Construction or civil Engineering represents one of the oldest branches of engineering, and practises that were used at the time were outdated. E-Waste is one of the fastest-growing waste streams in the world due to the current technology boom, technological advancements, and the electronics manufacturing sector. But, when the globe was facing severe environmental issues, civil engineering developed a number of innovative solutions. converting waste materials and other environmentally harmful elements into environmentally friendly products. Yet, E-waste is now becoming a significant issue. When left untreated, E-waste contains materials like plastic and PVC that pose a serious hazard to the environment. It is posing a major danger to the planet's landfills, and groundwater, which is steadily turning poisoned. E-waste was taken into consideration as a source of building to address this landfill issue and stop groundwater from becoming poisonous. Electronic garbage that is damaging to the environment includes mobile phones, iPods, refrigerators, computers, printers, washing machines, and televisions. India produces over 2 million TPA of E-waste (tonnes per annum). As a civil engineer, we took advantage of the situation and substituted e-waste for aggregate. Because of this, e-waste mortar has grown in a way that makes it lighter and more flexible. E-waste as a substitute for coarse, fine, or both types of aggregate produced remarkable results. This present study includes partial replacement of E-waste as fine aggregate in cement mortar. The E-waste is replaced in different proportions like 0%,10%,20%,30%,40%50%. The specimens are cured and tested for 7days, 14days and 28days. When the replacement ratio of E-waste increases the strength decreases. The compressive strength, the durability strength results of the cement mortar are found out in this investigation.

There is a growing need for more patient-compliant dose forms in the current environment. The creation of mouth-dissolving tablets that quickly dissolve or disintegrate upon contact with the recipient's tongue or buccal mucosa is one significant advancement in this field. They have shown to be the best options for the elderly and paediatric populations, dysphagia patients, clinical circumstances when water intake is not possible, and medications with high first pass metabolism. The notion of higher patient compliance, quick absorption, rapid commencement of action, greater effectiveness, sufficient bioavailability to demonstrate needed pharmacological activity, and reduced toxicity are best suited by mouth-dispersing tablets (MDT). Brief information about ODTs, such as their definition, ideal and desired characteristics, advantages, limitations, and disadvantages is presented in this review. Other topics covered include drug candidates, formulation challenges, excipients with recent developments in super disintegrants, taste masking, manufacturing methods, evaluation criteria, and recent patents in ODTs.

Abstract: The Partition of Bengal was implemented in 1905, much to the anger of the Indians, who knew it was a sinister attempt by the British to divide the Hindus and the Muslims. Lord Curzon, the Viceroy of Bengal was apprehensive of the solidarity and growing political consciousness of the Bengalis. He formulated a plan under which a new province under the name of Eastern Bengal and Assam would be created where Muslims would be in a majority. For the people of Assam, the amalgamation of Assam with the districts of Bengal was certainly not a good prospect. Assam was under the direct control of the Governor General since 1874 and received liberal grants from the Government, which brought about great development to the province. This period also saw the recognition of Assamese as a second language in Calcutta Universities entrance examination and Assamese youths were appointed to Government offices. Therefore, it was only natural that Assam resented the move to tag the province to the much more advanced districts of Bengal. The paper tries to see the impact of the newspapers and journals in espousing the cause of nationalism in Assam, especially the newspapers from Bengal, who set the tone for opposing British domination over India.

The lending share of private banks has jumped from 17.5% to 37.3%. Their deposit share has risen from 17.7% as of March 2010 to 31.4% as of September 2022.Indian banking industry has developed a lot since the first bank was set up in the country in 1870the Bank of Hindustan. Later on, there have been many developments in this field that have also upgraded the system, and on the same hand brought up so many challenges and loopholes in them too. There are severe concerns regarding the practices in the banking industry which are related to the customer service as the banks are expected to give fair treatment to all of their customers and properly attend to every one of them so that they can easily trust the system with their assets. Most of the rural branches are running at a loss because of high overheads and prevalence of the barter system in most parts of rural India.

These days, foot odor is a problem that affects everyone, which is a highly unbalanced feeling for humanity. So, a herbal anti-odor foot spray is created to solve that issue. Problem is caused by wearing shoes continuously throughout the day, which leads to foot perspiration. Most often, this issue arises in the summer. In addition, some microbial development might be visible while walking during the monsoon. Therefore, an experiment is conducted on this topic taking into account these two issues, and three formulations of 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5% are created. Because of its effective antibacterial properties and high compatibility to be used as cosmetic, ethanolic extract of betel leaf is utilized in that formulation. Lemongrass oil is also included to help remove any foul odors. The deodorant formulation is in spray form since it can be applied quickly. It is simple to apply to shocks or the foot as well. After application, this solution left a thin, non-greasy layer on the skin's surface that dried quickly. The foot spray has a pH between 5.10 and 5.92, which is in the range of skin pH and is not irritating to the skin. The highest bacterial inhibition zone in formula 3 (F3) with a concentration of 1.5% Betel ethanol extract and lemongrass oil has an average inhibition zone diameter of 3.5 cm.
