The purpose of this paper is to assess the cybersecurity and data privacy in wearable health technologies. Wearable sensors measure and record data from physiological and biochemical systems, and they are used to transmit health data via mobile applications and web-based platforms to healthcare providers and health records stored in the cloud [1]. These digital tools, if used properly, could become a valuable aid to medicine decision making based on research evidence, could encourage better patient participation in changing health behavior and could soon lead to preventive strategies that are both timely and individualized. One of the innovative trends in wearable health technology is the application of portable or wearable medical devices for remote monitoring and chronic disease management. These technologies provide online data transmission of real-time health status between patients and healthcare givers at non-traditional clinical settings. While these technologies remain in their infancy, security and privacy concerns need to be taken into account so as to allow a wide adoption of health information systems by both health professionals and individuals. Health records also contain information on prescriptions, used for creating and selling fake IDs to obtain controlled substances; and specific details, such as diagnosis or lab results, which could potentially be used for blackmail or discrimination [1]. With the increase in amount and sensitivity of data being collected by wearable health technologies, this trend of targeting healthcare data is likely to shift towards the cloud servers and databases storing this information. Given the rate at which these technologies are being adopted, it is imperative that we think about proactively addressing these cybersecurity and privacy challenges, rather than waiting for a disastrous event to occur.

The theory of creation and destruction is found in almost every religion of this world. All the religions have the belief that, as the Universe is created, then it will be destructed one day and this belief gives birth to many theories and different types of mythological stories. In the White Yajurveda, the story of Manumatsyakatha is found where destruction occurred due to a great deluge and the Hollywood movie 2012 also shows destruction of the world. The objective of this paper is to relate the story of 'Manumatsyakatha' with the Hollywood movie '2012' and to find out the points of agreement and difference between these two stories.

The most cardinal concept international humanitarian law is right to self-determination, which is of jus cogens. It connotes people have right to freely choose their sovereignty and political status, based on the principles of equality and reasonability. It is estimated representation of indigenous population is 5% of the world's population, living in more than 70 countries. The vulnerability of these populations shows their denial of human rights due to many reasons including the displacement. The displacement causes the denial of their values, primitive unique tradition, culture, knowledge, social security and all. The displacement marginalizes the indigenous people without proper and adequate rehabilitation and resettlement. In decades the planned development projects, forest conservation policies, natural disasters and many more causes the displacement of tribes from their land. The concept of economic progress and modernization is very required for the development of the country but at the same time, they extinguishing the right to life and liberty of indigenous people. This article is to focus on the problem of displacement of indigenous people, its impact and overview the legal sanctions for such in India.

Following the success of the '26th July Movement,' Guevara served as the president of the National Bank of Cuba and later as the minister of industry from 1959 to 1961. His tenure involved significant economic reforms, including land redistribution and nationalisation of industries. Despite these efforts, challenges such as American trade sanctions strained the Cuban economy. Guevara's departure in 1965 marked a shift in his pursuits, leading to ventures in Africa and Bolivia.

The term "confessional poetry" was coined by M. L. Rosenthal, who was thinking specifically of a period in Robert Lowell's career when Lowell explored themes of sexual guilt, alcoholism, and psychiatric hospitalisation, developing them in the first person in a way that Rosenthal believed was meant to point to the poet. Though he was careful to define the genre narrowly, Rosenthal included Sylvia Plath in his list of confessional poets because, he claimed, she made the speaker's own frailty and humiliation an expression of her culture by placing herself at the poems' centre. Since then, Marjorie Perloff has argued that Plath's poetry lacks the realistic specificity of Lowell's work, and Ted Hughes has said that Plath employs autobiographical information in her poetry in a more iconic way than Lowell. If Hughes and Perloff are correct, as I believe they are, then we need to reevaluate the identity of the speaker, her relationship to the poet, and the degree to which the poems are confessional.

This study attempts to analyze the students' perception about teachers' quality during their high school and intermediate. The study sought to examine the responses received from the students to determine if there were differences in students' perceptions the quality of teachers, instructional strategy applied by teachers. The study is primarily based on primary data received from 80 students during the field survey conducted in 2018 in Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh with the help of pre tested questionnaire. Data were organized and evaluated using statistical software SPSS20. To come up with trustworthy and unbiased results the study made use of statistical tests like independent sample t test and the relevant information has been presented with the help of cross tabulation, charts and graphs etc. Results revealed that subject stream also does not have any role in students' perception about quality of teachers. Soundness of instructional strategy is more or less same in both types of schools, whether you opt for aided college or non aided college. Students' perception about instructional strategy is more or less same in both streams whether it is arts or science. In other words, soundness of instructional strategy does not differ according to subject stream and type of college does not have any role in students' perception about quality of teachers.

The coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) is a highly transmittable and pathogenic viral infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which emerged in Wuhan, China and spread around the world. Genomic analysis revealed that SARS-CoV-2 is phylogenetically related to severe acute respiratory syndrome-like (SARS-like) bat viruses, therefore bats could be the possible primary reservoir. The intermediate source of origin and transfer to humans is not known, however, the rapid human to human transfer has been confirmed widely. There is no clinically approved antiviral drug or vaccine available to be used against COVID-19. However, few broad-spectrum antiviral drugs have been evaluated against COVID-19 in clinical trials, resulted in clinical recovery. In the current review, we summarize and comparatively analyze the emergence and pathogenicity of COVID-19 infection and previous human coronaviruses severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and middle east respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). We also discuss the approaches for developing effective vaccines and therapeutic combinations to cope with this viral outbreak.

Consumer's store preferences are associated with the quality of services delivered by the retailer. The present study is carried out to measure the preferences of consumers based on quality of services delivered by retail stores. To measure the service quality of grocery retail stores, traditional scale SERVQUAL, developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Berry (1985) is used. Variables associated with delivering service quality are grouped on RATER model. The study confirms that retail service quality parameters play vital role in determining consumer preferences for a specific format. Customer satisfaction is also based on the efficacy of services delivered by the retailers which results into developing their preferences for a specific retail format in grocery.

India is the world's sixth-largest economy, with a GDP of USD 2.9 trillion in 2020. The country has undergone significant changes in its economic structure since independence in 1947, from a primarily agriculture-based economy to a diversified economy with a focus on services and manufacturing. The statistical analysis of the Indian economy has played a crucial role in understanding its performance, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, and formulating policies to promote growth and development. In this article, we will examine the statistical analysis of the Indian economy, including its key indicators, trends, and challenges.
