 Abstract

Women’s financial independence is a crucial aspect of gender equality and empowerment. The ability of women to control their own finances can lead to greater autonomy, decision-making power, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. However, in India women face numerous challenges in achieving financial independence including cultural norms, lack of access to education and training and limited economic opportunities. This study aims to examine the factors that influence Indian Women’s financial independence. The study will explore the socio-economic and cultural factors that shape women’s financial decisions and behaviours, as well as the role of education, employment, and financial literacy in promoting financial independence. We conduct the survey by using a tool of questionnaire and distributed the working women through WhatsAap chat. The data is going to collect from 500 working and non-working women members randomly from NCR region. The data were analyzed using empirical, exploratory and descriptive research design methods will be used to explain relationship and test of significance in order to find out the results and conclusions.

 Abstract

Preformulation is defined as the study of the physical and chemical characteristics of pharmacological compounds both on their own and in combination with excipients. The primary step in the rational development of the dosage forms for the medicinal drug substance is preformulation research. Studying preformulation factors can help create pharmaceutical formulations that are dependable, safe, and effective. The aim of this study id to determine some of the physiochemical properties such as solubility, melting point, lambda max, infra-red spectra, etc. Budesonide is a glucocorticoid used in the treatment of asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. The budesonide was studied for the various properties and the results for the organoleptic characteristics were found to be white crystalline powder. The melting point in average was found to be 228 oC. The solubility of budesonide in water was found to be low and was found to be higher in phosphate buffer pH 1.2.

 Abstract

An identity crisis emerges when an individual becomes uncertain about their societal role and lacks clear guidance for shaping their personality. This confusion arises when one loses sight of their life’s purpose, initiating an identity crisis. An individual’s sense of identity is crucial for understanding their life’s meaning. Coined by Erik Erikson, the term ‘identity crisis’ is explained as a phase where a person grapples with resolving uncertainties during their middle age. This struggle can lead to a sense of detachment and uncertainty, fostering pessimism and disorder. In Marian Keyes’ novel Angels, the main character, Maggie, becomes ensnared in adulthood blues. She undergoes a miscarriage and misinterprets her husband’s grief as infidelity, causing her to lose her self-awareness and descend into chaos. As the story progresses, Maggie eventually regains her self-identity by dispelling her illusions, resulting in a renewed sense of clarity and self-assurance.

 Abstract

The given text provides information about diastase and pepsin enzymes found in animals, , and microbes. Diastase is a hydrolytic enzyme that breaks down polysaccharides like starch and glycogen into smaller molecules like oligosaccharides, disaccharides, and monosaccharides. The paper also discusses the activation process of pepsin molecules and the structure of human diastase. Overall, the text provides an overview of the different types of enzymes and their functions in biological systems.

 Abstract

Suicide is a psychiatric emergency. Stressful life events and suicidal intent are one of the major predictors of attempted suicide. The aim of the study was to find out the relation of stressful life events and suicide intent in patients who attempted suicide. The present study was conducted in the Department of Psychiatry, Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Suicide attempters referred for psychiatric evaluation from various departments of the hospital during the period June 2021- May 2022 were evaluated. In the study, it was found that most patients had medium suicide intent with moderate stress and interpersonal conflicts were the major reason behind attempts. Thus, decreasing the stress and teaching healthy coping strategies is required to reduce self-harm/ suicide attempts.

 Abstract

This research paper presents a novel approach for maximum power point tracking (MPPT) in solar panels using a combined Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Jaya algorithm-based model. The aim of this study is to overcome the limitations and challenges associated with traditional MPPT techniques and enhance the performance of solar panels in terms of efficiency, stability, and adaptability. Additionally, the integration of fuel cells as an alternate energy source is explored to ensure continuous power supply in the absence of solar irradiance. The proposed ANN-Jaya model is developed and validated through extensive simulations and comparisons with conventional MPPT models in MATLAB Software. The model's performance is evaluated based on various parameters, including voltage, current, power generation, and battery state of charge. The results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed model, as it consistently generates stable and optimal outputs, minimizing oscillations and maximizing power generation.

 Abstract

The present study was attitude towards life skills and value education among the B.Ed., trainees in Krishnagiri district. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 200 B.Ed., trainees in and around the Krishnagiri district. The study explored the study on life skills and value education among B.Ed., trainees. The findings reveal that there is no significant difference in the attitude towards Life Skills and Value Education among the B.Ed., Trainees. The Trainees shall be still encouraged to give more importance to life skills and value education. The same kind of study can be carried out by increasing the number of variables and factors to get the narrowed results. The same study may be extended to another geographical region. So as to generalize the findings of the present study or compare with other regions. In the similar manner further study can be conducted to analyze Life Skills and Value Education among all subject teachers at school level as well as college level or academia level.

 Abstract

Several companies have established a strong foot over this sector. Companies like Hindustan Unilever limited (HUL), Indian tobacco company (ITC), Dabur, Nestle, Godrej etc. have become common household names, not just in urban areas but also in the rural areas. Each company within the sector is a dominant player in the market under different sub-sectors. Each company within the sector is spending enormous amounts on their product building, product innovation, supply chains and so forth, to gain competitive edge over its peers.
