Heart defects are increasingly diagnosed nowadays. There is a variety of heart diseases, each with its own causes, symptoms, and treatments, including congenital heart diseases such as atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD). The next-generation closure device for interventional treatment of congenital heart disease is considered to be bioresorbable. Bioresorbable occluders are indeed becoming more significant in percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs) due to their unique advantages. The numerous benefits of this type of occluder make it of interest for commercialization. This study focuses on the in-vitro assessment of a bioresorbable occluder for atrial septal defects (ASDs). The study spanned two years and was conducted under real-time in-vitro degradation conditions. The degradation process included the use of phosphate buffer as an in-vitro degradation solution due to its specific characteristics. The entire in-vitro process was observed, from the sterilization of the phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) to the deployment of the occluder, until the occluder completely dissolved into the surrounding medium. The evaluation of study is based on the visual observation on the specific time durations.

The identification and development of novel therapeutic medicines has been transformed by the discipline of in silico drug design. The development of neuroprotective drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative illnesses like Alzheimer's is one such exciting application. The neuroprotective effects of galantamine, a well-known acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, have been extensively researched. A thorough analysis of in silico structure-based drug design is presented in this presentation, with particular attention paid to molecular docking and ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity) investigations of new galantamine derivatives.Alzheimer's disease (AD) poses a significant global health challenge with limited therapeutic options. Acetyl cholinesterase (Ache) inhibitors represent a cornerstone in AD treatment by enhancing cholinergic neurotransmission.

This study focuses on the preparation and evaluation of an oral in-situ gel formulation of Sitagliptin Phosphate, aimed at improving the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Sitagliptin, a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, enhances glycemic control when used as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents. The innovative in-situ gel system is designed for ease of administration and improved patient compliance, forming a gel upon contact with the gastric environment. This formulation leverages the benefits of sustained drug release, reduced dosing frequency, and enhanced bioavailability, addressing the challenges posed by conventional dosage forms. The study employed preformulation assessments, including melting point determination and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, to confirm the chemical integrity and compatibility of Sitagliptin with excipients. Viscosity measurements, pH tests, and floating behavior analyses were conducted to evaluate the gel's physical properties. Drug content uniformity and in vitro drug release studies were performed, revealing a controlled release profile suitable for maintaining therapeutic drug levels. The development of this in-situ gel system presents a promising approach to optimizing the therapeutic efficacy of Sitagliptin Phosphate, potentially improving clinical outcomes for patients with type 2 diabetes. The formulation's benefits, such as ease of administration, sustained drug release, and targeted delivery, underscore its potential as an effective oral therapeutic option.

The main aim of this project to provide secure banking system, by taking fingerprints as authorized identity at ATM/banks. The purpose of the project is to provide a secured and reliable environment to the customers for their banking transactions by providinga unique identity to every user using the FINGER PRINT identification technology. Identification and verification of a person today is a common thing; which may include door-lock system, safe box and vehicle control or even at accessing bank accounts viaATM, etc. which is necessary for securing personal information. The conventional methods like ID card verification or signature does not provide perfection and reliability. The systems employed at these places must be fast enough and robust too. Use of the ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) which provides customers with the convenient banknote trading is facing a new challenge to carry on the valid identity to the customer. Since, in conventional identification methods with ATM, criminal cases are increasing making financial losses to customers. Fingerprint Based ATM is a desktop application where fingerprint of the user is used as a authentication. The finger print minutiae features are different for each human being so the user can be identified uniquely. Instead of using ATM card Fingerprint based ATM is safer and secure. There is no worry of losing ATM card and no need to carry ATM card in your wallet. You just have to use your fingerprint in order to do any banking transaction. The user has to login using his fingerprint and he has to enter the pin code in order to do further transaction. The user can withdraw money from his account. User can transfer money to various accounts by mentioning account number. In order to withdraw money user has to enter the amount he want to withdraw and has to mention from which account he want to withdraw. The user must have appropriate balance in his ATM account to do transaction. User can view the balance available in his respective account. The system will provide the user to view last 5 transactions.

This research paper explores the concept of postcolonialism in literature, examining how it provides a platform for the voices and experiences of previously colonized peoples to be heard and acknowledged. Postcolonial literature challenges traditional narratives by highlighting the complexities of identity, culture, and history shaped by colonial encounters. The study investigates the ways in which postcolonial writers use language, narrative structures, and cultural symbols to articulate resistance, reclaim cultural heritage, and critique imperial ideologies. Through an analysis of key literary works from various postcolonial regions, this paper discusses the portrayal of hybrid identities, cultural displacement, and the struggle for autonomy. It also addresses the tension between indigenous traditions and the influence of Western literary forms. By comparing the works of postcolonial authors with those of colonialist writers, the paper aims to shed light on the contrast between narratives of oppression and narratives of empowerment.
