Abstract The paper examined the African States and the understanding of development and underdevelopment. With dependency theory, the paper noted that the nature and character of the State which was bequeathed by African colonialist, with poor development of productive forces, labour power, objects of labour and means of labour with corresponding poor social relations of production coupled with negative role of Africans, both leadership and followership after independence is central to the understanding of development and underdevelopment of States in Africa.. The paper recommended among other things, development of States, the leadership role of states in establishing the framework of economic strategy, and the collaboration between the States, state enterprises and commercial companies as a road to development. Corruption and bad governance must be drastically reduced if not completely eradicated through the installation of a visionary, honest and democratic leadership. This kind of leadership is achievable through free, fair and credible elections.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has major implications in the transportation industry. Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) aim at improving day-to-day activities such as delivering packages, improving traffic, and the transportations of goods. AVs are not limited to ground vehicles but also include aerial and sea vehicles with a wide range of applications. The IoT systems consisting of a collection of AVs have come to be known as the Internet of Transportation systems. While such IoT systems manage large quantities of sensor data, much of the data is also sent to a cloud for offline analysis. While there is great potential in AVs and the improvements it can make to the transportation industry, security and privacy concerns pose new challenges that need to be addressed as we move forward. In addition, Artificial Intelligence techniques are also becoming crucial for such IoT systems to be able to intelligently manage the AVs. This paper discusses AI and security for cloud-based Internet of Transportation Systems.

Literature and law are separate branches of social science; literature tends toward creativity, narration, and description whereas law tends towards logic, reason, and clarity, but from time to time they are collided altering and impacting each other. This interdisciplinary study will focus on the role of literature in law and their influence on each other. The focus will be on the role literature plays in helping understand human conditions and its contribution to the evolvement of law. First, literature is a representation of society, it highlights the dark side of human existence which need to be worked upon, and law through literature can comprehend the real problem areas and make the required alterations. Second, literature can be a platform for a better understanding of judicial concepts, and regulations. Third, literature offers a model of rhetorical excellence for legal practice. The second section of the paper will discuss the judgment of section 377, legalising homosexuality, and giving identity to the LGBTQ community. The judegment was embellished by literary quotes emphasising the emotions, feelings, and struggles of the LGBTQ people. The literature in judgement made it more appealing and persuasive, triggering its emotional aspects of it. In this section, the focus will be on the help the literature provides in connecting law to society with emotions and not just rational courtroom jargon.

Disruptive marketing strategy is a process by which valuable marketing activities take root initially in applications within a department or function in an organization and then relentlessly moves across a company`s internal departments and functionalities of relevance, eventually connecting with external companies to ensure that market-based value creation is delivered to the company`s primary stakeholders. The activities in marketing moved beyond their traditional home department and the marketing function became cross-departmental and even, in some cases, cross-company focused. Where do we go next? Disruptive marketing strategy will help the field and practice of marketing and alerting their established rules of competition. While competitive disruption is relentless in the current century and decade, the idea of disruptive competition is not a new one. Hence, there is a huge scope for the innovation if University-Industry Collaborations (UICs) have received increased attention in management practice and research. The need for creativity and innovation in today`s business environment and the ambition of policy makers to commercialize the academic knowledge to intensity this trend and capitalize their intelligence for the industrial activity for the benefit of employment generation and economic activity particularly in the wake of post covid-19 era. However, although research has devoted considerable effort for finding the determinants and attributes of success for inter firm collaboration, much less is known about UICs.

Sand, water, coal powder, and bentonite clay are the ingredients that make up foundry sand. The main purpose of it is to make metal casting molds. A sizable portion of the combination is almost always made up of sand, either silica or olivine. Casting sand has excellent pozzolanic properties. It is used in the process of sand casting. This review does a thorough task regarding industrial waste materials that can be adequately used in building work as a replacement. This essay examines foundry sand as a type of industrial waste. During the sand rehabilitation procedure, sand from industrial effluents flow completed the machines mostly. Waste foundry sand has been used in experiments. The study concerns the usage of foundry sand, which is mostly utilized in construction and is created from waste sand from foundries combined with other materials and admixtures that improve the result.
