: There are lots of research going on rural technology mainly based on "Energy" and "water. India is world's largest population and only have 2.4 % of the earth's land.55 % people still depend upon agriculture (which is source of livelihood ). In energy sector there is no sufficient energy production to provide whole population of india for 24 *7,Throughout the year. there are lot of research is going on energy which should be sustainable and eco-friendly .In this papers I design a system which can be give surplus energy using gravity field there is no need of any battery supply like in 2 field theory

: Hyperglycemia and decreased insulin function characterise diabetes mellitus, a chronic metabolic illness. Traditional medical practises, particularly herbal therapies, have been investigated in the hunt for diabetic treatments that are both safe and effective. The goal of this study was to create and assess a polyherbal anti-diabetic syrup made of a variety of medicinal plants thought to have anti-diabetic characteristics. Based on available research and conventional wisdom, effective anti-diabetic herbs were chosen for the formulation procedure. Gymnema sylvestre, Momordica charantia, Azadirachta indica, and Trigonella foenum-graecum were among the chosen herbs. The potential of these herbs to improve insulin sensitivity, increase insulin production, and reduce glucose absorption led to their selection. To ensure maximum bioactive compound extraction while keeping the overall stability and safety of the syrup, the extraction and preparation of the herbal constituents were optimised. A number of quality control experiments were performed on the developed polyherbal syrup to evaluate its microbiological, chemical, and physical characteristics

Especially in the recent five to six years, India has seen a phenomenal increase in the number of social companies. Despite this impressive expansion, there is a dearth of quantitative information to assess the precise impact of these businesses on the socioeconomic development of the nation. Furthermore, there are not enough sufficient empirical research to comprehend the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in the nation. The goal of this research is to comprehend the state of social entrepreneurship in the nation. The researcher has made an effort to pinpoint the elements promoting the development of social enterprises favorably and comments on the difficulties these businesses are now facing. In order to determine whether there are any differences between social enterprises depending on their leadership, a comparative examination of the organizational objectives of social enterprises based on gender was also done. In contrast to a standard nongovernmental organization, social entrepreneurship refers to the process of bringing about social change on a significant and impactful scale (NGO). It is a concept that is becoming more and more crucial to the study of nonprofit, nonprofit, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to now, groups tackling important social issues were thought to be idealistic, charitable, and entrepreneurial. India's government is particularly interested in promoting social entrepreneurship, not necessarily by providing financing or giving advice, but rather by creating the conditions that encourages it. 122 social enterprises that operate nationwide in various economic areas have provided the study's data sources. According to the findings, social enterprises can provide solutions to many of the socioeconomic issues the nation is currently experiencing, including unemployment, poverty, a lack of access to quality education, and substandard living circumstances. To guarantee that these businesses continue to grow sustainably, the government and other regulatory agencies will need to take additional steps. Significant disparities were found in the order that different organizational goals were given priority in women-led social enterprises. In India, initiatives are being taken to encourage social entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship-related companies through information and an exploratory study. This could be useful in upcoming empirical research on the issue.

The main aim and objectives of this study is to assess the health-related quality of life among people living with HIV/AIDS at a tertiary care hospital, GGH, Ongole and to determine the association of socio demographic and disease related variables; to assess QOL outcomes at facet level and the factors affecting it; to assess viral load before and after the study; to estimate medication adherence based on pill count among people living with HIV/AIDS. Methods: A prospective observational study was carried out among 600 people living with HIV/AIDS, attending ART centre in a tertiary care hospital, GGH, Ongole, from October 2021 to March 2022.QOL was assessed using WHO-QOL-120 Questionnaire and statistical analysis was done using IBM SPSS Version 23.0 software. Results and Conclusion: By using ANOVA ONE WAY the mean score and p-value were calculated for each facet, the current study shows that the majority of the patients had good quality of life. Gender is cross-tabulated with all demographic factors that were significant(P<0.05) according to chi-square analysis, except the mode of HIV transmission which is not significant(P>0.05). We concluded that the medication adherence of participants was good by comparing the viral load values before and after the study.

Induced spawning experiments on fresh water angelfish, Pterophyllum scalare was carried out for the first time using Ovaprim (sGnRH+ Domperidone). The optimum dose of Ovaprim was standardized based on three experiments, viz., fecundity (relative fecundity) at different doses, response time (hrs) at various doses and fertilization rate at different doses. Maximum fecundity (665.66) obtained at the dose of 0.35ml/kg of body weight and a significant relation was observed between doses and response time (hrs.) of spawning at 1% level. Lower breeding response time was recorded at this dose. Along with this, in different setup, appropriate environmental conditions for angel fish will be monitored.
