New forecasting models must be created, and rigid budgets must be replaced with flexible ones, due to the dynamic nature of the business environment and the shorter product life cycle. So, any organisation should consider analysing cost variances from projected costs. Based on the examination of spending patterns, flexible budgeting entails establishing budgeted expenditure levels for various activity levels in order to track activity. The need of flexible budgeting for expenses is emphasised in this study.

Liposome is a micro particulate colloidal vesicle, in which aqueous medium is surrounded by single or multiple concentric layers of phospholipids. Both hydrophilic & hydrophobic drug can be incorporated, water soluble drug being trapped in aqueous core and fat soluble drug in phospholipids. It offers controlled release, targeted drug delivery thus enhanced therapeutic efficacy and reduced dosing frequency. Several liposomes based drug formulation are approved for clinical use and many are under extensive investigation. Therapeutically, these are used as carrier for drugs, viruses, bacteria, antigen, peptides (antibiotic), vaccines, genes and diagnostic agents. This review discusses about the method of production and extensive therapeutic potential of liposomes as carriers for targeted and controlled delivery.

In this study modelling and analysis of Concrete filled double skin steel tube column is presented. CFDST consists of two steel layers embedding a concrete layer in between. CFDST have many advantages such as high strength, high bending stiffness, good seismic and fire performance. But the columns were proven to have certain shortcomings such as ageing of structures, corrosion of steel tubes. Therefore, the implementation of strengthening techniques with the new material is essential to eliminate this problem. In order to strengthen the CFDST column FRP wrapping is introduced in this study. The study and comparison of confinement effect under eccentric loading on varying different parameters of FRP was carried out. CFDST columns wrapped with FRP are modelled and analyzed using Finite element software ANSYS Workbench16.1.From the analysis results it is found that the load capacity can be increased with the introduction of FRP confinement.

Rapid industrialization and urbanization has led to the over-exploitation and loss of valuable neutral resources, including medicinally important herbaceous plants. Medicinal plants are in important source of compound for the pharmaceutical industry. They are many species of medicinal plant which are rare, endangered or threatened with extinction. Citrullus colocynthis is widely distributed in the desert regions of the world. C. colocynthis has shown to improve constipation, liver diseases, jaundice, typhoid fever, diabetes and asthma in traditional use. As a kind of exterritorialy medicinal material, C. colocynthis has been used in China and introduced successfully. His paper reviews the traditional application, chemical composition and pharmacological effects of C. colocynthis, and provides reference for the in-depth study for the efficacy and mechanism of different components of C. colocynthis.

शशक्षा का सार्वभौशिक उद्देश्य है नैशिकिा का शर्कास । प्राचीन र् िध्ययुगीन भारि िें धिव, सांस्कृ शि र् शशक्षा परस्पर एक-दू सरे के पयावय रहे हैं। अिः इस सार्वभौशिक उद्देश्य की प्राप्ति होिी रही । प्राचीन भारि िेंशशक्षा द्वारा इस बाि पर बल शदया गया शक धिव का िात्पयव किवव्य या आचरण से है । अिः धिव प्रधान शशक्षा से व्यप्तियोां िेंसहज त्यागर्ृशि उत्पन्न होिी थी, जो नैशिकिा का सबल आधार था । प्रत्येक सिाज के कु छ शनयि िथा आदशव होिे हैं, शजनका पालन करना सिाज के प्रत्येक व्यप्ति के शलए आर्श्यक िाना जािा है। ये शनयि िथा आदशव ही नैशिक िूल्य कहलािे हैं। नैशिक िूल्य व्यप्ति के जीर्न के प्रत्येक पक्ष को प्रभाशर्ि करिा है। इनिें से एक िहत्वपूणव पक्ष है सृजनात्मकिा, प्रस्तुि शोध िें बी.एड. िहाशर्द्यालयोां के छात्राध्यापकोां के नैशिक िूल्योां का सृजनात्मकिा पर प्रभार् का अध्ययन शकया गया है। क्ोांशक छात्राध्यापक राष्ट्र शनिाविा है िथा नैशिकिा सिय काल र् पररप्तथथशि की आदशव उपज होिी है शजसका पालन सिाज करिा है। शशक्षा सिाज की आईना होिी है शजसिें प्रत्येक सृजनशील शर्चार र्ाले व्यप्ति अपनी प्तथथशि को ज्ञाि कर सकिा है िथा उत्कृ ष्ट् राष्ट्र का पोषक बन सकिा है।

The Structure design and analysis is a systematic process in order to predict the responses of real structure under the action of load combination. The design criteria for Single cell RCC Box Vehicular under pass currently used are primarily empirical in nature. In order to have a better understanding of the field behavior of RCC box type vehicular under pass (VUP).Reinforced concrete box VUP consists of top slab, bottom slab and two vertical side walls built monolithically which form a closed hollow rectangular or square single cell or multiple cells. Culverts are required to be used under earth embankment to construct and pass roads. In this study, RCC Box type structure represents in the analyses by a series of beam elements connected at common nodes. The present work reflects on the analysis and design of bridges which are the main source of human life which helps to travel from place to place. The modeling and analysis of single cell VUP is carried out by using the software Staad-pro software. The Single cell VUP we designed is box Culvert Bridge. The design loads are considered as per IRC 6. Box structure VUP is designed by using Staad-pro and results are compared manually with excel calculation and staad.pro design report.
