 Abstract

In modern times floating columns are typical building feature in multistorey buildings. Floating columns are used to fulfill various aesthetic and functional requirements. This study has been undertaken to investigate the Comparative analysis between the buildings with and without floating columns and to check whether any need of use of lateral load resisting system using two different lateral load resisting systems i.e., Shear wall and X-Bracings. To analyze the models Staad.Pro V8i software is used. For performing the seismic analysis Equivalent Static Analysis method is considered. The study is made with four different cases classified on the basis of system provided. To compare the results, different structural parameters like story drift, story displacements, base shear force, base moments etc. are taken under consideration.

The IR spectral studies of this compound have been discussed. The thermal study of complex compound has been calculated. The electronic study in nujol phase has been calculated.

 Abstract

Flaxseed or linseed has been used as food and medicine in many countries. It comes from the flax plant which grows into grass as an annual. It was used in various forms such as flour, oil and seeds. Flaxseed oil is considered healthy because It have many bioactive compounds in flaxseed. It helps to reduce body weight and good for hair health as it is a good source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid,Proteins, fiber, and lignans specifically secolaricercinol diglucosides (ODS). ALA is good for baby's brain development and lowers blood lipids and heart disease.The effect of giving flaxseed powder on initially the mean of weight, hip ratio and BMI were found to be 59.47 kg,38.75cm and 24.93 which were decreased of 0.85 kg ,0.75and 0.31after one month taking it. . Statistical test shows that the mean weight, mean hip ratio and BMI were found significantly decreased after one month.The effect of giving flaxseed powder on initially the mean of weight, hip ratio and BMI were 59.47,38.75 and 24.93 which were decreased of 1.93 , 1.42and 0.77 after two months. Statistical test shows that the mean weight was found to be significantly decreased after two months. Thus, the giving flaxseed will affect the weight after two months of the respondents

 Abstract

Clerodendrum serratum Linn. belonging to family Verbenaceae, is widely distributed in geographical and climatical zone of the earth immediately north and south of the tropics. Ethno-medicinal importance of the plant has been reported in various indigenous alternative systems of medicine like Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani for the treatment of various diseases such as syphilis, typhoid, cancer, jaundice and hypertension. The study of the plant Clerodendrum serratum focussed on the botany, phytochemistry, ethnomedicinal and pharmacological activities of the plant. The chemical constituents such as carbohydrates, flavonoids, phenolics, steroids, and terpenes is present. The plant is to be useful as anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-allergic, hepato-protective, anti-diarrheal, anti-microbial and anthelmintic properties.

 Abstract

Abstract The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), which was approved by the Union Cabinet of India on 29 July 2020, outlines the vision of India's new education system.[1] The new policy replaces the previous National Policy on Education, 1986. The policy is a comprehensive framework for elementary education to higher education as well as vocational training in both rural and urban India. The policy aims to transform India's education system by 2040. Shortly after the release of the policy, the government clarified that no one will be forced to study any particular language and that the medium of instruction will not be shifted from English to any regional language. The language policy in NEP is a broad guideline and advisory in nature; and it is up to the states, institutions, and schools to decide on the implementation. Education in India is a Concurrent List subject.

 Abstract

Racism in America is not new and the black people of America have been facing racism since its foundation. When a particular group of people is marginalized on the basis of colour, race, origin, nationality that is racism. It is an unfair practice because it promotes the ideologies of discrimination and differences between people on the basis of concepts such as caste and race. Most of the black Africans migrated to America either by themselves or were taken as slaves and they were treated as second class citizens since then. They were reminded that this is the country of white people and they are there just to serve them as their slaves. Though the black Americans have contributed a lot for the prosperity of this country but they are still being judged not by their talent but by the colour of their skin. This research paper is aimed to show the plight of black people living in the 21st century America.

 Abstract

As the founder of Indian Constitution, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar has contributed a lot for the successful conduction of elections in the country through the constitutional body of Election Commission. Ambedkar advocated the independence of the Election Commission from the executive in its working for the conduction of elections in a free and fair manner once for every five years. He made the Election Commissioners independent of the executive in discharging their duties at the time of elections. As far as removal of the election commissioners are concerned Ambedkar recommended the same manner as the judges of the High courts and Supreme court. The removal process should be initiated only after the recommendation of the Chief Election Commissioner. The first general elections were conducted in the country in the years 1951-52 and the representative democracy got established in the country and put an end to hereditary rule in the country which was followed for centuries in the country.
