The research project delves into the intriguing realm of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), focusing on their impact on the long-term performance of acquiring companies. Employing a systematic review methodology, the study carefully selected and analyzed a diverse array of sources, ranging from academic articles to industry reports, to unveil the intricate dynamics at play. The investigation encompasses various facets, including financial performance, non-financial indicators, integration strategies, synergies, corporate culture, and more. By scrutinizing real-world examples, the project sheds light on the intricate connections between strategic decisions, operational strategies, and the ultimate financial and non-financial outcomes of merged entities. The research delves into the depths of corporate culture alignment, evaluates integration best practices, and underscores the significance of market perception. Through rigorous data analysis and comprehensive synthesis, the project aims to provide a holistic understanding of how M&A ventures shape the long-term destiny of companies, while acknowledging the limitations inherent in such explorations. The research uncovers that operational efficiency and synergy realization significantly influence post-M&A financial success, exemplified by Exxon-Mobil. Non-financial indicators, seen in Hindalco-Novelis, reveal cultural integration's transformative impact. Integration strategies, evident in Vodafone idea, shape long-term performance, while corporate culture, as in Tata Motors-Jaguar Land Rover, plays a crucial role in sustained success.

This paper deals with the field oriented based on the Hysteresis current controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Permanent magnet synchronous motor drivers are widely used for high performance applications like robotics, Electric Vehicles and in industries. The vector control of PMSM drives compared to induction motor drives is simple and effective in implementation in high-speed drives. In this paper, the field orientated control of PMSM in use of hysteresis current controller with PI controller to achieve optimized variations due to the effect of direct and quadrature axis of stator currents with the help of Park and Clarke reference frame transformation. This PAPER presents the comparative analysis of various conditions of PMSM drive and performance through simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.

This research paper explores the utilization of enzymatic soil stabilization to enhance the geotechnical properties of black cotton soil in the North Karnataka region. Enzymes, as organic catalysts, have shown potential in improving soil engineering qualities and fatigue behavior for sustainable pavement construction. The study focuses on the efficacy of TerraZyme, a bio-enzyme soil stabilizer, which catalytically bonds soil particles and enhances density, compaction, and strength. A systematic experimental approach involved various tests on both untreated and enzyme-treated soil, including grain size analysis, Atterberg's limit tests, compaction tests, California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests, and unconfined compression tests. Results demonstrated substantial improvements in treated soil's consistency limits, compaction characteristics, CBR values, and unconfined compressive strength. Enzyme dosage and treatment duration played significant roles in these improvements. The study underscores the potential of enzymatic soil stabilization as a promising avenue for soil enhancement in construction projects, encouraging further research into various bio-enzymes and their effects on geotechnical parameters.

Butterflies are one of the most admired insects because they present brilliant pattern of coloration, metamorphosis birth and striking reproduction, nutrition behaviour and death. The wide distribution of butterflies in the study site is an important element in the dynamic of this urban ecosystem. The butterflies are recognized by the scientific community as bio indicator as well as good pollinator. Regular survey was conducted from February 2023 till July 2023 during day time (7.00AM- 11.00AM). Total of 3 species of Paplionidae have been captured and seen and identified on the basis of available literature. The site Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Science was selected on the basis of their position in vegetation and accessibility.

The object of this paper is to examine the provisions of this act in relation to partition and their relevancy in present time. The partition refers to division of joint shares in the land. It is a process in which joint share in the property is divided. Partition can be made of agriculture land, residential land or commercial land. Thus, partition can be of agricultural or non-agricultural land. In different states different procedures are followed for the partition of the property. In Punjab and Haryana, partition of agriculture land paying land revenue is determined by the revenue officer. Co-owners may also make an agreement of partition with the consensus of all. Therefore, partition can be contested partition before the revenue officer or it may be of uncontested partition with the consensus of co-sharers. The Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 amended by 2017, 2020 and 2021 contains detailed provisions for partition of the agricultural land paying land revenue. Primary method for data collection has been used under this research paper. For referring foot notes, citation style of Indian Law Institute has been followed.

After seeing rising cases of cancer soon it will become a global pandemic. Nowadays many therapies are available for the treatment of cancer which includes surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Many drugs are used in chemotherapy and doxorubicin is one of the most common drugs of chemotherapy for the last 50+ years. It is most commonly used for the treatment of solid tumors like breast, ovarian, bladder and thyroid and treatment of sarcomas like bone and soft tissue. It is also used in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML), Hodgkin lymphoma and small-cell lung cancers. Even though it can be used to treat some conditions, the drug doxorubicin is toxic to the majority of the body's major organs, notably the heart, which necessitates dose restriction. Additionally, doxorubicin promotes apoptosis and necrosis in normal tissue, leading to damage in the heart, liver, brain, and kidney. Toxicity can lead to congestive heart failure and gastrointestinal bleeding in some patients. The 21st century has revolutionized the media world, and this era witnessed a fundamental shift in the way we communicate from traditional print media like newspaper, and television and the modern media like social media. British Member of Parliament, Lord Macaulay, had, years ago, called the media “the fourth pillar of democracy”. It has since been quoted often, and a free media is considered indispensable in a democracy. But the media today is not what it was then. Multiple factors have led to media organizations compromising their journalistic ethics and principles which harms the nation in a big way. Media intervention in under trial cases has become very normal affairs in the society. Judges are compelled somehow to take decision according to the follow up of Media criticism. For which, declaration of verdict by media becomes the final verdict in trial courts, especially in many high-profile cases. Reincarnated as public court, media separately starts investigation and forms public opinion. It is obvious that to run the democracy very smoothly, a free and healthy media functionary is needed. But most of the time the freedom of expression is engrossed the controversy by the sub clause (2), article 19 of the Constitution of India. It does not embrace the freedom to contempt of court. But according to the demand of current situation, media significantly involves when justice is totally denied or delayed. Though media helps in social, political changes but sometimes it is also seen frequently that media involves into the money-making business. This paper is an attempt to analyse the impacts caused by the media trial and how it takes the cover of freedom of speech and expression to continue with the undue interference with the administration of justice. The dissertation also analyses the effect of media trial on right to privacy, right to reputation, right to be legally represented and right to a fair trial.

The pattern of land use and land cover of any province is result of socioeconomic and natural components which are making use by human being in the space-time. Land cover change is a crucial treat of universal replace. The analysis and modeling of land cover change is required to the assessments of consequent changes. The use of remote sensing and GIS techniques has become increasingly important in describing data sets and their applications to estimate changes in the landscape. In this research study, land use / land cover mapping along with change detection analysis of Vempalli Mandal of Cuddapah District was done using Remote Sensing and GIS techniques. Temporal spatial data of Indian Remote Sensing Satellite data sets have been used to map the land use / land cover. Change detection analysis carried out by using satellite imageries of 2004 and 2011. Digital image processing and image processing techniques are used for classification of land use / land cover analysis. Present research focuses the significance of geospatial technologies and digital data modules to interpret the land use change detection of the study area.
