 Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) is the collection of methods relating to creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization. It refers to a multidisciplinary approach to achieve organizational objectives by making best use of knowledge. An established discipline since 1991, KM includes courses taught in the field of business administration, library, and information science. Other fields may contribute to KM research, including information and media, computer science, public health and public policy. Transformative challenges in knowledge management is the process of changing way we think about knowledge and how it is managed. This can be done by changing the way we collect, store, organize, and use knowledge. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 provides a new perspective on reframing in knowledge management. The NEP 2020 emphasizes the importance of knowledge as a public good. It states that "Knowledge is the most important resource for economic growth and social development". The NEP 2020 also recognizes that knowledge is constantly changing and that we need to be able to adapt to these changes. The recommendations include Creating knowledge commons, promoting open innovation, using technology to support knowledge management.

 Abstract

Abstract Along with their role as crucial signal molecules in physiological processes, reactive oxygen species (ROS) can contribute to pathological processes that have an impact on the female reproductive system. Oxidative stress is implicated in the pathoysiology of infertility and assisted reproduction, according to numerous research. Its involvement in endometriosis, tubal and peritoneal factor infertility, as well as unexplained infertility, is partially demonstrated. Synthetic hormones and hormonal medications that are frequently prescribed have been shown to disturb the endocrine system and may negatively impact metabolic, neurological, developmental, and reproductive processes. Ashoka is widely used for the treatment and management of a variety of menstrual anomalies, skin conditions, easing liver issues, managing cough and cold, sore throat, treating respiratory diseases, promoting digestion, healing ulcers and wounds, and many other conditions due to the presence of essential bio-active components and the host of medicinal properties.is well-known for being helpful for a range of reproductive health issues of women, including issues with the menstrual cycle. In future, there is a need for more study to characterize the biological activity of numerous metabolites present in various Ashoka extracts.

 Abstract

The Godrej company which has become a household name was founded by Ardeshir Godrej. This article deals with the philanthropic contributions he did for the society. It will also discuss as to why he established his business and his concept of India being a self sufficient country. With that, he started his business at times when one could not even think of making locks and making security stronger. This article shows how how he helped the Parsi community by giving them employment. He has transformed the landscape of Bombay city by making a lasting impact on Bombay and India as a whole.

The present thesis investigates performance of concrete during sulphate attack, its effect on the durability & mechanical properties. Sulphate attack is a typical form of deterioration observed in concrete structures exposed to environments containing high concentrations of sulphate ions, such as soil, groundwater, and industrial waste. This research aims to contribute to the understanding of how sulphate attack affects the performance and longevity of concrete.

 Abstract

War, an enemy of progress, outwardly results the total devastation of the structure of human lives and properties. In general, the impact of war is wide spread and long-lasting. Men involved in war besides the citizens suffer a great deal. In case of women and children one can envisage many discernable atrocities. The effects of war include physical and psychological scars on children, on women, and a decrease in population. Other consequences other than death are disability, malnutrition, damage or loss of infrastructure amenities, economic decline, mental illness, and mistrust among dissenting citizens. People's lives and every day activities are at stake. This paper highlights the impact of war and its consequences on the lives of Naga People in the select works of Easterine Kire. The present paper particularly centres around the brutalities of the war and post war situations as well as struggles of Naga men, women and children.

 Abstract

In this study present the results of an analytical aimed to develop and study the axial load bearing performance of damaged columns using cast-in-situ (HCP) Hybrid Composite Panels. The effectiveness of prefabricated hybrid Composite plates (HCPs) as a seismic retrofitting solution for damaged interior RC beam- column joints is analytically studied. HCP is composed of a thin plate made of strain hardening cementation composite (SHCC) reinforced with CFRP sheets/laminates. Two full-scale severely damaged interior beam-column joints are retrofitted using two different configuration of HCPs. The effectiveness of these retrofitting solutions mainly in terms of hysteretic response, dissipated energy. Degradation of secant stiffness, displacement ductility and failure modes are compared to Their virgin states. According to these criteria, both solutions resulted in superior responses regarding the Ones registered in their virgin states. To study the axial load bearing performance of reinforced column under various deficiencies - 20%,40%, 60%... parameters taken for study are different deficiencies of the columns, number of layers and number of bolts and their pattern output research like ultimate axial load, ultimate deflection, load vs deflection comparison, Percentage of strength are studied.

 Abstract

Economics is guided by statistical tools and other variables, which ultimately means that the macro sphere depends on data. Given the data one is not only interested in forecasting but also rely on nowcasting. Thus there is a need to access quality data. Economic decisions are handicapped on the count of 'reliability of data' and the nature of dynamism in the economy. Thus even the recent decision of the Central Bank to move to Centralised Information Management System (CIMS) is to actively depend on quality data which helps in effective forecasting. The paper makes an attempt to lay thrust on quality data which can enhance nowcasting.
