The main objective of this study is to enhance the thermal efficiency of rectangular Micro-channel heat sink (MCHS) by creating the interruption in the flow path using three identical trapezoidal ribs along the channel length. There was a several, thorough research on heat transfer performance and flow characteristics through Micro-channel heat sink for the different kind of ribs shapes and other parametrical configurations. In this study trapezoidal ribs are aligned from each other at an offset of 2.5mm while taking one rib at the Centre of the channel. The Reynolds number is used within the range of 200-1000, aiming to identify the best operating conditions for maximizing heat transfer efficiency. The study also scrutinized the relationship between fluid flow characteristics, specifically inlet velocities, and resulting heat transfer rates by determining the Nusselt number at various fluid inlet velocities. This indicates that the microchannels with trapezoidal ribs proved more efficient heat transfer enhancement and better thermal performance compared to the previous VR-MC model. The higher Nusselt numbers suggest improved cooling efficiency and enhanced heat transfer in practical applications utilizing microchannels with trapezoidal ribs.

Background: The rapid advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have transformed various sectors, including education. ICT-based instruction holds the promise of enhancing teaching and learning experiences, fostering student engagement, and improving educational outcomes. However, while urban schools have made significant progress in integrating technology into their classrooms, rural schools continue to face unique challenges in adopting ICT-based instruction. Objectives: This study explores the constraints that hinder the recent developments of ICT-based instruction in rural schools like infrastructure, digital divide, digital literacy and like. Methodology: The research is qualitative in nature. The methodology will explore whether the available ICT content is suitable for the local context and whether language barriers hinder the effective use of digital resources. This approach help to understand how socio-cultural norms and beliefs impact the acceptance and implementation of ICT-based instruction in remote rural areas. Conclusion: By highlighting the benefits of technology in education and dispelling any misconceptions, resistance to change can be overcome. Ultimately, empowering educators and students with the necessary tools, skills, and resources will unlock the potential of ICT-based instruction in remote rural areas. This transformation can lead to improved educational opportunities, better outcomes, and a more inclusive and equitable educational landscape for all learners, regardless of their geographical location. By collectively addressing the constraints and nurturing a supportive environment, we can ensure that no learner is left behind in the digital age, and the promise of ICT in revolutionizing education becomes a reality for remote rural communities.

Herbal word is a symbol of safety in contrast to synthetic one which has adverse effects on human health. Herbal preparations like herbal tablets, herbal tonic, herbal paste, herbal creams, herbal shampoos and herbal lipstick etc. has become more popular among the consumer herbal medicines represent the fastest growing segment to heal the various ailments. Coloring skin particularly skin of face or lips is an ancient practice going back to prehistoric period. In present days the use of such products has increased and choice of shades of color, texture and luster have been changed and become wider. This can be observed from the fact that lipsticks are marketed in hundreds of shades of colors to satisfy the demand of women. The present investigation was done to formulate herbal lipsticks using three natural pigments of beetroot, carrot and rose petals since lipsticks are one of the key cosmetics to be used by the women. Attempt was also made to evaluate the formulated herbal lipstick. The results showed that all the lipsticks were stable and had a good force of application while the breaking point reached 25-31g. The melting point of the lipsticks was in the range of 57?C-65?C while the pH test resulted in the range of 5.7-6.9. The lipsticks themselves did not cause any irritation, so they were safe to wear. The lipstick formulations had met the physical requirements, stability standard, as well as a safety requirement.

The present study was concentrated on the achievement motivation of 7th standard students in relation to and school environment. A sample of 200 7th standard students was chosen. By using the purposive sample technique, 200 people were chosen, with 100 from the rural and 100 from the urban areas (50 boys and 50 girls). The sample was gathered using a descriptive survey technique. The tools of Achievement motivation By Dr. Pratibha Deo and Asha Mohan (1983) and School Environment Inventory by Dr. Karuna Shankar Mishra (1983) Allahabad were used to collect the data. The t-test was used to ascertain the difference of means between variables. The findings of the study there is no significant difference in the level of Achievement motivation among the 7th standard students of urban area and rural area. there is no significant difference in the level of school Environment among the High School students of urban area and rural area. For this provisions Reinforcement at appropriate times plays a significant role in inspiring girls to learn and achieve academic goals in order to enhance the school environment for them. Rewarding rural male students on time helps greatly to their incentive to learn and achieve academic goals by lowering their achievement motivation.
