Abstract This study purposes use of low density polyethylene (LDPE). Plastic waste is one such resource, a major component of solid waste which is abundantly available and disposed of without proper treatment. There has been an exponential growth in municipal plastic waste disposal especially in urban areas which deteriorates the beauty of the landscape. Plastic was found to be an effective binder for bitumen mixes used in flexible pavements. In this study Plastic coated aggregate is mixed with different percentage of bitumen and marshal stability test is performed. The study reveals that the stability and flow value of bituminous concrete in road increases with use of plastic coated aggregate. Plastic roads would be a boon for Indias hot and extremely humid climate, where temperatures frequently cross 50C and torrential rains create havoc, leaving most of the roads with big potholes.

Corona virus pandemic has swept a major section of the world population. In terms of infectivity its higher than any pandemic in the recent past. Corona virus, a member of the family Coronaviridae, spread from bat to human through an intermediate host pangolin. It has lower mortality rate than the previous pandemics in last 100 years such as Spanish Flu(1918-20),Asian Flu (1957-58), SARS Corona virus (SARS-Cov) (2003), H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic(2009-10), Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) (2012), West African Ebola (2014-16) etc. Research shows Covid spike attaches ACE2 receptor; it leads to a release of cytokine into the blood capillaries near the alveoli and may ultimately turn into pneumonia. The alveoli get collapsed leading ARDF. The pulmonary inflammation proceeds to systemic inflammation that causes multiple organ failure. Drug like Chloroquine, Lopinavir/ritonavir, and Remdesivir may halt the spread of the virus in the body. Antipyretic is prescribed to reduce the temperature. This article comprises of detail mechanism of the dreadful disease along with its diagnosis and proposed treatment. This exploratory study mainly designed to generate awareness and provide information to the individuals who want to know the A to Z of Covid in nutshell. This article may create a pathway to number of upcoming scientific researches and may attract them to work on this field to enhance the probability of inventing appropriate vaccine and medicine to fight against this contagious disease and to win the battle against this Global Pandemic.

Acute myeloid leukemia is a malignancy of proliferative, abnormally, or poorly differentiated cells of the hematopoietic system, characterized by genetic heterogeneity. FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3- internal tandem duplication remains one of the most frequently mutated genes in acute myeloid leukemia, especially in those with normal cytogenetics. The FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3- internal tandem duplication and FLT3 tyrosine kinase domain mutations are biomarkers for high-risk acute myeloid leukemia and are associated with drug resistance and high risk of relapse. Various FLT3 inhibitors are in clinical development, including lestaurtinib, tandutinib, quizartinib, midostaurin, gilteritinib, and crenolanib. Gilteritinib is a small molecule that inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases that also act as FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3. Gilteritinib, a next-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is approved in several countries worldwide for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia in adults with FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 mutations. Gilteritinib demonstrated the ability to inhibit FLT3 receptor signaling and production in cells exogenously expressing FLT3 including FLT3 internal tandem duplication and tyrosine kinase domain mutations FLT3-D835Y and FLT3-ITD-D835Y, and it induced apoptosis in leukemic cells possessing FLT3 internal tandem duplication. In conclusion, gilteritinib therapy led to higher percentages of patients with the response and longer survival than salvage chemotherapy among patients with relapsed or refractory FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia.

The Climate diplomacy is an important arena where strength of India was felt and the policy steps taken by India ensured that its image becomes strong and its voice is heard. Using environment diplomacy to find a win-win solution to the problem of climate change whereby the challenges of climate crisis can be met even while maintaining Indias growth momentum has been an important component of the diplomacy of the UPA Government of India. Among the various initiatives taken during 2004-14, India held a major role at global, regional and bilateral diplomatic negotiations, which also established Indias position for strong environment policies. This hypothesis can be verified by the efforts taken by India at the Cancun Summit in 2010, SAARC summit on Climate Change in Thimphu in 2010 and negotiations with Bangladesh on Sunderbans delta during the period. From 2010, SAARC nations also ensured to have a combined statement at UNFCCC, which helped in enhancing regional diplomatic structure and Indias opinion in multilateral forums. The initiatives taken during the period were so strong and necessary that they are still the bedrock for the policies of the present government. For example, the Paris(2015) commitments and the linked nationally determined contributions follow the templates of the commitments that were negotiated earlier. The regional forum also evolved during the period and the focus shifted to the necessities of the vulnerable SAARC countries as they could voice out their strong voices together since 2010. Adaptation became the most important issue in the discussion which was later culminated into commitment goals. A grouping helped South Asia to collectively bargain for more favourable deals. This diplomatic smoothness had not been garnered without strong measures at domestic policymaking like setting up of National Green Tribunal, formulation of India Climate Assessment Report, Indo-Bangladesh Sundarbans Eco-System Forum and National Action Plan on Climate Change. The national measures combined with bilateral, regional and global level environmental diplomacy by the UPA Government enabled India to persuade its interlocutors to appreciate Indias need for maintaining a robust economic growth to alleviate poverty even while putting into place measures to address the challenges of climate change.

The study has been undertaken to analyze the retellings of ancient Hindu mythological stories through 21st-century Hindi cinema & literature. It is because of this mutual influence that we observe the introduction of progressive topics, modern representation of Hindu mythological characters and revisits to these stories with a feminist lens. The research paper analyzes the correlation between ancient Hindu mythology, modern Indian literature and 21st century Hindi cinema.

Mauritius is a multicultural, multilingual, and multi-ethnic country, based on a mixture of different types of population. In the present condition, people of Indian origin predominantly reside there. As per the World Factbook 2020, the population of Mauritius is 1379365, scattered in many ethnic groups like Indo-Mauritian, Creole, Sino-Mauritian, and Franco-Mauritian. Indian indentured labourers (migrants) carried their socio-cultural values and traditions in Mauritius. Indians from various regions use languages in Mauritius, such as Bhojpuri, Hindi, Gujarati, Kutchi, Mandarin, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu in connection to their ethnicity and religion. Thus, the mainstream still collaborates their historical and cultural identity with their language. Hence, the history of Mauritius is mainly affected by the Indian indentured labourers in several ways. During the indentured migration, the Indians carried their Indian identity with them. However, as per Indian Hindu tradition, the person who crosses the sea will lose their identity. Nevertheless, indentured labourers started to preserve their Indian identity. During the indentured period, people having different culture and social status were living together in one village and working together in sugar cane fields. Therefore, it can be said that there were no cultural or social boundaries the existed among them. At present, Indian culture is the dominant culture in Mauritius. There are the majority of Indian origin people, thats why Indian people called to Mauritius as Chhota Bharat. This paper discusses the importance of Indian culture in Mauritius. Indian people migrated to Mauritius during the colonial period. How did they preserve Indian culture there? What was the situation of Indian languages in Mauritius? It also discusses the Indian food and festivals in Mauritius. Many Indian festivals are celebrated in Mauritius.

The study has been endeavored to unveil the nexus among national savings (NS), gross domestic product(GDP) and foreign exchange reserve (FER) in context of Bangladesh by using yearly data from 1990 to 2018 trough pragmatic analysis by using autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach. The study revealed that the variables have long run (LR) associationship though the convergence to equilibrium from LR to short run (SR) 11percent every year. CUSUM and CUSUM square test signified that the coefficient of the estimators of the model are stable. The model is normally distributed and also free from heteroscedasticity, serial correlation. Compared to other variables GDP has most significant impact on savings both LR and SR while FER has the weak impact on savings. It gives the impression that the policy makers and govt. should assign rules and policies that will accelerate the savings to increase the real GDP.
