There is high global consumer demand for citric acid due to its low toxicity compared to other acidifiers used mainly in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The pharmaceutical, food, beverage, detergent and cosmetic sectors employ microbial citric acid extensively. It is mainly produced by microbial fermentation using Aspergillus niger. Increasing the productivity of citric acid would be of potential interest and therefore there is a clear need to consider all possible ways to achieve optimal citric acid production. With increasing demand and growing markets, the discovery and development of better manufacturing techniques, solutions to improve manufacturing yields and product recovery efficiency are of prior importance. Production of citric acid is affected by various parameters viz., selection of potential citric acid-producing microorganisms, raw materials, fermentation strategies, fermentation conditions and strategies for citric acid recovery. Other prospects for the citric acid manufacturing sector are the improvement of citric acid-producing strains, which have been achieved through mutagenesis and breeding.

Nagaland is the 16th state of India which flourishes in agrarian sector and have rich fertility in land. The Department of Horticulture Nagaland aims to harness the vast potentialities of the region so that the livelihood of the farmers gets improved through economic prosperity in the region. The production and productivity of the spices are not planned because of lack of irrigation purposes, lack of investment, problem of using insecticide and pesticide, lack of market knowledge, and the farmers lack using proper fertilizers for proper growth of the spices planting. The study had found that Ginger spice has the highest productivity among all the spices that cultivates in Nagaland. The growth rate of ginger production was found 20.79M.T from 2010-11 to 2020-21, followed by Naga King Chilli with found 5.378 M. T, turmeric with 3.59 M. T and cardamom with 0.27 M. T in the same period.

Shakespeare's powerful women cannot, therefore, be discussed in a social or political context, but there are many strong female characters in Shakespeare. They occasionally exert political power in the shadows by influencing their spouses to achieve a certain political goal. Shakespeare can also portray some women in a way that permits them to be regarded seriously by exploiting the Elizabethan theatre habit of women disguising themselves as men. The women always return to the traditional female role after the plays where he does that, and the resolution is marriage and declarations of their subservience to men. However, every guy in those civilizations is surrounded by women, some weak but many powerful. Even if she may be dressed in clothing that denotes her subservient status, such as head and face coverings, complete body wraps, etc., every man has a grandmother, mother, sister, or daughter who he knows to be powerful. Shakespeare's depiction of powerful women is one of his most intriguing themes. This essay focuses on 10 of the most compelling female characters from the plays he chose.

Sanitation and Cleanliness are the two major limbs that supports Health and Hygiene Practices The present study is conducted for assessing the awareness on Sanitation, Cleanliness and its impact on the health and hygiene practices of residents located in the of state of Punjab. The major respondents of the study are taken persons living BPL, marginalised people and untouched segment of the society as Sewer Man, Rag Picker, Rehri Wala, Labourer, Guards, House Maids, Sweepers, Gardener etc. A semi?structured questionnaire was designed for data collection of the sample size of 270 respondents. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was done using the frequencies distribution, mean score with rank correlation and chi-square test with the SPSS 21.0 software. It can be concluded that participants are generally aware of sanitation and cleanliness and have a positive perception of health and hygiene, but that programmes and strategies are still needed to influence a group of people who are hesitant to adopt sanitation and cleanliness and health and hygiene practices in a positive way. It was found that gender and education level play a significant role in the awareness of cleanliness and sanitation with daily cleaning of toilets and the use of latrines in public places.

Hypertension is chronic condition which mostly needs combination treatment for effective clinical management of the disease. Nebivolol is beta blocker agent used to reduce heart rate and hypertension while indapamide is a thiazide diuretics used to remove excess water thus to reduce hypertension. Nebivolol and Indapamide are being used in combination to treat heart failure and hypertension. In present research work, a bilayer tablet formulation containing sustained release indapamide part and immediate release Nebivolol part was prepared and evaluated. Results of the compatibility study revealed that both drugs are compatible with each other as well as with the excipients used in the formulation. Six trial batches of Sustained release Indapamide tablet were prepared using varying amount of HPMC K5, K15 and K100. Batch S6 prepared with HPMC K100 showed optimum drug release and other in vitro parameters. Immediate release layer was also prepared using wet granulation method. Amount of pregelitinised starch, SLS and Croscarmelose sodium was optimized. Among different trials, trial S6 for indapamide SR part and trial I10 for nebivolol IR part showed satisfactory in vitro dissolution profile so these two were selected for the preparation of bilayer tablets. Dissolution profiles of drugs in bilayer tablet were very similar to that of individual part. In vitro evaluation parameters for both individual part and bilayer tablet were found to be in specified and acceptable range. The result of stability study showed no significant change in physical and chemical parameters of the tablet; hence the formulation was found to be stable.
