Agriculture plays a significant role in Indian economy because of three focal reasons; firstly- for Indian Economy, secondly- the food security of the country and lastly- the people who are directly or indirectly depends on it for their livelihood. Agriculture is an important sector of Indian economy and its contribution to GDP is also plays a vital role, moreover, it provides employment opportunities to the rural people in our country. Therefore, Agriculture is the governing factor for the growth and development of our country. Green Revolution created socio-economic imbalance in many regions of the country. The marginal farmers and landless farmers had not sufficiently empowered and gained from the Green Revolution. Many Indian farmers committed suicide in last 16 years due to the socio-economic diversification generated among farmers during Green Revolution. The latest wave of recorded suicide in human history is one farmer commits suicide in 30 minutes. Agriculture sector seemingly moving in the right direction, although there are huge socio-economic issues faced by the farmers with respect to Growth and Economic development of the country. This paper attempts to discuss the related issues in socio-economic development of the farmers and the cultivation practices in Mawkyrwat, South west Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya in India. It is based on available, primary and secondary data collection.

Rapid Increase in population accompanied with migration are leading to the growth of urban areas. Urbanization is a well-known scenario of a combination of natural population growth and immigration excluding total deaths and emigration. All the metro cities are experiencing immigrations from all over India. Even though state level migration data is available with Census of India, city level data has still been untraced. This research is an attempt to understand migrant flow patterns along state wide and district wide within Telangana. This is mainly to identify the states from which Hyderabad is absorbing migrants at all India level and to identify major districts offering migrants at district level within Telangana. Concluding with major districts that are offering migrants to Hyderabad, and integrating with the factors contributing to migration to formulate draft proposals. With the increase in population density creates stress not only on urban housing but also on physical and social infrastructure. Cities are experiencing urban housing , formation of slums , stress on water resources , density of population per sq.km , shortage for decades and increase in urbanization is pushing the sector into further crisis.

Passively monitoring drivers eyes can help in detecting state of mind and alertness of driver and thus can reduce risk of accidents. Proposed system includes three main parts 1) Facial feature tracking 2) Eye gaze 3) Eyes off the road and fatigue detection. Video feed from camera installed on car dashboard tracks features of driver in real time (25FPS). Image processing algorithm is developed in OpenCV and implemented on Raspberry Pi board to make a compact embedded system. Different gaze zones are defined, few of which are eyes off the road points. SVM is used to train and classify different combinations of gaze and head pose angles to determine exact point of gaze. Based on algorithm output, if drivers eyes are off the road or eyes are closed due to fatigue then accordingly audio and steering vibration warnings are given to driver

Cucumis melo L subsp. agrestis (Naudin) Pangalo Leaves were extracted using conventional methods generally with low total flavonoids content. In this study Cucumis melo L subsp. agrestis (Naudin) Pangalo Leaves were extracted by microwave assisted extraction (MAE) and optimization of extraction parameters by using Box Behnken Design on the basis of response factor i.e, total flavonoid content. The selected medicinal plant was extracted microwave assisted extraction as well as other traditional methods (i.e, Soxlet and room temperature). These methods were analyzed on the basis of percentage yield as well as total flavanoid content . To optimize MAE conditions, three main factors were selected using univariate approach experiments and then Box Behnken design (BBD). The optimal extraction conditions were as: Microwave Power (300-700 W); Solvent Concentration (30-70%); Solute and solvent ratio (1:5 - 1:20). Temperature 700C, Time 2 min were kept constant. One response factor total flavanoid content (TFC) was used for quantitatively analyze the phytoconstituents in plant part. The optimized conditions for the microwave-assisted extraction of Cucumis melo L subsp. agrestis (Naudin) Pangalo leaves was microwave power of 562 W, solvent concentration 50% and solvent and drug ratio 20 ml per gm of the drug. The total flavanoid concentration (42.910.034) and percentage yield (53) in MAE higher than the other traditional methods(i.e, room temperature, soxlet extraction) with respect to percentage yield(22, 28) and total flavanoid content(22.6450.021, 32.0980.104). The BBD can be successfully applied to optimize the extraction parameters (MAE) for Cucumis melo L subsp. agrestis (Naudin) Pangalo leaf part. Moreover, in terms of environmental impact, the MAE technique could be assumed as a Green approach because the MAE approach for the extraction of plant released only 80.5 gm of CO2 as compared to 4502.4 gm CO2 using the soxlet method of extraction. In this work, a fast and efficient microwave assisted extraction (MAE) method was developed to extract bioactive constituents from Cucumis melo leaves.

Diet plays a big role in controlling the diabetes. The diet could also be used alone alternatively together with insulin doses or with oral hypoglycemic drugs. Diabetics always need to take care of their diet and about the food they eat. Care has got to be taken because all foods contain not only carbohydrate, but also some energy value. Protein and fat available within the food are converted to glucose within the body. A menu plan is your guide for when, what, and the way much to eat to urge the nutrition you would like while keeping your blood glucose levels in your firing range . A good menu plan will take under consideration your goals, tastes, and lifestyle, also as any medicines youre taking. Youll want to plan for regular, balanced meals to avoid high or low blood sugar levels. Eating about an equivalent amount of carbs at each meal can help. Carbs, protein, fat, and fiber in food all affect your blood sugar in different ways. Carbs can raise your blood sugar faster and higher than protein or fat. Fiber can help you manage your blood sugar, so carbs that have fiber in them, like sweet potatoes, wont raise your blood sugar as fast as carbs with little or no fiber, such as soda.

This Lean manufacturing to consist of different tools and techniques and it will be used in the appropriate industry according to the problems faced by the industry of various sectors. It mainly depends upon the types of industry where the lean concepts were implemented. Different methodologies were prepared according to the problems. It will take a separate time for preparing the methodology for the each industry. In order to reduce the time taken for the preparation of a new methodology each time, we are going to prepare a generalized methodology for the implementation of lean concepts. That is starting from approaching the industry to implementation stage and analyzing the impacts. So this will be an as a generalized methodological platform for the companies that are going to implement the lean concepts in the distribution industries sectors in future and it also helps the researchers those who are doing research in the lean implementation platform.

Since the COVID -19 pandemic has disrupted the normal lifestyle of people across the globe, the virtual world has come to the rescue. Amongst many institutions, schools have also shifted their base to virtual platforms to conduct classes online. More than 300 million students worldwide are having their education disrupted by the spread of Corona virus. Schools and universities havent faced this level of disruption in generations, but unlike any time in the past, we have the ability to continue education even when schools are closed. The expansive nature of the Internet and the accessibility of technology have generated a surge in the demand for web based teaching and learning. Taking online classes is a different experience than learning from a teachers offline. Thats why the advantages of offline classes are the disadvantages of online classes. Online learning methods are less costly, easily accessible, various courses, and freedom for everyone but there are some disadvantages too. This paper explores whether students could benefit from online courses and examines the potential challenges and drawbacks of online coursework.

Afghanistan has a very diverse history. The architecture is equally diverse. This paper discusses some key features and influences of Afghan architecture taking three examples from present context. The paper talks about three mosques, each from Herat, Kabul and Balkh respectively. It then compares and analyses their ancient and modern construction, and changes made. There was not much development in the architectural form as compared with the design. The decoration and ornamentation of the structures and monuments has undergone considerable change. Hence, it is best to raise public awareness of the value of Afghanistans cultural heritage and train and equip young architects [1][2].
