Sustainable building materials lie into two categories. First, there are renewable materials, which are made from resources that can be replaced by nature or recycle. Then, there are green materials, which are generally more efficient than traditional products because they require fewer resources to produce. Due to growing interest in sustainable construction, engineers and architects are motivated to choose the materials which are more sustainable. Green concrete capable for sustainable construction is characterized by application of industrial wastes to reduce consumption of natural resources and energy and pollution of the environment. Replacement of materials over nominal concrete is what makes green concrete more environmental friendly concrete. Marble sludge powder, quarry rocks, crushed concrete and fly ashes are some of the materials used for making green concrete, a sustainable construction. The demand for sustainable materials is strong, as property owners, developers and regulators put a greater emphasis on cost savings, environmental protection, and energy conservation.

Let A be any prime ring of Ch 6= 2 and f : A ? A be the generalized Jordan Derivation, then we have (1) f(a + b) = f(a) + f(b) (2) f(ab) = f(b)a + bd(a) ? a,b ? A where d is de?ned as reverse derivation of A. In this paper, it is shown that (i) f(aba) = f(a)ba + ad(b)a + abd(a) ? a,b ? A (ii) aa+c = ab + ac & ab = ?ba where av = f(ab)?f(a)b?ad(b). We proved Herstein [3] Lemma 3.1 P.1106, Havala [2] Def. P.1147 as Corollaries along with other results.

Diaspora is one of the significant disciplines in post colonial studies. The study aims to understand the feeling of displacement and its aftermath. Here in this article, I am discussing about the movie Mississippi Masala, which is by Mira Nair. In which how an involuntary (force) displacement affects on a family and the father most. Displacement effects on a persons life as well as effect of positive and negative influence. A diasporic person can understand the feeling of displacement, that live far from home land is, how much difficult. If a person migrates once from our land, this person will always feel apart from all the things. Displacement affects our culture, style, religion, belongingness, inner conflict and so on. In a voluntary displacement, a person goes to other country, for living a high standard life, for social accommodation, for earning money but an involuntary (force) displacement is just opposite, where a person feels exile, if a person leave our home land. Mississippi Masala is the example of Involuntary or forced displacement from Uganda due to the political turbulence. The study uses the theories like identity, home, culture conflict and alienation to describe the aftermath of displacement in diaspora.

Spinel ferrites of copper ferrite with samples of Cu doped ferrite with Cd, general formula Cu1-x CdxFe2O4 (x = 0.0 to 0.2) were prepared by using double sintering ceramic technique. The physical and magnetic properties of Cu1-x CdxFe2O4 samples were studied by X-ray diffraction, high field hysteresis loop technique. Lattice constant a is found to increase with increase in Cd content. X-ray density dx increases as increase in Cd content. The particle size of the samples is found to vary in the range of 177 to 280. Magnetic moment nB is found to increase as increase in Cd concentration.

The United Nations (UN) General Assembly adopted the new development agenda on 25 September 2015 with the motto "Transforming our world: the 2030 agenda for sustainable development" by adopting 17 Sustainable Development goals and 169 targets, including one specific goal for health with 13 targets going well beyond Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The health goal is "Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages". Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is already the crucial benchmark for countries to assess and monitor progress against the SDGs. In 2017 the Government of India (GOI) unveiled the new National Health Policy (NHP 2017) intending to fortify the role of the Government in reshaping Health-care systems in all dimensions. With India's NHP 2017 in effect, the policy framework for changing the country's health paradigm correlates with the worldwide approach to health systems reinforcing UHC accomplishment. Concerted steps must be taken to realize the required results embarked on within the SDGs and NHP?2017, including government intervention to render health as a person's right; successful stewardship by the National Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; reorganization of health care service provision by enforcing a ''program approach" ensuring adequate security from health-care costs, and enhancing civic engagement and transparency. Though this new health policy will help in improving maternal and child health, however, it remains unspecific about 'Health as a fundamental right' and plenty of burning issues, including the nascent problems with non-communicable diseases (NCDs), violence against women, sanitation and, most significantly, ignoring the urgent need for a long- financial vision of primary health care furthermore as public health within the country. The present article discusses if the goals and targets proposed in NHP?2017 are aligned to achieve SDGs goals 3 and 6 through the existing health-care system in India.

Social acceptance is one of the key area for survival in the world. Everyone wants to be a part of group where he/ she can feel safe and related to each other. Quality of life is fully determined by how much and how well a person interact socially. Children with nonverbal learning disability lack in their social skills and hereby miss out the essential need for leading a better and blissful quality of life. The study is conducted to find out the perception of special educators on usage of collaborative artwork activities as an intervention for developing social communication skills among children with nonverbal learning disability. The reason why the study is chosen is that none of the study has been conducted to know perception of special educators for children with nonverbal learning disability for their development in social communication skills using collaborative artwork activities. The study is conducted through survey method. The sample taken for the study was 80 special educators. The study was completely restricted to special educators of Delhi-NCR. Only those special educators were considered who were registered in Rehabilitation council of India. A survey form was developed by researcher in which four collaborative artwork activities were taken and on the basis of those activities 32(8 in each activity) close ended statements were there. The data was collected through online mode in the form of Google forms. Then it was analysed using various statistical techniques like mean, standard deviation, t test. From the analysis it has been found that collaborative artwork activities can be used for development of social communication skills among children with nonverbal learning disability according to special educators perception. It was also found that gender and nature of organisation in which special educator work make a significant difference in special educators perception.

Mans intellect, which has developed over the years has not only simplified the process of finding ways & means of pacifying diseases, but has also helped in the survival of age-old belief which unfolds the cause of illness. Every culture has rationalization for ill health and in case of magico-religious healing the somatic symptoms are often cured through ritualistic performances. The distinction between natural and supernatural exists in every society and people have evolved diverse illustrative models for explaining physical wellbeing. Even today, the indigenous communities living in the tribal areas have their own systems of healing with sociocultural milieu and institution of village deity as its foundation. The perception regarding the cause of disease, its dynamics and treatment are unique in each society. An effort has been made in the present paper to present the magico-religious beliefs and practices related to healthcare system among Pangwals inhabiting the Pangi valley, district Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. The paper is an outcome of study carried out in Pangi valley, which reveals that Pangwals approach the traditional folk healers, having the knowledge of curing the ailments caused due to evil-spirits and other supernatural phenomenon.

ABSTRACT The mounting NPA of banking segment of India become a difficult issue for the economy. However, the idea of non-performing resource is connected uniquely with the financial area, the negative impacts of its spread out to the entire economy over the long haul. Non-performing resource results decline in benefit and liquidity position of banks and in this way intensify the financial condition of the nation. It further contrarily influences the economy. Along these lines, to smooth working of the financial part government and hold bank should take satisfactory approach gauges that diminish and recuperate the non-performing resource. The Indian Parliament enacted the landmark Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) on May 28, 2016. The Code was introduced in the midst of alarming rise in nonperforming loans (NPLs) in the Indian banking industry and to address a highly fragmented and delay-prone legal regime relating to insolvency and stressed debt resolution. The data disclosed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) demonstrated that the aggregate gross NPLs on the books of Government-owned banks had increased.
