Migration is simply the movement of people from one place to another. It has always been a part of human life and experience. Populations have expanded and moved across lands for various reasons and opportunities. It has resulted in a range of individual and family and economical experiences that have impacted not just regions, but countries. There are a mixture of "push factors and pull factors" that lead to various types of migration in the society. In the current study, we will discover what factors lead to migration and its consequences, the internal migration of India, the employment opportunities that differentiate migrant workers, quality of life, the challenge of their livelihoods, their economic statuses and the government policies for migrant workers, impact of the global pandemic on migrant workers, their employment status etc. Informal economy is the informal job sector for the workers not regulated, protected, monitored or taxed by the state, which involves diverse economic activities and enterprises. The informal sector accounts for more than 80 percent of the non-agricultural employment in India, as per the study of the International Labour Organization. According to WIEGO, the concept of informal economy was originally attached to self-employed workers and unregistered enterprises. In the current study, we will see the scenario of the informal sector workers in India, how the informal economy expands, the challenges faced by the workers, their livelihoods, and the related initiatives for their protection and empowerment.

The purpose of this thesis is to a) Examine the differences in pre and post intervention aggression scores among experimental group and control group. b) Test hypothesis - H1- There will be significant difference in pre and post aggression scores of experimental group among young adults. H2 - There will be no significant difference in pre and post aggression scores of control group among young adults. H3 - There will be no significant difference in post intervention aggression scores of experimental group and control group among young adults. Aggression and depression are discussed extensively by examining a broad range of literature that points to environmental, social, individual, psychological, and biophysiological influences. First, aggression and depression are discussed separately in terms of their underlying theory, biosocial perspectives, typologies, behavioral and personality abnormalities, brain structures related to each, and neurochemical/neurological influences. The final sections of the literature review discuss how aggression and depression intersect. These subsections are meant to provide the reader with different lenses through which to frame a deeper understanding of aggression and depression and to expose the reality that aggression and depression are highly complex behavioral outputs for which there are a multiplicity of causes. A methodological outline including hypotheses, research design, sample characteristics, measurements of aggression and depression and covariates, and an analytical strategy frame this study. Lastly, results from the analyses are reported and discussed, contextualizing the findings drawn in this paper in light of extant research

The latent heat flux at the ocean's surface plays a key role in the atmospheric hydrological and energy cycles. Here we discuss the spatial distribution of Latent Heat flux climatology from (1990-2018) over the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. Throughout the beginning of the South-West monsoon season, especially June, the South- West side of both the Arabian and Bay of Bengal show a high latent heat flux. In the month of October, Bay of Bengal, and the Arabian Sea are showing the least latent heat flux (60 W/m2). The latent heat flux has a great influence on the Arabian Sea. From 1990 to 2000 during the monsoon the latent heat flux was minimum (40wm2) along the west Arabian Sea and maximum along the north Arabian Sea. In the overall 28 years of the study, the maximum latent heat flux is observed in the Arabian Sea rather than the Bay of Bengal.

Abstract Education sector has witnessed a paradigm shift in the pedagogical process across the globe during the Covid lockdown period as the regular classes came to a halt everywhere. The pandemic accelerated the digital transformation of learning; online education has become a critical pathway to building a more inclusive and accessible model.(Basu,2022). All the stakeholders of educational institutions were deeply worried about this adverse effect and were pining for ways and means for redeeming academic activities without disrupting the Covid protocol. At that juncture, Online education came as a boon; not only for conducting regular classes but also to organize seminars, conferences, vivavorce, refresher programmes, etc., The change is not just in the medium of teaching but also in the approach, curriculum design, implementation, and assessment as well.To achieve the desired outcome an efficient Instructional design is indispensable. This paper explores the efficacy of second language teaching by customizing Instructional Design Modelfor Constructivist learning. The study was conducted by selecting 300 final year Undergraduate students from various disciplines in a Higher Education Institution in South Tamilnadu. Fish are extremely sensitive to alterations in their aquatic habitat. They are referred to be the bio-indicator species to monitor water contamination as a result. Due to its strong insecticidal properties, minimal toxicity to mammals, low persistence, and quick biodegradation in the ecosystem, organophosphate pesticides are frequently used among other types of pesticides in intensive agricultural practices to protect crops from numerous pests and illnesses. Exposure to by metabolism damage, which sporadically results in the fish's demise. One of the earliest organophosphate insecticides, malathion (C10H19O6PS2) is still widely employed as a dust, emulsion, and vapor to control a variety of insect pests in a variety of environments. One of the insecticides that has been the subject of the most research, malathion, may cause a number of important alterations in fish. The goal of this study is to review the toxicological effects of the organophosphate pesticide Malathion on fish, including hematological parameters, physical parameters, biochemical parameters, behavioral changes, neurotoxic effects, histopathological alterations, respiratory responses, bioaccumulation, and chromosomal changes.
