: Generating a fraudulent communication that appears to come from a reputable source is known as phishing. The most widely used mode of communication is e-mail. The purpose is to steal personal information like credit card numbers and login credentials, or to infect the victim's machine with malicious software. Phishing is a common type of cyberattack that everyone should be aware of. Phishing starts with a phone call, e-mail, or other form of communication designed to entice a victim. The communication looks to come from a reliable source in this form of attack. If the attacker is deceiving the victim, it is usually advised to give crucial information to a fraudulent website. Malware can be downloaded on occasion downloaded to the machine that could be used as a target Attackers profit financially by collecting their victims' credit card information or other personal information. Phishing e-mails are occasionally sent to employees in order to get login information or other personal information in order to conduct a complex attack on a company. Phishing is a popular entry vector for cyber-attacks like Advanced Permanent Threats (APT) and ransomware. During a phishing assault, attackers can collect background information about the victim's personal and professional history, hobbies, and activities by using social engineering and other public information resources, such as social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

Multilevel inverters have been widely accepted for high-power high-voltage applications though the multilevel inverters hold attractive features, usage of more switches in the conventional configuration poses a limitation to its wide range application. Therefore, 7-level inverter topology is introduced using less number of switches and gate trigger circuitry, thereby ensuring the minimum switching losses, reducing size and installation cost. Multilevel inverter (MLI) plays a vital role in the field of power electronics and being widely used in many industrial and commercial applications. The multilevel inverter topology is the proper option from the point of view of modularity and simplicity of control.

Background: One of the most aeroallergen causing allergy disease is house dust mite (HDM). Skin prick test (SPT) has high specificity and sensitivity for diagnosing allergy due to inhaled substances. Immunotherapy should be initiated whenever there is positivity of house dust mite skin prick test result. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of immunotherapy based on induration diameter of skin prick test result to house dust mite allergen. Methods: This retrospective study was conducted in Pediatric allergy and immunology outpatient clinic of Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya. Medical record was taken from January 1st until December 31st 2020 period. House dust mite allergy was diagnosed based on positivity of skin prick test to HDM. Immunotherapy efficacy was evaluated with daily symptom score (dSS), daily medication score (dMS), and Combined Symptom and Medication Score (CSMS) at least 3 months after immunotherapy. Age, gender, duration of illness, nutritional status, family history of atopic allergic disease, and other allergic comorbidities were stipulated as confounding variable. Statistical analysis were normality distribution test, wilcoxon rank test, spearman test, and regression analysis. Results: Sixty patient of HDM allergy (33 boys and 27 girls), were included in this study. Significant alteration of dSS, dMS, and CSMS before and after immunotherapy evaluated with wilcoxon rank test result (p=0.000 respectively). There was no correlation of each confounding variables to induration diameter of SPT. Positive correlation between induration diameter and CSMS score was tested with Spearman test (p=0.003, r= 0.373). Conclusions: Smaller induration diameter of HDM SPT result could be predictive for immunotherapy efficacy.

The COVID-19 pandemic will undeniably transform the way we live and work for the predictable future, and new trends will emerge that will become part of our new normal. In the Indian circumstance, the impact of COVID-19 outburst appears devastating. With the national GDP falling into negative numbers, the country seems like facing one of its horrible economic recessions. The real estate sector touched the lowest of lows during the nearly three-month-long national lockdown. The real estate industry in India has experienced a slowdown in the advancement of projects under construction and delayed consumer decisions to purchase the properties. Some of the challenges faced by the industry are the liquidity crisis, migration of workers and interruptions in the supply chain for building materials. Furthermore, the sentiment in the market has become worse in recent times. This paper outlines the major real impact of Covid-19 on Indian real estate industry. And also present some Indian government initiatives which would benefit the sector and take it to its glorious past.

With the progression in the field of Chronobiology, modern drug delivery approaches have been raised to another idea of chronopharmacology. however, the major limited access in the improvement of drug delivery system that coordinate the circadian rhythm chronopharmaceutical drug delivery system (ChrDDS) might be the accessibility of proper innovation. The most recent decade has seen the rise of ChrDDS against a few illnesses. This review presents the idea of chronopharmaceutics, addresses hypothetical/formal ways to deal with this sub-discipline, underscores potential disease targets, returns to existing advances and instances of ChrDDS. Future improvement in chronopharmaceutics might be made at the interface of other developing techniques, for example, system biology and nanomedicine. The expanding research in ChrDDS may lead to the formation of another sub-discipline in pharmaceutics known as chronopharmaceutics.

Background and purpose: Adhesive capsulitis is a syndrome defined in its purest sense as idiopathic painful restriction of shoulder movement that results in global restriction of the glenohumeral joint.Loss of ROM, especially that of external rotation and pain in subjects with adhesive capsulitis results in severe functional impairments, especially overhead activities. Mobilizations are means of increasing joint mobility and decreasing pain by passively gliding the joint surfaces to stretch the capsule that has been shown to be effective by various researches throughout the globe. Muscle energy techniques are a newer technique that focuses on contractile elements to reduce pain, increase ROM and improve function. Methodology: 32 samples of adhesive capsulitis were selected by convenient sampling technique. Total study duration was of 2 months. Samples were randomly divided in to 2 groups. Conventional exercises were given in both the groups. In 1st group MET was given in addition to conventional exercise and in 2nd group Maitland mobilization was given. Total protocol was of 1 month,5 days a week ,twice a day. Two outcome measures were used.NPRS for Pain and Active External Rotation and abduction ROM (Using Universal Goniometer). Data analysis and Result: The data has been analysed using SPSS version 16. The significance level had been kept at 95%. The data has been screened for normality before applying any statistical tests. Changes in the outcome measures have been analysed within groups as well as between groups. NPRS in both the groups ROM in both the groups Conclusion: The present study found significant improvements in pain and ROM in both groups. Yet, greater improvement is found in MET group for pain and ROM as compared to Maitland group.
