In this paper buckling analysis of carbon fiber laminated composite plate is performed by using classical laminated plate theory (CLPT) for simply supported plate. The critical buckling load of the composite laminated plate is evaluated by finite element method with help of ABAQUS software. The critical buckling load of plate is affected by the fiber orientation, aspect ratio, plate thickness, mesh size and boundary condition of the stacking sequence and FEA element. The composite laminated plate made of carbon fiber gives maximum critical buckling load at any boundary condition. Some results have been obtained for different parameter and are discussed in detail.

The Automobile industry is very important driver of economic growth of India. India is expected to be the world's third-largest automotive market in terms of volume by 2026. The automobiles produced in the country uniquely cater to the demands of low- and middle-income groups of population which makes this sector stand out among the other automobile-producing countries. The Government has come out with Automotive Mission Plan (AMP) 2016-26 which will help the automotive industry to grow and will benefit Indian economy. The rapidly globalising world is opening newer opportunities for the transportation industry, especially while it makes a shift towards electric, electronic and hybrid cars, which are deemed more efficient, safe, and reliable mode of transportation. With this background, this paper explains the overview of Automobile industry in India in terms of production, sales and export trend in different years.

Modern Biotechnology is a biological based technology. In which living organisms (or parts of organisms) are use for making or modifying products, for improving plant or animals or for developing microorganisms for specific industrial purposes. Modern biotechnology is considered as a new global technology because of the growth and development in modern biotechnology has been so rapid. These rapid advancements in modern biotechnology create lot of confusion and challenges or issues before patent offices of the developing contraries as well as developed nations to granting IP protection for this naval technological based inventions. The main purpose of this research article is to find out and in depth analysis of these challenges and problems facing by the developing nations as well as devolved nations.

Abstract: The key to becoming an effective student is learning how to study smarter, not harder. This becomes more and more true as you advance in your education. An hour or two of studying a day is usually sufficient to make it through high school with satisfactory grades, but when college arrives, there aren't enough hours in the day to get all your studying in if you don't know how to study smarter. This study attempts to find out the study habits of undergraduate students and analyze relationship between study habits and academic performance and various other factors that affects study habits. It is generally believed that a student learns effective study habits in school. So college students are generally assumed to have effective study habits, but, the environment of school and college are very different and need of effective study habits is even more at college level as compared to school. So, this paper consists of details about why effective study habits are needed at college level and effective study habits that a college student must have in order to learn and eventually score better.

India being one of the largest democracies in the world has been witnessing an unprecedented failure when it comes to the justice delivery system. The unnecessary delay, harassment of witnesses, lack of protection given to both victim and the witness, politically and socially influenced public officials, custodial violence, unlawful detention, excessive remedies available, more protection and leniency towards the accused and false encounters by police are few factors which prove to be prejudicial to the criminal justice delivery system. The present article will deal mainly about the excessive powers given to the policemen on arrest and extra-judicial killings against which appropriate actions are not taken and which is now becoming a latest trend giving it a label of immediate justice. I will also bring into consideration the loopholes in the judicial system and the media trials which are having the major influential force in jeopardizing actual justice. In a leading case, Justice Markandey Katju described such encounter killings as cold-blooded murders, rather than just calling it as an extra- judicial killing. It is however, very important to consider the opinion as to why such acts are being given attempts to and why is there no procedure to curb such extra- judicial killings, yet. Why is there a blind trust on the functioning of police officer? Why such violations of fundamental rights are not brought under the purview constitution and rather given it a name of the judicial act? Even though there are a number of judicial pronouncements regarding the extra- judicial killings, these questions are still unanswered. Therefore, the object of writing this paper is to give importance to this issue which is being largely ignored. The object is to bring into light the injustice caused by even one false encounter leading to death of an accused whose guilt has not even been proved yet. Every person on this earth has a right to be tried and executed lawfully and this is why the trust on judiciary subsists.
