equivalent Finnish transmission grid is used to evaluate the system performance. According to Australian National Electricity Market grid requirements, the performances of the proposed control schemes are compared with conventional PI controlled BESS and STATCOM under multiple temporary and permanent fault conditions. In addition, two adjacent disturbance events are also applied to evaluate system performance with BESS and STATCOM. Through simulation results, it is shown that when there is a 44% increase in power export and the STATCOM fails, incorporating BESS improves the performance and justifies the novelty of this study. Moreover, the proposed leadlag controlled BESS manifests better transient performance than BESS with PI-lead and traditional PI controller, in the event of divergent temporary and permanent faults.

Deck replacement in prestressed girder bridges requires special attention because the deck forms an integral part of the load-resisting mechanism. Prestressed concrete bridge analysis is completely dependent on the standards and design criteria. Herein the study to check whether it is possible to replace the damaged deck of prestressed concrete girder bridges that maintain the superstructure span without the need of falsework. It is important to know the practical options for lane closure and traffic rerouting were incorporated into the replacement strategies, and these options included temporal longitudinal and transverse replacements. For that case study, an existing Indian bridge is considered. An analysis was carried out using STAAD.Pro V8i to find the mechanical properties similar to that existing girder and loading parameters of the bridge using IS codes.
