Modern Odisha, known from the very ancient times in the nomenclatures of Kalinga, Odra, Toshali and Utkal, because of her physiographical identity, has evolved a distinct and systematic pattern of religious life, art, language, literature and painting of its own over the time. The civilisational trends gave her inhabitants individuality and a unique identity out of which grew up a culture representing a strange mixture of the Aryans and the Dravidians. All along Odisha had maintained her overseas trade and commercial relations with the South and South East Asian countries due solely to her great Sadhavas of the past. She was able to maintain her political identity despite the invasions and inroads made by many alien aggressors. Considered as a repository of religious specimens, Odisha developed hundreds of religious centres to her great credit in the hands of ruling dynasties who played a very conspicuous role in developing the centres for Jainism, Buddhism, Saivism, Saktism, Vaishnavism. They stand today as a symbol of the socio-cultural and economic progress and prosperity of the land of Odisha. Vaishnavism and vaishnav centres in Odisha play an important role in the canvas of tourism as economic booster as well as the socio-economic management of the people .This research article has been developed keeping in view of some primary objectives. The foremost objective is to explore an unexplored vaishnava centres in the land of Odisha. Secondly to discuss the socio-religious mind set of the people pertaining the vaishnav gospels. Third one deal with the role of vaishnava centres in the tourism map of Odisha in particular and India in general. Besides how the vaishnava centres caters the tourists of national, international, regional, intraregional, where employment generation is the thrust area of discussion.

Introduction. Breast cancer is a problem that is still faced throughout the world. The incidence of cancer in Indonesia is at number 8 in Southeast Asia. The incidence of breast cancer in women is 42.1 per 100,000 population. Aromatase inhibitors are hormonal therapy used in postmenopausal breast cancer with positive ER and/or positive PR. The third generation aromatase inhibitors are divided into 2 categories, namely non-steroidal agents that are reversible and steroid agents that are irreversible. Based on existing studies, there are no consistent research results regarding the incidence of recurrence after aromatase inhibitor therapy, both steroids and non-steroidal. Methods. This study is an analytical observational study with a retrospective cross- sectional design using secondary data from medical records. The research was carried out at the Surgical Clinic of RSUD dr. Soetomo Surabaya on October 1, 2020 until the end with the subject of LABC patients at POSA Surgery RSUD Dr. Soetomo who has undergone mastectomy and radiotherapy and has received adjuvant hormonal aromatase inhibitor therapy for 2 years from January 2018 to January 2020. Results. In the nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor group, 18 subjects (60%) experienced recurrence and 16 subjects in the steroid aromatase inhibitor group (32%) with an OR of 0.314 (0.12-0.81; p=0.014. Based on the results of multivariate analysis, it was found that the increased risk of recurrence was significantly affected only by the administration of aromatase inhibitor p= 0.052 Conclusion. Women with locally advanced breast cancer after mastectomy who received aromatase inhibitor steroid therapy had a 0.314 times lower risk of recurrence than those who received non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor therapy.

The Sieved biomass of Ailanthus excelsa was chemically treated with Sulfuric acid (H2SO4) to produce acid- factionalized biosorbent used for O-Nitro Phenol removal from aqueous environment. Various analytical techniques were utilized to investigate the surface area, surface morphology, crystallinity, elemental composition of the sulfuric acid-treated biomass for removal of O-Nitro Phenol. Batch experiments were carried out as functions of different process parameters such as pH, initial dye concentration, biosorbent dose and temperature. The optimum conditions for removal of ONP were found to be pH (2.0), biosorbent dose (50 mg), and initial dye concentration (100 mg L-1).The temperature (288K) had a strong influence on the biosorption process. The Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin isotherms model, sorption of ONP onto SBAE were studied. The rate of sorption was found to obey pseudo-second order kinetics and intraparticle diffusion model with correlation coefficient value R2 is 0.9981. Thermodynamic studies showed that the biosorption process was spontaneous and exothermic. The sieved SBAE is a promising biosorbent for ONP removal from aqueous solutions.

Abstract: Background: India has successfully brought down maternal mortality ratio (MMR) by 9 points in one year, as per data released by the Registrar General of India. Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh are among the states that have shown most decline. Labour and birth are an amazing integration of powerful physiological and psychological forces that bring a new human life into the world. The woman may be apprehensive about entering an unknown, and perhaps threatening, hospital environment and concerned about relinquishing her personal autonomy and identity. Especially the first stage of labour is the longest in duration as compare to the other two stages. Early identification of complications and prevention helps a long way in reducing maternal fetal morbidity and mortality since the labouring and birthing process is a life-changing event for many women. Nurses need to be respectful, available, encouraging, supportive, and professional in dealing with all women. The nursing management for labor and birth should include comfort measures, emotional support, information and instruction, advocacy, and support for the partner. Objectives: To assess the knowledge of final year GNM students regarding nursing management of first stage of labour by using structured knowledge questionnaire, to find the association between knowledge score and selected demographic variables. Material and methods: Data were collected from 50 samples from selected school of nursing Data were collected by using structured knowledge questionnaire. The demographic variables analyzed in the study were age, sex, religion and source of information. The study sample was selected by a non- probability convenience sampling technique. Data obtained were tabulated and analyzed in terms of objectives of the study using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study revealed that 50 % had adequate knowledge, 18 % had inadequate knowledge and 32 % had moderate knowledge. There was significant association between age and source of information. There was no association between the sex and religion of the Final year GNM students. Conclusion: The findings of the study revealed that educating the students would be effective in updating the knowledge and skills regarding management of first stage of labour.
